Just know I used to do travel MRI scans over 6 states and have stayed in some less than awesome hotels. This hotel on the walkway to door entrance was about 8-9 piles of dog feces. Upon entering the hotel it had a very strong odor of smoking. Got to the room curtains had missing eyelets so hard to close also the smoking smell just was overwhelming. I booked another room quickly and contacted hotel.com which it was Thanksgiving day so left a message. I was told by Hotel.com rep the next day that they contacted hotel and said they would refund if I indeed didn’t stay the night. Well I have know been contacted by Hotel.com that Travel Lodge By Wyndham refused my refund. So I will just eat that $ but be aware this was a Good Rated Hotel, but in my opinion because I it seems they have long term tenants that like to smoke and have lots of dogs that they do not clean up after so beware of the “Good” status and read reviews before booking. Also as a side note Wyndham usually has at least average, clean Hotels. This was an exception for sure! Best Regards, Mark

Stay was good. Breakfast is only microwaveable items. Halls REAKED of cigarette and just like old and musty. Our room wasn’t cleaned the BEST. Stay was about 4/10

We booked a room with king beds, were given 2 queens. My husband is 6”4 and we had to sleep separately! There were baby roaches, and trash on floor in front of bed. Then!!! At 3am, the fire alarm kept going off in our room, we had to take it down and take battery out. Was miserable night! The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Well the beds were comfortable tv was good room was clean but room 116 had no hot water for shower or in sink pool was packed couldnt actually swim because parents of the kids wouldnt stop them from jumping in around others.

When I arrived at the property, the person that worked at the front desk was outside smoking weed we checked in that evening early that morning I was woken up by a roach crawling on my arm that afternoon around 330. I was walking from the ice machine and three gentlemen were in the hallway, beating up another gentleman. I had to try to contact the front desk. The phones in the rooms are not plugged up. There are no phone jacks in the wall let alone a phone line so the phone was just sitting on the desk for looks. I finally got a hold of the front desk. She did not call the police nor did she seem concerned. This was the worst experience of my life ever going to a hotel.

Very dirty, smelly, and just overall gross. Bugs in the linens, floors are not vacuumed, the bathroom was not cleaned, the floor was sticky, dirty walls, dirty and damaged furniture. Had to move rooms 3 times because of cleanliness, and a broken air conditioner. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The evening staff very helpful and kind. The young lady that checked me in was great, also the gentleman that does the night shift. So the first room had BED BUGS, so he moved us just try to make it work and the next room we moved to had ROACHES. He tried to help us as much as he could. We understood it was out of his control, so my husband and I had to go get a new hotel room at 3am. Very stressful.

We had a horrible stay the building smelled like weed and cigarettes the room looked like it hadnt been cleaned the sheets where dirty and the staff was not friendly it was very nosiey all our of the nignt and the fire department had to be called for the fire alarms going off which when we asked if we need to evacuate they replied no someone keeps pulling the fire alarms apparently it happens quite often staff said.. the outside doors had no locking on them so anyone could walk in the building the pool didnt look the cleanest worst hotel i have stayed at and mangaent staff looked to be doped out would not recommend for a family all around not a good place

Arrived to check in at front desk. Guy was just lost. Think he may have spent the earlier part of his day at the dispensary across the street. Took him over 20 minutes to check in the guy in front of me. He kept getting distracted. I had two separate reservation. One for my son and one for myself. He found the first one. Never found the second one. Arrived in room and turned AC on. after an hour it still wasn't cooling very well. Tried to close the broken privacy curtains and discovered the window was wide open. Closed it and locked one of the two locks that were operational. AC finally started to catch up. Disturbance outside room around 1:30 am. Tried to look through peep hole and it was so distorted. it was impossible to see what was going on. Carpet on stairs trashed so bad it's a trip hazard. Never Again!
