Room was run down, stinky and needs a make over. Door lock didnt look like it would properly work. Tub had rust marks inside. I left after one night and went to new hotel nearby.

Arrived with my service dog and the illegal required to provide paperwork for my animal. Never asked if she was a service dog nor if she performed a service. I am currently seeking legal advice on this matter

Worst place I've ever stayed in my entire life. They start by asking for a lot of bureaucracy regarding the age of guests, and it's not explicitly stated on their website at all, but what do you expect from a place like this? Totally 0 organization! They said that smoking was prohibited in the room, but as soon as you open the door, there's a very strong smell of cigarettes, which makes you wonder if they really checked the room before you arrived! Not to mention that the toilet seat is full of marks where previous guests put out their cigarettes and the hotel didn't even bother to change it to give some credibility. The room I was in didn't have a carpeted floor (thank God), but the smell was still horrible, the covers were stained with God knows what, with some holes in them, the pillow was small and didn't even look like a pillow, the water came out of the tap with no pressure at all, just drops of water. The bathtub made a very strange noise with any movement you made, as if it could break at any moment, which is super dangerous. Every time you take a shower, the tiny bathroom gets soaked, the toilet has no lid, and it was clogged from the moment I arrived until the day I left (4 days with the toilet clogged), someone went there to look but no success, they just told us not to throw paper in the toilet (??) In short, the whole time you stay in the room you feel terrible, because of the smell, the dirt or some other bad thing. I won't even mention the neighborhood...

The property had NO hot water but plenty of bed bugs! The noise from other patrons was the topping on the cake!

Smelt horrible, people doing visible drugs in the parking lot and next to their rooms. Room floor was coming up, beds were old and filthy. Are is very sketchy and dangerous

Very impressed especially for the price I paid. The bathroom was a little run down but that was expected. It was clean and quiet which is all I needed.

We stayed 2 nights. Both nights the ac was spitting out nothing but hot air. Me and my pregnant girlfriend got sick due to being over heated. We had to go out and buy a fan to be able to survive the night. We are also homeless with limited money and I feel like it was a bad stay.

Other than random maintenance things (toilet seat being loose, microwave handle broken), it was an amazing stay!

The staff didn't let me get my roim I paided for a month in advance and I missed my first day of my family reunion.I had to call the police and was crying in front of my whole family very very sad experience. Will never stay there again.

Bathroom was spacious and somewhat remodeled. Faucet was installed incorrectly as hot n cold were opposite. Bed was firm and clean. Flooring was newer but room needed a fresh paint job. TV only had 3 channels total. I guess if I had to describe this hotel, most guests didn't get this room to watch TV or sleep. If you understand what I'm saying.

The cable television was so filled with snow i could not watch it. I turned the television on my first morning of my stay, called the front desk, and we told because i didn't call them within 15 minutes of my arriving for my stay, there we nothing they could do for me about the television. Is this ACCEPTABLE anywhere???
