Without question the worst experience I've ever had at a Hilton let alone any other hotel. The garage was filthy w/ food, stains and an awful smell. When we left after our car was only there for about I found out what the smell was. It was a huge pile of wet cardboard on the level where the garbage is and open to the parking structure. The car still smells of the odor and I'm not sure how long it will take to get rid of it. We'll try Pooph. Before the cardboard was wet it was probably a fire hazard below the building. The area is open to homeless visitors. In addition to the the Hotel had NO restaurants, no Continental breakfast until Monday. The room heater kept going off and did not keep up with the auto setting. The in room coffee pot worked for a few minutes and then stopped. The toilet was like the one in my wife's old kindergarten room It was too low to the floor for me to use sitting and so far down standing was a urination challenge to hit the small bowl. The bed was so broken down that it felt like I was sleeping in a fixed feet higher than my head position. It was not comfortable. The room was only slightly batter than what I imagine a motel 6 would be. Your Facilities and/or Operations Execs should be fired for someone who has your customer service needs as their priority.

The room wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be and it wasn’t kept up either for a Hilton room. It had a lot of repair work that needed done to it. Shower head had low pressure and had a lot of build up. The toilet paper roll holder wouldn’t hold up the toilet paper. There were lots of scuffs and build up dirt in the room. I was very sad about the room.

It just wasn’t as clean as I like.

The room was clean and beds comfortable, unfortunately our AC did not work (it just blew warm air) and we were there during a heat dome which made it miserable.
The front desk was very nice upon check in and offered me an upgrade, almost insistent to the point where I thought they may have given up my previous room, but I take accountability for accepting a room that went from a king to two queens and an AC that didn’t work.
The bar and bar staff were fantastic. The market was nice for access but well overpriced. Great location for the rock n roll race that we came to San Jose for.

It was nice and all but rooms are small and there is no AC only a fan and it gets really stuffy.

Great place to stay if you’re seeing a show at the center for performing arts. Secco restaurant was good and had nice outdoor seating. Beds were very comfortable. Bathtub was a little run down and old because the finish on the interior sides of was peeling. Also the nightstand lamp was unplugged but it took us a while to figure that out. Overall, it was a nice comfortable stay for one night.

The water from the sink faucet smelled like sewer. The hair dryer was pretty old. The bed was super comfortable.

Paid for a suit and had rompan extra $50 for an early check in.
Asked the front desk to send the house keeping to make the sofa bed and never did. Ask directly to the housekeeping and their answer was “you have to do it yourself, we will provide you with the blankets “ really?

Friendly staff, including the front desk and house keeping. Very convenient from convention center. Nice gym, comfortable beds, good quality hair products in ample amounts. The pool is very small, non heated and maybe leave a net so we can use it to fish out the bugs. Parking is a bit pricey but ample.

I was there for a business trip and it was fine, though pricy for the standard, chain hotel ambiance. The executive level area was never open, and I got no housekeeping service the first day so I had to go in search of towels after no one answered any of the numbers on the in-room phone (reception, housekeeping, hotline, operator). Then someone showed up at 11 pm as I was trying to sleep. Room was ok, standard. But for business travel, ok. Without a convention going on, the area was totally dead, surprisingly for "downtown."

Check-in was smooth and the desk employees were pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom lighting was excellent for make-up, a good thing since we were attending Fanime. Bring your own water bottles since the room waters cost $3 each. This is a good hotel to stay at for Fanime since it is connected to the San Jose Convention Center. We left our car in the San Jose Convention Center garage for 2 days and it was fine.

Nice staff and the hotel is ok in the looks department. However the water damaged and semi crumbling walls in the room bathroom were a bit shocking.
The bar closes at 10 on a Saturday, no room service, no restaurant at night, very limited dining choices in the area, limited access to the pool, no towels at the pool in the morning.
No wifi unless you join their marketing program is LAME!
Nice beds.
Overall not worh the money.

Overall stay was good. Didn't like that the bathrooms have no vent and get extremely hot. Have to pay $39 extra for parking, was charged and the machine to exit the parking structure still wanted to charge us $50 extra. Walked to front desk to show them we had already been charged the $39 amd they were able to open gate for us without having to pay the extra $50. Overall stay was good amd would stay again

I specifically got this hotel because of the jacuzzi and go out to it to find it cold. I’m competing in a jiujitsu tournament and was wanting to relax/recover for the match Sunday.

The location in the conference center is the best feature. The staff were nice, hotel was clean, and the location was fantastic. Not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area.
