I was disappointed that our room was never attended to even though we were out of our room by 9:30am. Kids running and screaming in the hallway outside our room was not acceptable. Half were high school athletes that should have known better. We’ve stayed here many times but it’s obviously just for people with children that don’t care about other people staying there.

The front desk was terrible. When asked for water to take my medication she said my only option was to buy water from the store. Unless I had a Hilton reward card. I left before restaurant opened.

I reserved 3 rooms to accommodate the number of family members. I requested an early check-in (around 2 pm). One room was available at 2:30 pm, the 2nd room was available at 3:15 and the 3rd room was available at 4:05 pm (initially informed that it would not be ready until 4:30 pm and was located on a different floor). Fortunately, another room became available at 4:00 pm. We were going to a 5:00 wedding in Benicia. We opted to stay in Walnut Creek (the closest Embassy Suites to the venue in Benicia, CA). However,, I only received points for one room since I booked through Hotels.com-not directly onsite.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The customer service was exceptional, especially from the front desk team who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The valet parking was convenient and reasonably priced at $30 per day. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay except for the check out experience. Unfortunately, the last impression of our stay was a disappointment due to poor management. It is Sunday and check out is at 11:00. We call down to the Valet to prepare our car and get a message that all valet are busy, call the front desk to notify them of a car release request. I called the front desk and was told that they could not do anything! Why have the message on the phone directing me to call the front desk? So we brought our bags down and waited for about 15 minutes in line with many others leaving at the same time. Only 2 valet were working at such a. Just time. Just poor management.

The hotel was nice and clean however the room didnt have any trashbags in the bins. Some of the staff look uninviting or unhappy especially for being at the front desk. The breakfast was great. The heated indoor pool was also great but smelled very strong like chlorine. Parking also seemed too pricey for hotel guest in my opinion. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

Loved this hotel. I would definitely come again. Housecleaning needs to be a little more detailed. My son found a lighter just under the Bed. The room trash cans had no liners (not sure if this is the policy). Also the pool was in my opinion too small. Other than that I would still recommend and go again myself.

The room was awesome, loved the heated pool & the complimentary breakfast was a thumbs up, The bar was awesome as well. The corner pantry prices were a bit pricey, Didn’t like how the velvet parking lost my Keyes, and left my car unlocked. but all in all the entire stay was excellent, relaxing will definitely be back.
