The front desk staff always had a friendly smile and were happy to help. Our room was at the end of the first floor hallway and we had some noise from guests using the door leading to the parking lot. The pool was delightful; wish we had a patio! There were several good choices for breakfast nearby. The room had a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. These were clearly a plus!

Perfect location! Walk out our sliding door to the pool. Pool hours are great. 8-10. Lots of time to utilize. The pool is clean and refreshing.

The staff was very courteous and friendly but the room was musty, key cards didn't work and had to go to the front desk daily to get them fixed. The hallways were EXTREMELY HOT and there was a constant horrible smell that they tried to cover with cheap air freshener.

The staff attitude was mixed. Upon arrival, Brittany asked me tersley, "How can I help you?", an odd question given I had luggage in tow and was obviously a guest. I expected a more polite question, such as, "welcome to Marriott, how can I help you," with a smile. Her next question was an accusatory, "Why are you here?" My initial silent response was "none of your business," but I held my tongue and replied "business." (I won't disclose my true purpose.) In short, she was rude and inhospitable, something that shocked me, especially given I expected more from a Louisville and Marriott representative. As far as accommodations, room service extends to cleaning and towel changing only. You are on your own for bed making. Compared to Holiday Inn Express, this hotel is a far second insofar as the rooms (they are dated) and I do not recommend it if you are traveling. I will never stay there again. On the plus side, the area is nice and there are many other hotels nearby, including Holiday Inn Express, which I recommend.

Despite that it is an old property, it was updated pretty well. Nice staff, too. Downside: very noisy street which is not under their control, but had to sleep with ear plugs. The water temp is just above lukewarm for showers.

Didn’t venture into any more of the hotel than the front desk to check in and a side door to get to our room that was only the second from the door, but most importantly the room was clean and seemed to be well maintained. Front desk staff was polite and quick. Exterior was being repainted and I couldn’t even tell that repainting was needed. Maybe that’s an indication of their general maintenance.

Woke up to an ant infestation in my room! I had to check out 4 hours earlier than planned. When I told the front desk clerk she was very passive and said “Sorry for your inconvenience.” It was much more than an emergency unconvenience!

Liked the cleanliness and friendly staff as well as the area. Wish beds were queen size. Disappointed at the fact breakfast was not included. Website was deceiving and being the fact I thought it was a free breakfast is one of the reason we picked this hotel.

As usual, the Marriott chain didn’t disappoint in cleanliness. The hotel was in a quiet, safe area. Disappointed they didn’t offer breakfast but there were eating places in walking distance to the hotel to make up for that. Overall a great place to stay.

Just Okay. Booked thru an online website and it said breakfast included. It is a restaurant. And While the front desk did move us after we requested, I would not return. 1st room - The bathroom toliet was not running. Fridge cubby was dirty, falling apart. Sink was tore up.and balcony door would not lock. We were moved to another room, and it could have used some cleaning. Floors dirty
