Very nice, the woman working the desk was super kind and helpful. The rooms were kept clean, albiet the bathrooms were quite tiny (wasn't expecting it to be the size of a small closet haha) but overall it was a pleasant stay! There are large, roach-like beetles outside the stairways, but they never seemed to be in the actual building.

They need more variety of breakfast. We stayed for 8 days and all we ate for breakfast was egg and sausage. The water in the pool was green and dirty. The bed sheets were stained. The receptionist was nice and friendly

We had a leak in our room that I used the waste paper basket to catch or our bathroom floor would be wet all the time. Supposedly they fixed it but they didn’t. This breeds mildew and you could tell that was a problem. The breakfast was inadequate. Coffee had not been brewed for the day and was cold. Supplies were down to 4 slices of bread, 3 bagels and maybe a hand full of unappetizing looking eggs and cold sausage. This was at 6:30 am. I felt for the rest of the people because they were going to have anything to eat. There were families there and they count on feeding their children something to eat and there was nothing. Management didn’t seem to care. Very disappointed in Best Western. Usually fine. The only thing I can say is that the room was clean.

We got there late that tonight and the first thing I saw outside my rooom were huge roaches. The inside was fairly clean. Didn’t see any bedbugs. But the smell of weed was strong when you opened the door. Or tv didn’t work. And our water only worked some of the time. If you are looking for a quick place to sleep it’s not terrible if you aren’t staying there. Oh also the pool was nasty and green so we couldn’t swim :(

We traveled 11 hours with our 5 young children to stay the night on our way back home. Once we had our children settled in bed for the night my husband went to use the restroom where we found a bed bug in the bathtub. I have a picture for proof as well. We packed our (crying) kids up and hit the road to drive through the night instead.

Not a good BW. We have stayed in other BW, but this one was bad. Sheets were probably clean, but stained on both beds. Hotel backs up feet away from I-24.

We got up to have the hot breakfast at 6am to find the front door locked and nobody there for breakfast or to check out. We left the keys in the room and had to have McDonalds for breakfast. Room was nice breakfast not so much!!

Not impressed. The first room we were in had a broken heater/air conditioning unit with a noisy rattling fan that you couldn’t turn off. We complained and they offered us another room, which we took. The first room still had someone in it so they found another. The next room had a freshly painted table that said not to use but otherwise we thought was OK. After settling in, we found an intermittent squal coming from the bathroom vent. It was the high pitch sound like when you shut off a water faucet. It went on all night. Closing the bathroom door muffled it somewhat.

Pretty easy and quick check in. Room smelled and looked clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. There are lots of food and shopping options within a 2 mile radius of the hotel.

I like the hot breakfast, the clean room, and the friendly staff in this place. But there was one thing very unpleasant- The street was under construction. It was very dusty around the hotel. One afternoon, a truck in the parking lot kept its engine on for many hours, creating so much smoke from exhaust. This just made the air quality even worse.

The photos are pretty misleading. I'd say this is a step above Motel 6. Dark, cob webs, and generally not a room I wanna hangout in. You can hear everything going on outside.

This hotel is awesome. I was staying in Murfreesboro due to having to be St Thomas Rutherford / TOA for surgery and had to be there incredibly early. The employees were very nice and welcoming. The room was extremally clean and comfortable and helped me be able to relax ( a little) lol.

The hotel room had a bad stench. Cigarette smell and very humid in the room that didn’t make it any better. Towels smelled a little off. Floor looked as of something was smeared on it.
