We stayed two separate nights in two separate rooms and our experience was very different each night. On a Saturday night, we had a very nice, clean, updated room and staff was not "over the top" in care, but were helpful. The second night, Monday, we stayed in a room that was still clean and comfortable, but didn't seem to have as many updates. SO, at worst, it was an average to above clean, comfortable hotel with interesting decor reflecting the history of the area. At best, it was delightful.

Carpet needs cleaned or replaced in the room

We enjoyed the clean pool and sauna; and the peaceful courtyard with three gazebos. The breakfast was good and the staff communicated well. I enjoyed looking at all the pictures of historic and modern automobiles covering the walls of the first floor.

Great automotive theme in the hotel decor and very good hot tub, pool and sauna area. Good value for the money. This is basically one of those older, faded elegance type of properties.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I had an outstanding stay at Best Western Greenfield Inn! The hotel's charming Victorian-style architecture creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern conveniences like a large TV, fridge, and microwave. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering great recommendations for local attractions and ensuring every need was met. I especially enjoyed the indoor pool and the delicious meals. Its proximity to The Henry Ford Museum and other Detroit landmarks made it the perfect location. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and top-notch service!

Great value for money

Hotel is older, but comfortable. The parking lot is difficult to navigate with several sections separated from each other and issues with finding an open space. Breakfast was above average. Staff friendly and helpful.

There was no fan in the washroom. Poor sound proofing. Very dated property.

Only that the building is big. Literally not a 3 star rating hotel. Full of dirty on steps, room. Outside of the property, dust everywhere, we afraid of placin our luggage on the floor.

Very close to freeway, airport and greenfield village.

Very easy and convenient. Right off of freeway. Down the street from the Henry Ford. 15 minutes Detroit. 10 minutes to the airport. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Great free breakfast buffet with sausage, pancakes, eggs, and good coffee.

Very clean, comfortable bed, nice pool and outside area next to it, though the jets in the hot tub were being repaired and out of service. Very convenient to downtown Dearborn and our favorite coffee houses, the Forf Museum and Greenfield Village, and our daughter's house (whom we were visiting). Good value for the price!

The area was quiet.

Bebes kids running wild in the pool area while the "parents" were drinking and eating in the hot tub. Kept awake from the sound of the room next to us having sex all night then woke up at 8am to it all over again. Check in lady was so rude and nasty. I will never come back to this disgusting place and have zero interest to ever visit Michigan again. The bar tender at night was a gem, the only good part of this disgusting hotel. Do better. Never again!!!

The decor inside the property with pictures of different models of the cars was nice. The carpet, furniture etc. was old. Parking was good, breakfast was good, front staff looked bored.

We were there for a three night stay to attend a family function. The free breakfast was outstanding as was the service. Nice pool/sauna/hot tub area. Spacious room. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel is a good option close to the highway for a few nights. Being an older property the rooms are spacious which is a big plus. Location is quite good as well with most of Detroit attractions a quick drive away and some decent shopping in the neighborhood as well. Breakfast was well above expectations and the young lady who manages breakfast is a beacon for customer service. She was amazing all three days that we stayed. The customer service at the front desk however was a completely different story. Check in was cold and unwelcoming. They make access to the pool as inconvenient as possible. On check in I was rudely asked if we planned on using the pool during our stay. Its an amenity and I should have the freedom of using it if I want to. On Friday when we did want to use the pool the lady at the front desk seemed most irritated with us and very grudgingly asked me to fill out a form and then handed over wristbands which they are neurotic about. There was no one else at the pool but they almost seem to not want anyone to use it. At the pool another staff came to check if we had the wristbands even though there was no one else at the pool and then told me that my child could not be around between 3 pm and 10 pm. Lastly the hotel also seems to be falling apart. It is old and it shows. A bathroom door that you have to slam shut because its warped and a armchair that was filthy. The room door looked liked someone had to try to smash their way in.

Very well maintained hotel. Pictures of classic cars in the hallways- restaurant had good food reasonably priced /free hot breakfast.

We love this hotel so much we always stay there when we go to the Tiger game or the Lions. What we love the most is the wonderful breakfast in the hotel.
