Room was cleaned daily. There were a few wall panels that were not secure. Room is what I expected for a two star hotel.

Thefront entry doors were shattered on both sides. The finish on the bottom of the hot tub was coming off which made it look dirty. The jets were dirty. The ceilimg in the bathroom still had spackle on it along with two different color paint. When i needed a coffee stirrer, the one in the room was missing and package was opened. The coffee was cold and tasted awful.

Upon entering the room, the smell was very overwhelming. It was very floral smelling and even after 2 hours of having the window open, it still was just as bad. Our clothes smelled of it after leaving, INCLUDING THE ONES IN LUGGAGE WE NEVER OPENED. That shouldnt happen. Bathroom tub needed a lot of work. It's broken. Two lamps wouldnt turn on, even though they were plugged in. Bed was extremly hard. Smoke detector was unattached, and I am not sure if it even had batteries. People tend to really slam the doors when entering or leaving, so maybe add a stopper to doors to let them easily close without slamming each time? I know not to expect a lot for a room that was only 77 a night, BUT, there were some things that just need fixed.

Place smelled awful. Wouldn't let me check in 30 mins early, no soap in the women's restroom in the lobby. Told front desk didn't care. Room was still dirty. Pillows had stains on them lamps were nasty and rusted with stains. The fridge was super loud i couldn't sleep. Very small Pillows. I had nat flies and spiders. Breakfast by 830 am was a joke. 1 empty crockpot with sausage gravy. Gallon job People were passing around. If i could've canceled and went somewhere else i would've

Let's first say Muncie is an AT&T town. Verizon cellular data was rough. The internet in this hotel was even rougher. I planned on spending time working however after less than one meg up and down from the hotel and an hour and half on support with Verizon, I gave up. I brought up the wifi issue with one of the hotel staff, but obvious he wasn't technical. It was obvious they didn't have business grade wifi equipment installed (2 different SSID's) and I'm in IT. Room wasn't bad, but can tell it's an Indian owned hotel as the paint jobs were quickly done. Also found hotels.com charges more than the hotel does directly.

The pool was out of service to start off the stay. The fan in the bathroom could not be used as it made a horrible grinding noise. The worst was the shower. When taking a shower the faucet came off and shot into the tub, leaving a jet of water shooting out from the hole. I was able to fit the faucet back on and hold it in place with my hand until I felt it would stay in place so I could finish my shower. My wife was not as lucky the faucet shot off at her as well and she did not get a shower. I told the front desk about both problems. I said it was a safety issue as we were a lucky large metal faucet shooting at our bare feet did not cause an injury. The response. "Ok" No apologie or attempt to make things right. When we returned to the room at night someone had spilled a whole bowl of Fruit Loops down the hallway. This mess was still there when we checked out at 10:30am. Check out was also a pain. No one was at the front desk. I could have just left, but I wanted to remind them that they had to fix the faucet before giving the room to another guest. There was a phone to call for service. No one answered or returned to help guests check out at their own check out time for 20 minutes.

The pool was down. Someone dropped cereal on the floor the first day there and it was still there 10days later when we left. Killed two cockroaches, had to change hotels one night due to "NO" water. It was not "GOOD"

This is an older hotel and it shows. I didn't expect brand new, but I expected clean. It wasn't clean and there were no towels in my room. Even the hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. I wouldn't have stayed if I had a choice.

This is a 2 star facility at best. Pool is closed for repairs, and it appears it’s been closed for a while from the faded printing on the paper at the front desk, though Expedia advertised it with a pool. Shower has mold easily visible and paint from the ceiling dripped into the tub and nobody ever cleaned it up so now it’s basically permanent on the plastic. Door handles partially painted, trim partially painted like a landlord who doesn’t care about his property and just wants to get renting. A piece of toilet paper stuffed into the door peep hole, ripped sheet turned up on top by the maid right where your neck goes. And a fowl stench throughout and the 2nd floor, stairway doors are propped open with towels to help air flow I’m guessing. Maybe they recently had a fire or someone died in a room, but again this is a very low quality facility so I won’t be returning for $123.00 plus taxes. Very disappointed as it is not as advertised, and we have yet to see what breakfast looks like as I’m booked non-refundable with Expedia so we are here for the night.

