All went well.

Room was wonderful. Water in shower could have been hotter. Friendly staff. Terrance took time to show us some areas we asked about in the hotel. Wii definitely stay here again.

The stay at the hotel was great, the staff was great . The parking situation was a real OMG experience. Understand that everyone doesn't want vallet parking . Parking in the garage was fine but , their is a real disconnect with proper signs and directions on how to even get in the hotel from the parking garage . We were literally lost simply trying to get in the hotel at 1AM in the morning. This was the most frustrating thing ever in my life . We had to call in the hotel 2x to get directions on how to get in the hotel. After that it was still take the garage elevator to #2 and walk to enter another entrance . That part is enough own its own . At the least place signs giving direction . We travel a lot and that's a first .

Very nice hotel overall. Little disappointed in the tv’s and the elevator is pretty slow. They had a huge event on Saturday night and it was nearly impossible to get an elevator. Also found a dead cockroach on the steps in the lobby. Gross.

This is a beautiful historical building and I understand it is very old and in need of some repairs. That said, for the price you pay it does not all add up. The "deluxe" room was fairly small, the bathroom was tiny, and dirty. We didn't even want to use the shower as there was a huge glob of repair spackle that looked gross and untrustworthy. The elevators felt a bit scary at times but held up, thankfully. The lobby bathroom(mens) had one stall and it looked like a port-o-let. I'll spare the details, but it was gross. The good parts: The bar is awesome and the bar/restaurant staff was fantastic! We were there for a gala event and the room/staff/catering was really nice and welcoming. In closing, other than attending an event, or visiting the bar for drinks and live jazz we'll likely skip staying the night. I hope they find a way to fix the aging and historical charm this hotel has. It truly is a landmark in Cincinnati.

This hotel is a beautiful historic building right in the middle of downtown Cincinnati. Every inch of it looks like an artist helped design and build it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar are really nice. My only gripe is that I thought my bed was too firm. I was uncomfortable a good part of the evening and did t sleep that well. My wife on the other hand thought the bed was great. I would suggest this hotel to anyone visiting Cincinnati.

Very old hotel. Yes, it’s historic but it needs lots of updates. Not worth the price. The elevators were scary. Some numbers never changed do it was difficult to know what floor you were getting off on. Room service didn’t show up even when requested. We are supposed to get $30 off but at the time we checked out, the system was down so we will have to wait and see. They also charge an extra $50 per day for amnesties which will be taken off your credit card at a later date. It’s a little spooky as confirmed by other guests. The shower is in a bathtub. Definitely not what we had hoped for and our check in girl was like a computer. Not friendly at all.

Hotel was over all nice, but the room was old, pillows were not comfortable at all, extremely flat. (Never been one to travel with my own pillow, but I would have needed 6 of these to make one good pillow 😂) sheets had a few holes in them. Paint flaking off the ceiling in multiple areas. Flooring/carpet was sticky. The water bottles that were left in the room were already opened .

Cassie at the front desk was amazing - She made sure we got the right room and that our stay was superb.

This is a beautiful hotel with a nice restaurant and bar. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
My only complaint would be room preparedness. There was only one coffee cup and three towels for four people and when we called for additional towels we never received them. Not a deal breaker but just attention to detail.
I would still recommend this place and would stay again.

Lovely old hotel

Beautiful old hotel with lots of character and 1930's decor. Restaurant and bar were excellent with live music on Friday and maybe other nights. Good wifi. Wonderful location: we walked to restaurants, museums, RiverWalk, and more. Our 14th floor room would have been adequate except for (1) the appallingly noisy air conditioner which roared on noisily and rattled off noisily. Each of us were awakened at least a dozen times both nights leaving us exhausted on our return home. (2) No HOT water for 3 out of 4 showers, even after leaving it on for 10 minutes and reporting it to front desk after first bad experience. At best it was room temperature. (3) Door lock ran out of battery which needed to be replaced in order to get us back in. Good thing we weren't trying to get out to catch a flight. Replacement was done quickly and professionally by friendly servicemen. (4) Polite and sympathetic front desk said they would have provided us some compensation, but couldn't because we booked with a third party (hotels.com) instead of directly with the hotel. Friends on same floor had no problems. Perhaps our room was an anomaly.

