Check in was rude and completely I will to allow early checkin. Would t even check if room was ready.

This hotel was dog friendly and was fine for our overnight stay on the way through town. A dog park walking distance away also helped burn some energy for our young pup. The floors were tile so although it was per friendly, it didn’t smell pet friendly. Nothing fancy but that’s not what we were looking for so it worked out just fine. There was a potty station by the dog friendly rooms so we didn’t have to go for a long walk to find a place. Conveniently located off the highway, it was very close to train tracks and was more of an industrial neighborhood.
Staff at check in was very friendly and professional. Communication with the hotel took place through text, which was kind of nice.

Was surprised there wasn’t daily room service.

This hotel is old and there is no elevator to the rooms on the second floor. It’s all spread out over a wide area and you have to lug your baggage across the street. The construction on the Main Street complicates it. We only booked this hotel because it has a Tesla Supercharger. After going to see where our room was located we knew we could not walk up all those stairs to get to it. So we lugged everything back to the front desk and told the desk clerk we needed an elevator or a ground floor room. She said all of the ground floor rooms were pet friendly rooms. We said ok because by now it’s after 9:30pm and we had been driving since 7:00am. Then the clerk said she had to go check our assigned room to make sure it was reassignable. We told her we didn’t go in. But that didn’t matter. Then she came back and said she had to get permission from the manager to move us since we booked thru Hotels.com. We asked what difference did that make. No answer. We waited about 10” and then asked for our money back because we had to go find a room we could get access to somewhere else. She said since we had checked in, and my card was run there was nothing she could do. We asked what happens if she can’t get ahold of her manager. She said, “Then I can’t change your room”. It was almost 9:45 on a Sunday night, so we left. We got a super nice room at Comfort Inn about a mile away, and the desk clerk there was extremely sweet and cooperative. We were in a VERY NICE room for about the same $.

Close to downtown. Comfortable room with all amenities.

Nice clean room.

This property is really a convention center. There are multiple buildings in close proximity but still separated by streets. Computer issues were occurring during our stay and the TV never did really work. Not a bad place but would probably choose a more traditional stay next time.

We had a really good time. The rooms need an update but it wasn’t bad. My grandson loved walking over the street to breakfast. We will be back.

Although the hotel is a little outdated, the sraff did a great job making sure everything was very clean, the breakfast in the morning was fresh and the staff was friendly, as well the front desk staff was friendly. There was a broken ironing board in our room and I let the lady at the desk know and she put in an order for a new one. Wasn't there to see if it arrived or not.

Well kept property. Not the easiest street to cross, skywalk was pretty hot walk. Would stay again.

This was by far the worst experience for a Best Western guest. The lady at check in was very rude and didn't offer water or explain any services they offered, but she spoke nicer to other guests that walked right after us and offered all services available to guests. She must have had a very bad day or something. I know it was because we were people of color and she very much disrespected us. She charged us a 150.00 deposit fee and also 67.00 for a service dog to stay and also requested for the paperwork, which in WY is not required and not to be questioned about. As we got to our room, we noticed the broken toilet. We let her know about it but she refused to do anything about it but were told that we will be able to move to a different room until the following night. So we decided to be moved to a different hotel but she refused to give a refund. As Hotels.com being our third party reservation, called the Best Western the whole story was twisted, she told them that we were offered to stay in another room, which was untrue. So the 3rd party wouldn't let is switch hotel because the attendant told hotels.com that we were already offered a different room. We ended up staying because a refund wasn't going to happen! It took us about an hour and half to get into our new room. So if you are native don't bother to stay there, don't even look that way. I've emailed a message to the manager but heard nothing back so far. Never again will we stay at this outdated Best Western again.

Staff were very friendly. The hotel is set up like a village so you might have to walk through town to get to the main desk/breakfast. They do have a sky bridge to cross the street but we still had to walk through a few streets to get to the sky bridge to get to the pool. The breakfast was top notch for a complimentary breakfast (biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, etc. it seems that they are working on updating the rooms.

Good stay. Clean room. We stayed in a room that had bunk beds and 2 queen beds which fit our family nicely and that is sometimes hard to find in a hotel.

Nice hotel on the edge of Downtown Sheridan. Nothing fancy, but rooms are clean and quiet, and you can walk to everything downtown.

Rooms scattered all over in area of motel. Glass sliding door on first level. Unsafe. Old carpet. Did not feel clean.

The room was fine but the bathroom was really old, as was the counter.

We stayed at this motel for a family reunion. The motel is old but relatively clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was average. The a/c worked but the room never did get too cool. We were there for 3 nights and didn't request housekeeping but we did ask for clean towels and practically had to beg to get them. That seemed a little ridiculous. Also, they ran out of food several of the mornings that we were there. Pool was not too clean. Our group did use the conference room and that was very nice. Motel bar closed at 10.

I believe you should list about your pet policy and your 150 dollar incidental fee up front, like on your front desk. You don’t have a lack of signs for other information. I was treated like trash, because I didn’t call ahead and I didn’t know about your fees. No apologies. Just terrible service. I had a family of three kids and my mom, I needed two rooms close to each other.

Older hotel kind of old, wore down but comfortable beds. Bathroom pretty outdated and broken shower fixtures making difficult to shower unless you want to hold the shower head. Friendly staff

The hotel set up is odd. There are 3 buildings (I think) that you need to cross a street to get to the lobby. Our room was ok but very dated. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up some old stairs.

Room is rundown. Not enough lighting in the room. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is great.

Overall the hotel was clean. Lobby and hotel are separated by a main street and you have to use a covered sky bridge to walk to your room. Did doordash and they weren't able to deliver to room, only to the lobby. After 470 miles of driving it is an inconvenience to walk up the stairs, across a sky bridge and down stairs to the lobby and back for a doordash delivery. No microwave in the room and no maintenance for fixing a plugged sink.
As far as the staff goes, they were very nice and courteous.

It was very nice. We had an ADA room and it was convenient and helpful.

For simplicity, everything is listed as pros and cons for perspective.
Pros:
• Building is older, but well maintained.
• Clean room.
• Ample parking.
• Full breakfast bar.
• Laundry facilities on site.
• Easy access to Interstate-90.
Cons:
• There is no daily maid service, which means the rooms do not get cleaned during your stay and you have to exchange towels with the front desk to receive fresh clean ones.

Horrible rooms!!! Update the freaking doors!!! There’s a 2” gap at the bottom feels like a crack hotel 66. Advertising is false. Shower does not drain, I never would stay here if I had seen it

It was an ok place, really more like a motel than a hotel. Property was spread out to a couple of blocks. Not a whole lot of parking and a little odd to get access. Very close distance to downtown Sheridan. Breakfast hours really limited.