The room was not very clean at all. Bathtub had dirt and hair in it. The bed skirt had something spilled down the side. The refrigerator had something spilled in it. The microwave was filthy. Although there are only two floors there still wasn’t any elevator. One ice machine in the main lobby. There is a thick plexiglass separating you and desk clerk that made it very difficult to hear and understand. Very impersonal! You get what you pay for on this one. Never again.

Well rhe pool is closed during summer due too the heater not working. But isee here that it has been that way along time. The breakfast was waffles, stale bread, hostess oatmeal pies, cereal, and 1, yes 1 brown orange. The carpet is wavy and dangerous if you don't see it. No elevator. The desk people are very unfriendly. Never again.

Random stains and hairs in the room. The pool was shut down and while looking into the pool room you could tell it was green and not been open for a long time. We had a room for 4 people and there was only enough towels for 3 people. I could go on and on about this place, but I would suggest passing on this hotel all together.

Limits of continental breakfast. All that was really available was cereal and toast. Didn’t realize I had to ask for service since, over my 4 day stay my room was never cleaned. On the good side, the overall atmosphere was quiet and I slept well.

We got there and found out that the pool wasn’t open due to the pool heater needing to be fixed. When we walked up to check in, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. Waited 20 mins before someone showed up to check us in. Got to our room and it looked okay. It was clean but was very run down. We noticed that both beds only had 2 pillows each. Normally we bring our own but we forgot them this trip. I decided that was a before sleep problem. We went and did what we wanted to, came back and I went to ask for more pillows. The guy was hesitant to give me two extra pillows. Finally did, but wasn’t going to. I also noticed there was only 2 towels in the bathroom. For a 2 queen room. We had 4 people staying our room. Thankfully we were there visiting family, so I just had my kids shower at our families house. The beds were super uncomfortable.

This was a nightmare! Bugs in the bathroom. The headboard hand handprints on it. The bathroom sink and mirror were stained with old toothpaste the whirlpool tub had old soap scum and debris and a lot of it in the bottom of the tub. It was disgusting!!! We turned around and tried to get our money back, we left and went down the road. Still fighting g to get our money back for the night that we did not stay. DO NOT STAY HERE

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. We had 3 rooms, 2 of them smelled like cat pee. Asked about new rooms and others smelled worse. No security lock on my door. All the toilet seats were falling off! Breakfast was 5 slices of bread and waffels. Worst experience ever! Do not stay here!

I called 5x before arriving. No one answered. I had a very hard time communicating with the person behind the counter, because they didn’t speak English well. They were 5 people in our room with only 2 medium sized bath towels. I requested a roll out bed, which we were accommodated however, I had to ask for clean sheets, a blanket and pillow. The tissue box was empty. Also, the HOT breakfast was ridiculous.

The walls were dirty, toilet seat broken, room smelled musty, toilet rocked on the floor, shower walls were dirty, refrigerator in room was moldy and noisy. "Hot" breakfast consisted of waffles, toast, and cereal. No protein. The positive: it was quiet ( we might have been the only ones staying!).

I had 3 rooms for family and the rooms were clean but the towels were thin and 1 room didn't have a coffee maker and one had a broken one, and it was hard to get someone at the front desk I even tried to call with no answer, we didn't eat breakfast there were nothing there other than dry cereal and toast.

Biggest complaint, after driving in the car for hours with a 7 year old, excited to stop for the pool, after all paid and room assigned, we were told the pool was not open. It took the staff over 35 mins to get us into our room, because the keys would not work, and while we waited, qe were standing in a non-conditioned hallway that was probably well into 90 degrees. When we walked into our second assigned room, there were no pillows. This place should not be represented by Expedia.
