The terrace is particularly welcoming and the recently refurbished house will delight you with its elegance and modern features. The ideal base for exploring the region with family or friends.
This town house features a large living area, combining outdoor living on the ground floor, with its charming garden, and indoor living, around its lovely stove and comfortable lounge area.
The modern, fully-equipped kitchen will delight budding chefs and will be a meeting place for gourmets.
A sleeping area comprising a large bedroom with its own bathroom, a utility room and a toilet complete this level.
Upstairs, two bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be twinned and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), a bathroom with corner bath and a separate toilet provide a warm and comfortable sleeping area.
The house can accommodate six travellers. It has an enclosed garden and a parking space on the property.

It's also a strategic location for exploring the towns of Auray and Vannes and the sublime Bay of Quiberon (Saint Philibert, La Trinité-sur-Mer, Carnac, Plouharnel).
Megalithic sites, marinas, surfing beaches, lounging beaches, hiking trails - the range of activities on offer here is vast. Lovers of water sports (sea kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing) will be able to enjoy themselves to their heart's content, without penalising fans of hiking or cycling. Throughout your stay, the Bay of Quiberon and the Gulf of Morbihan offer spectacular scenery. A region not to be missed!
