Great location, food and other services can be much better.

The layout of the property and the use of the space here is lovely. It feels very premium. Our room was lovely and spacious. I really enjoyed the little lake around the property, and we got to go on a boat-ride. The infinity pool is quite large and felt very luxe.

The food was very average. For a property that looked this good, I expected the food to be at that level. Wouldn't say that the food was bad, but it wasn't as excellent as expected. Would've loved some local dishes on the menu too. Another unfortunate thing was that the spa wasn't functional.

Delightful experience

The location and design of the property is brilliant. The swimming pool is a delight. The fun activities are good and entertaining plus affordable. The staff were very courteous and helpful

Okayish place. It's too expensive!

The amenities and also the concept of the place is amazing.

Wifi is a problem and because of low signal, I was made to pay twice for the food and thereafter the refund took over 4 weeks to process. Extremely sad and annoying. The food and drinks inside are super expensive and the quality is below average.

memorable one day stay!

scenic and secluded property; very efficient staff; fantastic food; night weather every good!

Too many steps for people who are ailing! WiFi poor, connectivity of phone completely missing, Air conditioning not good; had to ask for fan in the day time! key card kept getting us locked out;

Good property but needs to work on service levels

- Good property and location

- The water sports offered at the hotel are quite average; Of short duration and oversold by the staff - The staff is quite inexperienced - There is only one restaurant which is quite small - Had to wait sometime before check-in and the room given was not ideal so had to change it later in the day - On the expensive side

Room pictures should be clearly stated on the website.... I expected a room with a inhouse balcony but go a wooden cottage...this is not clear on the website while booking.

Overpriced Inflated Pricing

The view is really good. Mind boggling and so is the property. The staff is exceptional very friendly and approachable. Proactive to ur needs

First and foremost i won't rate this as a 5 star property in any way but 25k for a night is highly overpriced. We also had a celebratory package which cost us a whopping 18k which did not live up to the expectations. The cabanas we booked were prepared during the day due to which it wasn't rain resistant. The water kept dripping throughout the dinner. Paying such an amount u would definitely want variety in ur cuisine or at most a buffet but we just got one dish each for all courses . The breakfast buffet was awful we didn't have enough variety and it was underwhelming. We were charged close to 170 a bottle for bisleri which was bizzare, it was just money and business at one point. The second most disappointing thing was the beauty of the resort is its scenic view but drones are not allowed in the property which is super ironic cause I saw a person doing drone shots but it was a collaboration so didn't understand wat was the privacy about, it's like you are obv doing a drone shoot to promote the resort indirectly and being a travel influencer it's a must to have an overview of the entire property. We ended up spending close to 50 grand for a night but according to me it's over priced at the moment..Inflated significantly. Rethink Re-strategize the pricing at this point. It's close to duping the customer. Wont recommend or return to the property till the bloated pricing model is fixed. P.S sorry can't upload pictures because we were disallowed flying the drone. Which again is not mentioned in the rules
