Good service-nice stay
Suggestion-if you are going to turn the TV before the guest is in the room make sure it is working. I had no sound on the TV and I needed to have someone come to my room to fix it!

Hotel lobby was beautifully renovated. Room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was out of order and had to use stairs to access room. Breakfast was for sale but food was not fresh. Yogurt cup had mold. Staff was very pleasant and took care of the issue.

We were attending a conference in the Nashua area. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good too. Great coffee in the breakfast room.

Outdated. Old carpets. There were multiple large parties through the hotel. Patrons swearing in hallways, left the outdoor wide open and could hear a car revving engine all hours of night. Barely slept a wink. Sofa bed hard as a rock

When we arrived in the evening, we were told that the elevator is under maintenance for the weekend and i was given a room on 3rd floor.

Older hotel; clean room; front desk helpful; disappointed no breakfast incl; all other Sonestas I've stayed had brkfst incl; broken elev real problem in getting luggage to 3rd flr room. Definitely would use other nearby Sonesta hotels nearby, but not choose this one. This was last minute reservation so was thankful to get a room!

Staff were very nice. Room was rundown. Elevator was broken. Didn't get the requested room type, poor water pressure.

Room was well appointed, clean and quiet. The air conditioning we especially liked as it was very quiet. Convenient to many restaurants and shopping although there is nothing that I would consider to be walkable. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location

We chose Sonesta based on past experience at another Sonesta hotel. We checked in with a lot of gear to unload and the desk clerk informed us that our room was on the 3rd floor and down two long hallways. He did help us carry our bags up (Gabriel), which was nice, but it should be noted that the elevator should be working in a 3-story hotel, or else we should have known about the issue in advance

Third floor room, no elevator working. Noisy patio
conversations below us. Nice lounge for coffee in the morning $$Starbucks. Nice room. Lots of parking.

New building on a beautiful property. Comfy beds, clean, no restaurant but small on-site convenience/vending area selling some food and with a microwave. Very pleasant staff. Lots of parking. Would happily stay there again.

The elevator was out of service. The window in my room couldn’t be opened. I don’t feel like it was a good experience.

Not so good

Our arrival and departure had people/dogs loitering in front of lobby doors where our car needed access. Felt weird.

Pros & Cons
Pros:
Check in was quick.
Room was clean.
Bed was comfortable
Cons:
Elevator has not been operational for weeks apparently. We were able to walk up the stairs, but I can see this being a problem for people with mobility issues.
Hotel seems to provide shelter to unhoused individuals which for us isn't necessarily an issue. However, these individuals hang out just outside the entry smoking weed creating a cloud of smoke. Some of the staff reeked of weed as well. Back parking lot needs to be cleaned up. Broken glass is everywhere. The halls of the hotel have an unpleasant odor. Body odor, natural gas, who knows, but it's unpleasant.
After going back and reading the reviews that are here, it is clear this hotel has been having ongoing issues and repeated complaints. Not sure why Hotels.com continues to list them as it doesn't reflect well on them either. All the reviews with complaints seem to have the standardized response from hotel "management." Clearly it''s just an automated response and there is no intention to rectify anything.
My suggestion is to see if you can find another place to book your stay. I wish I had done a better job reading the reviews before booking.
And to Hotels.com: you really should require that the hotel notes that they do not have a working elevator. Given how long the issue shows up in the reviews, it's clear this hotel has no intention of repairing it

The elevator did not work. The toilet in the bathroom didn’t flush.

Pool and gym was good.

I liked the workers and cleanliness.
I disliked that it seems to double as a local homeless shelter and I was asked if i was feeling charitable with some money. And no one protected me from being harassed that worked there. I told him no, but he kept interacting.
I disliked the elevator (although, I was on the 1st floor) being broken the whole 3 days I was there. Also, since we were on the first floor, all the conversations that the smokers had were loud and late into the night and there was nothing that could be done at 1130pm as I tried twice. I do not smoke. I disliked no automatic doors and the one door that opened quite slowly was not wide enough for the luggage cart. I disliked having to ask for water as none was in the room.
The clean rooms were fine to sleep in. But no frills at all. $100 deposit when I have given $50 at fancier places, but as it seems to double as a local homeless shelter, they must have the financial need to have such a high deposit.
The breakfast was ok and I was fine, but the door on my room didn't shut unless I pulled it shut. There needs to be a basic overhaul and restructuring. And since it was the middle of the week the elevator broke, it would seem there is no money for repairs.
Lastly, no microwave in the room! I was devastated.

Not sure how this hotel had high reviews - if it weren’t midnight when we arrived I would have demanded my money back. It was really dirty and not kept well. I can’t blame the staff it looked liked they were trying to make people out front quiet down but it wasn’t working. Really disappointing

Elevator was broke and stairwell stunk of body odor. They only had one key card per room available. On the positive side the beds were comfortable and our room was clean.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Very friendly. Pet friendly too. Hotel is a little out of the way if you don’t have a car, but acceptable for the price. No complimentary breakfast, but there’s a Target not too far away if you want something at a lower price than they sell in the hotel. Overall a good experience.

Pool was disgusting. Nothing close by...(within walking distance). Rooms are very small. They claim "quiet time" from 11pm - 6am. That is when there was the most noise.

This is a good place to stay. It was clean, had a pool, and the room, although small-ish, had everything you would expect, including a mini fridge and microwave. It could also use a couple of things, like a working elevator, a pool not covered with grass clippings, a sign on the building, an earlier check-in (or no fee to check in early if the room is ready), and a free breakfast option.

Was highly disappointed. Elevator was out. I use a cane. The informed me AFTER I checked in. Had to use stairs Asked when it would be fixed. Exact answer “I don’t know. It’s been down for a while”. Horrible attitude.
