Wonderful on ALL levels. Amazing staff and service with delicious food, complimentary items in the hotel room and nothing being too much trouble. The free shuttle bus into town was very welcome and a live pianist over breakfast was a lovely touch. The whole stay felt relaxed and special as the hotel ambience exuded professionalism, friendliness and a high degree of courtesy.

The property is located 15 mins from the centre . A free shuttle is provided every hour. Although we were down 15 mins before and in the queue we were not able to get on the over subscribed shuttle . There are limited restaurants around the area. The hotels restaurant - the pan asian one was amazing and highly recommended but expensive. The moment we arrived no help was given to unload our luggage from the cab/open the door given we were pushing a buggy etc Service was poor. You would have to keep ringing for basic things like a towelling robe which you are required to wear down to the pool or an iron. Once the iron is received its takeh back ever day and then you have to ring several times again for one ti come back up Dogs are permitted in the hotel which is fine but a specific floor should be kept for this given we could hear barking in our room in the evenings The main issue we faced aside from the shuttle issue (the shuttle service was what made the property appealing given its on the outskirts) we had informed the hotel in advance that one of us are gluten free. (Highly intolerent) Breakfast was supposed to be accommodated for. It wasnt. An empty gluten free bread basket. Cross contamination leading to a very poorly guest in our booking . And the list goes on. Once some anger was shown toward the issues we kept facinf at the property we were treated better by senior staff but it shouldnt require having to speak to a manager to get the bare basics at a hotel

We enjoyed a brilliant first stay in Lisbon and helped by the staff and facilities at Corinthia hotel. Nothing was too much and every staff member was helpful. They also provided a cake and bottle of wine for my birthday. The gym was very good and there is a swimming pool. Definitely recommend and hopefully return one day.

A nice welcoming Hotel with an extremely nice smell, once you enter it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, exactly as you would expect from a 5 star Hotel. The bed quality luxurious. However, we give only 4 star as an overall rating due to the following reasons: 1. swimming pool area was slightly outdated with the wooden floor and not providing a cozy vibe. The swimming pool with 25 degree was slightly too cold. There was a lot of noice from children, which disturbed several guests, as they screamed around and used the swimming pool area as a “playground” for 1 hour. The staff did not react professional on behalf of all guests and was not doing anything. I have informed the SPA team about it, the reaction was not as I would expect from such a Hotel - in many other Hotels that I have stayed, the reaction and behaviour would have been much better. I hope that this improves in the future. 2. Our room was not cleaned after our first night, despite us having turned on “make room”. Since the cleaning staff is coming twice, we called the room housekeeping to clean it. The housekeeping confirmed that it will be done immediately. While we waited almost 1 hour in the lobby and went back to the room, nothing was done… only the ironing board which we also requested was put inside the room. We complained at the reception and received a very poor justification…we would have expected more. All in all, the Hotel is recommended but during our stay we were slightly disappointed.

The hotel was nice and clean, liked the rooms. The swimming pool was small and the jacuzzi was not included in the use which was a let down. They also had a 24 floor terrace, which they did not let us visit and we were only asked to viit the bars on the ground floor which didn't have a city view. I don't think VIP access meant much.

This was a very comfortable hotel. The breakfast was pricey, but worth it in terms of food quality/options. If the morning weather is comfortable, I highly recommend having your breakfast outside as they have a fantastic outdoor area. The service was great. Every employee seemed happy to help us. For the folks that like to use the mass transit in foreign cities, this hotel has easy access (five minute walk) to the subway and rail lines. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Lisbon.

THis hotel was lovely, safe and comfortable. However, the area around it was not really a tourist area. Few places to eat or get coffee/breakfast. It was also not in the heart of town so it required an Uber ride into the heart of Lisbon where all of the touristy things are. Overall, a very nice hotel with several good erstaurants.

Fantastic facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. The location was surprising at first but we came to really appreciate being just outside the touristic area as it offered much more benefit than downfall. The gym and pool were great. The breakfast could use some improvement but everything else was excellent.
