If you meet Kevin the Chef, what a wonderful person and do his cooking class, a day to remember.

Everything. Australians travelling to Vietnam, perfect location for our first week to relax and enjoy the facilities. Yes it is 2hrs from Saigon but worth it. Beautiful grounds and accommodation with exceptional staff. Extremely friendly and really go out of their way to get to know us and try out their English.

The bath, unfortunately just be careful getting in and out 😂

Other than the pool, it was a nice weekend getaway.

Went here during a holiday away from other people and it was quiet.

I don’t think the pool is circulating. It was a hot day so uncirculated water made it more hot. It was impossible to get in.

Немного старые номера и есть некоторые не доработки, но отель всё быстро исправил и компенсировал

Will Try A Second Time

Location, Rooms, Villas, Resort Buggy, Outdoor Bathtub in Regular Rooms, Beach, Mountain, Cleanness, Swimming Pool, Friendly Life Guard, Friendly Bartender, Surrounding Gardens, Kid Camp, Landscapes View, Sunset, Best Massage in a while I definitely recommend Ms Khieu! Fast & Smooth Check Out.

No welcome drink upon arrival, Not as warm check in, Early Morning Annoying “House Keeping”! Cleaners & Runners Attitude (3 times staffs get in room without knocking at door) Restaurant Staffs & Overall Service Experience, F&B Quality, InRoom Dining, Gym Size, Lack of Management, Huge Staff Party on a cosy Sunday evening without prior notice, Lack of light by night time so dangerous when wet! Not as comfy bed pillows.

Gorgeous resort, but should be half the price

Beautiful facilities. Clean rooms, nice pool, lots of space for kids, very clean beach, mostly quiet.

Food was average and extremely overpriced. Buffet was not very good. People on carts drive too fast, especially at night. Rooms are not easily accessible for handicap or elderly guests. Loud karaoke with no regard for other guests.

A lot of trees and a beautiful beach.

Facilities are quite old, it’s great if they can be repainted and maintained more often.

the hotel charged me double amount for the extra beds vs their rate offered me via chatting on Booking.com

receptionist didnt give room key upon checking in and said its in the room but it was not and we had to wait for a while to get it sorted

Tranquil place

We were practically alone here, which was special and beautiful. The staff did a great job taking care of every detail. We recommend borrowing a bike to town, and you'll find a few stores and nice local food shops there. And a lovely Café by the ocean... The pool area is simply stunning, and the beach has a perfect breezes to it. Don't mind the waves. Just perfect.

The bed could be a little softer, and that's it. The rest is delightful!

Nice facility, Dirty Beach

The room with external bathroom provided a nice and chill vibe. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. The spa treatment we got was great as well. Overall a very well-design place

The beach had a lot of trash and broken down fishnets. Even though they had the lifeguards collect them twice a day, it wasn't really helping since these were all coming from the fishing boats offshore. However, the facility can invest in some sand cleaning machine to improve the situation. 1 lifeguard picking up trash for the whole beach can only do so much during his shift while his main JD is a lifeguard and not a trash collector. Overall, the facility was nice, the only sad thing was the dirty beach

good stay at a beachfront resort at Long Hai

beachfront property with big outdoor pool and good food. rooms are big and comfortable too.

most of the staff can’t understand English , it’s very difficult to communicate.

Breakfast is acceptable, not many choices maybe because I travel on weekday. I like pool very much. Staff are very helpful and nice.

My room is on top of a small hill with sea view, and we have to climb up to get to the room. It is very inconvenient especially for who travel with small kids or elderly. I think the room with garden view or pool view are better.

Exceptional

Peaceful and relaxing location, we stayed here to rest for a few days after a very long journey to Vietnam before we started our tour and it was the perfect place to recharge, with a beautiful pool and quiet beach. Staff were very attentive and helpful, and we also enjoyed very relaxing treatments in the onsite spa, which was very reasonably priced.

A beautiful hidden gem

Lovely resort, food very good ,pool amazing and with a sunken bath in the room that was big and spacious resort is right on the beach

Couldn't stay and was wrong , lovely couple of days stop over at the resort whilst travelling up from Van Tau to Nha Trang

We left early - not much happening.

The grounds were lovely and pool was sparkling clean - the saving grace of the resort.

Food was expensive and very mediocre, the beach was polluted - very isolated resort - 1 night would have been enough.

A perfect stay

The staff is just amazing, so kind, smiling, helpful, thank you to all of them. The view, the calm, the confort of the room, the swimming pool, the sea, the tennis court, everything was just perfect.

Booking.com is asking me to weite 2-3 szntences. But how am I supposed to write two sentences when there is absolutely nothing that I did not like during our stay with my girlfriend?