Surprised by how the hotel has been allowed to deteriorate. The rooms/whole hotel REALLY need updating!

The property was very dated and drab. I switched rooms the only difference was the lighting. The rooms are very dusty, the carpet needs to clean the mirror had streaks, the body wash was empty. The room cleaners pay very little on how they clean the room. It was not what the Hilton brand is about. The rooms were a disappointment.

First I must say, the staff are some of the friendliest and helpful I've ever dealt with, especially the front desk. This is a really interesting property. The architecture is absolutely gorgeous, especially in the lower floors and conference area. It has a really cool history and it's just a beautiful place. The guest rooms, however, are a bit odd. They've definitely stuck to the historical footprint and so the rooms are all different shapes and sizes and the space isn't really used well. For example, my two queen bed room itself was enormous, although there was a lot of wasted space. There was a huge walk-in closet which was bigger than the bathroom, which is pretty tight. I stayed there because I had a conference in the hotel, and I'd probably stay again if need be because for me, none of this was a deal breaker.

Front desk staff at check in was not welcoming. No personalization at check in. Wrong room type was given vs what was booked. Night one, tried calling guest services and front desk for 20 minutes from in room phone and personal phone. No response. Had to go to front desk for the assistance. Waitress at in house restaurant was terrible. Told us multiple times we were in the way and asked to move because of potential wedding guests coming to the bar/restaurant. Those guests never came during the 1.25 hrs we were there. Would not stay in this location again due to the service or lack of service we received.

Amazing historical site! We really enjoyed the jazz band in the bar/restaurant area.

Got in late at night, if there were signs they were hard to find. Had to valet park at $48 a night, self was over $30. Front desk is on the second floor had to ask around to find it. It is a historic hotel, but they do not keep it up, just looks like a trashy hotel, room was tiny, bathroom industrial toilet looked like something from a road side rest stop. Sink clogged and took forever to drain. Nothing to good to say about this place.

This is a very old property and requires massive renovations. My room was depressingly decorated , old furniture and small. I don’t recommend staying here .

Older, very busy things moved fairly fast, no extra tp in room. Got noisey about 7am with local construction

Check in/out easy. Many dining options close by. Easy walk or ride to several venues. 4 star rating comes from bad cable connection on tv & hot water faucet on sink didnt work when we arrived. I did not give notice for them to correct this because of our very short stay. Im sure the issues would have been corrected right away!

An absolute gem of a well maintained 1931 Art Deco superb hotel. The 1931 restaurant (used to be the Palm Court in prior days gorgeous. Nicely kept and comfortable rooms and efficient elevators ( it is 28 floors high).

There was no place safe, close or convenient to take a pet out for relief. Very disappointing. Some of the elevators were dirty.

Other than the location, I would not recommend this hotel. I arrived at 4pm last Saturday, my room wasn’t ready. Gave all my luggage to the valet to hold and went for a walk. 2 hours later, still not ready. It is now 6pm and I can’t change for dinner. I couldn’t go anywhere else so sat at the bar, no purse hooks. Seems a work order was submitted for replacing, but it went nowhere. Finally, get my room 2.5 hours late, could have at least given me a drink on the house…just got a I'm sorry. Ceilings are all cracked in the hallways and room. Got my shower and the drain is clogged. Water halfway up my calf. I had a King jr suite so it had 2 showers. Tried the other shower the next morning, the same. Avoid room 2328. If they invested in renovating it this place could be great. Location is great, you can feel the history of the building but goodness for the price lots of aggravation.

The EV charger in valet parking didn't work at all even though they told us it was plugged in. Not everyone has a Tesla! If we had not parked in valet we would have had access to a better charger. It was frustrating to have paid extra for valet only to have the EV not charge at all overnight.
Otherwise the hotel is lovely and the staff were great. The history is amazing. I will be back.

Property was very convenient for walking to Paycor stadium for concert event. Staff was very helpful and worked diligently to resolve an elevator issue as the hotel was completely full for the weekend.
