I travelled frequently and I find it was a bit pricey for the room that I’ve got. I normally get better room for less money.

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! I used the airport shuttle service located on their website and it was an easy and stress free pick up. The hotel was so nice had so many food options inside but there’s also sooo many restaurants walking distance from the hotel! i only got a chance to try out the Lilou and it was delicious! I bought so many good pastries from them.

Great place to stay in Mexico City, Polanco area offers many good options of places to visit and the variety of restaurants is so large, you may find the best places and other not so nice but so affordable. The property has nice rooms and also have a bar and specialty restaurants which I sincerely recommend. El Lunario and Auditorio Nacional are pretty close to El Presidente Hotel, just few minutes walking, the area is safe even at night. Rooms are comfortable and allow to have a good rest. I recommend!

Excellent choice in Mexico City, property really well maintained and the service incredibly good.
Just a comment to the Director: Why you ordered to move the dancer escultor at the entrance?
That is a symbol of our country and hotel for many years. No good.
