REPETIREMOS !!!

LA AMABILIDAD CON LA QUE SIEMPRE NOS DEJAN SALIR UN POCO MÁS TARDE, YA QUE NUESTR ESTANCIA ES POR MOTIVOS LABORALES. SE AGRADECE MUCHÍSIMO AUNQUE SEAN UNAS HORAS.

MUY SUCIO, NINGUNA COMPENSACIÓN NI RESPUESTA. La peor experiencia de nuestras vidas.

MUY SUCIO Y SIN NINGUNA COMPENSACIÓN: "La peor experiencia de nuestras vidas, para colmo el día de Navidad". Nos cruzamos con un señor en la puerta que estaba ebrio y oliendo a tabaco y nos indicó dónde era el apartamento, que él era de la familia de propietarios y que ese era el apartamento donde se solía quedar él. Ya entramos un poco desconfiados... Al llegar encontramos un plástico de cajetillas de cigarros en el sofá donde tenía que dormir mi hija. La ropa de cama, toallas y estancia en general estaba llena de pelos negros que me dediqué a limpiar con mucho asco ya que no teníamos dónde ir. En las fotos he podido captar lo que volví a ver después de almorzar. Ha sido muy desagradable. Tuvimos que irnos y buscar otra opción extremadamente más cara y con favores y el anfitrión nunca nos contestó al email, nunca nos propuso un acuerdo ni ninguna compensación. Además, llegamos un día más tarde a la reserva por enfermedad y ni siquiera nos dio la oportunidad de cancelarla, solo de mover la reserva. Aún estamos esperando la respuesta del email después de que Booking nos indicara que teníamos que hablar con la propiedad. Deseo que esta experiencia no la tenga que vivir nadie.

Ubicación, espacio amplio, menage variado en cocina, articulos de baño. Cápsulas de café y agua de cortesía.

No hay aire acondicionado:/ el ventilador no es suficiente cuando hace tanto calor como estos días. No estaba 100% limpio , había restos de comida encima de una mesa, polvo y un bichito en el baño (Cockroach)

Super bien ubicado, muy grande, amplio, cocina equipada, limpieza. Genial para alojarte en tus vacaciones por el norte de tenerife.

Bien pero podría ser mucho mejor

La ubicación fantástica, el apartamento es nuevo y está bien pero podría estar mucho mejor si no descuidarán algunos detalles como por ejemplo una buena limpieza en algo tan importante como la ducha y, si quieren dejar un estropajo de cocina poner uno nuevo, ésto último no fue muy importante para nosotros pero son pequeños detalles. Por lo demás nos gustó mucho.

excellent location. the flat is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

the bathroom is open plan to the living area although the toilet shuts off. we didn’t mind it as a couple but if you had others with you it wouldn’t work.

Great location, spacious studio apartment. Perfect for exploring Santa Cruz. People mentioned noise, it was surprisingly quiet being in the middle of town!

Comfortable hideaway in the heart of the city

Lovely apartment, very clean and contemporary. Comfortable bed, big bathroom with super shower and twin sinks. Good little kitchenette. We should have upgraded to a balcony, but not sure how good the view would have been. I was told that a roof garden was being added. Very well positioned close to cafes and restaurants. The entrance is a bit scruffy, but I am sure this will be improved. Highly recommended

it’s a bugs life

super Location in the city

it was not clean and it needs some updates. in the bathroom were cockroaches and ants, the kitchen and the couch were full of dust bugs and the lamp in the bathroom was not proper mounted and had no electricity.

Cosy apartment in the city center

First, the host! It was super nice and help with all our questions. Secondly, the apartment was exactly as photos even better, it was clean and white. We enjoyed it a lot! Everything was so new and comfortable.

Great location near city center, nice looking, comfortable check in and check out without the keys.

There were a lot of small ants in the apartment everywhere, some of glasses were dirty. If you open the window it is very noisy.

It was nice and maybe we will come again.

Location. we were there because of jazz festival and our apartment was only 90m away from stage. Super comfortable.

There was super hot on the apartment, over 30 degrees in the night. There weren't cava classes, but this is no big deal.
