It was sold out the night before and we were told that a room wouldn’t be ready until maybe 3pm and we tried asking if we could get something earlier due to having a wedding rehearsal at 4pm to get to. We were told we could downgrade to 2 doubles from a king to get a room faster but that we would lose our king completely. We stayed with the king and we got our room before 2pm. We never received the warm cookies or water during check in. Room was comfortable but could tell it was a little dated with the damage by baseboards and the bathroom. Staff was always friendly and prompt with requests. Was denied a late checkout due to lots of requests already made. Overall, the stay was good and is a decent place to stay when visiting for a few days.

let me start off by saying it was my birthday and everyone wants that experience to be memorable. The first room we was give was 304 must I tell you how filthy the carpet was with numerous stains. The second room we were given was 411. We relocated to the new room 411 the bath tub had hair from previous guest, soap scum on the soap bar holder, under the bed was dirty with previous guest belongings. The worse part was laying in bed and another guest used a key to open my room door. Keep in mind I am in the room with my 6 year old daughter who was so afraid asking how did this stranger get a key to our room. I immediately called downstairs and reported it and the employee acted as if that’s normal behavior. I called the 800 number that was given to me by the front desk on tuesday evening I was told a manager would reach out to me within 24-48 hours that never happened. I was even provided a case number. The rooms are dated but they really need to re-evaluate the housekeeping department. Over the few days that I was there I observed that they utilized echo lab products but Fabulosoa is not a commercial base product there were even bottles on carts that were not label which can be a safety concern. My overall experience was not pleasant and the staff was not welcoming.

My only complaint was that the carpet in my room was in need of a good cleaning. It was (filthy). I give the staff an A for being attentive and courteous. I give the hotel an overall A- for appearance and welcoming factors.

The floors to the rooms were absolutely disgusting. There was rubbish on the floor, including tooth flosser picks, which was there on the floor my entire stay. I had to change rooms at 1 am due to noise. there was a constant banging noise for 3 hours, and i have service dogs, which was sending them crazy.

The hotel in my state was a Doubletree in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The hotel was very nice. The service were very nice. It was only for one night and very close to my event that I had to attend.

We had several issues with service during our one-night stay. I called and spoke to two separate individuals to add my wife to the reservation as she would check in before I arrived. They added her name but when she showed up her name was not on the list. We then waited 35 mins for a drink at the lobby bar and then again 25 mins for the second drink. We needed another key from the front desk and waited 18 minutes as there was only one person on shift. It seems the hotel is severely understaffed.

Had to request a different room, due to being to close to the elevator and noise. 2nd room USB ports not working,maintenance came somewhat fixed one, but still not working correctly Pool area needs better maintenance i.e cleaning tables,umbrella stands and hosing off the areas around the pool.Front desk assistants all 5 stars.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree. The staff were very friendly, from check in to check out. The room was clean, the view of the city was amazing and overall, was definitely one for the books. I will definitely be returning !

The rooms and bathrooms need to be updated. They are in a bad need of renovations. Restricting outside food in all areas of the lobby and pool area is ridiculous, especially since there where so many emergency evacuation during our stay.
