Good Spot

Location is just in the middle of everything ( cafes & restaurants & markets & gas station ) Quiet area, good for shorts stays. Very polite & hospitable owner.

Απλά τέλειο!

Όλα ηταν πραγματικά τέλεια!!! Αλλά αυτο που για εμένα προσωπικά ξεχώρισε ήταν η ευγένεια και η εξυπηρέτηση απο την Κυρία Όλγα. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε ακόμα και οδοντόκρεμα, σερβιέτες κτλ.

Άριστο κατάλυμα

Πολύ άνετος, λειτουργικός, φιλόξενος , καθαρός και γλυκός χώρος. Η αυλή ήσυχη με προσεγμένες λεπτομέρειες. Η διακόσμηση πολύ ιδιαίτερη και με προσωπικότητα. Η οικοδέσποινα φιλική, εξυπηρετική και διακριτική. Πολύ κοντά σε κεντρικά σημεία με μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια, καφέ.

Καθαρό, άνετο,ανεξάρτητο διαμέρισμα σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο ! Πεντακάθαρο μπάνιο, πετσέτες, σεντόνια, όλα. Ευγενέστατη και συνεργάσιμη ιδιοκτήτρια.

Όλα ήταν μια χαρά :)

Χουχουλιαρικο δωμάτιο

Μου άρεσε πολύ το ότι είχε πολλά γυναικεία προϊόντα (όπως πιστολάκι,ισιωτικη μαλλιών) αλλά θα ήθελα έναν καθρέφτη με το το φώς της κουζίνας,για το μακιγιάζ 😊

Έλειπε μια σίτα από το παράθυρο.

Superb

The facilities were great, there was even a private terrace and barbecue to use if you want to.

It is a 30 minute walk to the metro, which is fine for me but maybe not for others

Perfect location in Kifissia

Tiny but cosy with so many lovely details that make you feel welcome. Very kind and caring hosts, quiet location in the backyard with a small patio.

Excellent little apartment with a helpful host

The Tiny House was private and even has its own little iutside seating area. It is also extremely well equipped. A better word is thoughtfully equipped. The host provided all the little details one could think of...in all ares of the little apartment. And the decor was modern and simple and very pleasing by modern standards. There is a little bbq, though we didn't use it. Bathroom. Had soaps, plenty cleaning materials, hygiene wet wipes, sanitary towels (for the ladies). Kitchen had so many utensils...this is absolutely wonderful for a longer stay. Also,besides the usual tea and coffee, the kitchen was stocked with some basic breakfast things, like oats and some othet things. Good wifi. Everything worked. The bedroom had plenty enough blankets and good quality pillows. Plenty towels. It's really well laid out and equipped. Enough sockets to plug things in...all in comfortable positions. I found the mattress to be excellent, not too hard, not too soft...but of course mattress preference is very personal.. I had a good sleep in this quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is well lit, gets lots of light in and has good blinds to block out light. The host was so accommodating, offered to collect me from the bus stop (this was not needed). She printed some pages foe me which was a huge help..thanks Olga you're a star! My husband's motorbike was safely parked behind a locked gate (uncovered parking). This was highly appreciated as he is travelling long distance and his bike was laden with stuff. Surrounfing: good central location with some restaurants nearby and small shops, bakeries etc, less than 5min walk away.. Checkin/out: wirhout a glitch. I was very appreciative of the late checkout..left at 12pm. Property entrance, Gate has a key code.that is supplied upon booking confirmation. Next time im in Athens, I'll definitely stay there and highly recommend The Tiny House for a single person or couple.

This was a great stay; zeo to complain about..

It was perfect for our short stay but even if you are staying for a longer time the tiny little house is perfect! It had everything you need and it’s also dog friendly.

Everything was perfect. The only thing „negative“ thing is the location so if you’re planning to visit the city center keep that in mind. But it was no problem for us since we only stayed one night.

Excellent value for money, would recommend this for any short stay in Athens.

The property was as advertised, in fact exceeded our expectations. The hostess was very friendly and hospitable. The location was very peaceful and quiet.

Apartment is a 11/10, there is everything u need and its very clean. Bed is comfortable, on TV is netflix, in kitchen u have literally everything u need and bathroom is clean. Everything in aparment is modern and clean. Decorations are perfect and place for parking is always free. Host is warm and helpful, she give as cake when we come and ice cream when we leaving. When we go to Athens again we know where to go. All recomendations for apartment and for host!
