Very clean, comfy, coZy, and pet friendly, (which was a must for us traveling with 2 big dogs). Only qualm was the hotels pack and play wouldn't click into place on one side. Our toddler is 2.5 and very sturdy when climbing and such so we didn't worry about her trying to get out and falling, and it ended up being ok. Also wish that bedding material was available with it. Called down and asked for some extra blankets & a sheet. They happily obliged and promptly (to our surprise because we checked in so late from our long day) We were all exhausted after our long day of road travel, everyone slept great! I would definitely recommend!

Comfortable rooms and beds. Everything was very clean. Front desk staff were very helpful. Room had a fridge but it could have done with a microwave

Things went alright during my stay, but it was clear that the facility and rooms were old. I understand that the building is old but that the bedding too? I think that they can do better by replacing for newer bedding at least… the pinpoint area of the hotel is overall safe but stepping a little bit towards the west of the hotel area seems very unsafe… I actually witnessed a car being stolen from a parking lot in a mall 7 minutes away from the hotel… anyhow my overall stay was good… quite and clean!

My BF and I enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. Loved the Trofi restaurant and the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Our first night there was a thunderstorm and all the patio furniture/cushions were thrown about because of wind/rain. We retrieved a few cushions that went close to the parking lot lol lol . I felt bad for maintenance the next day as I’m sure they had quite the cleanup.
All in all it was a very nice experience and I highly recommend it.

We checked into our hotel and things smelled fine. We left our things and went to eat. Came back and our room smelled like marijuana!! We called the front desk and no one answered. The elevator was wet with dirty towels all over. We were told we had to make a deposit for incidentals and then the credit was not put back on our card.

While the customer service at check in was very good, the overall stay was a huge disappointment. We booked here and pre-paid otherwise we would have left. We chose here specifically for the location and a hot tub to relax. We couldn’t even sit in the hot tub as it was well over 105 degrees and burned our legs just to put our legs in. Also, the water was clearly not clean, very green and murky. I informed the front desk but they seemed unconcerned. The pool water appeared murky also although we did not get in that. Then the room a/c smelled of mold, and there was not a fan in the bathroom to turn on when showering. The entire bathroom was wet after each shower and there’s no way that can be up to health code. We only stayed one night otherwise we would have left. Huge disappointment overall. Tv did not work.

This property is very old. The restaurant and bar were closed 2 of the three days. We stay here for that. Will not go here again.

The hotel room is always fabulous. Everything was clean. The only problem is the pillows smooshed down to a quarter of an inch. You need better pillows we were charged for $10 parking fee and the parking lot is probably well needed to have a repayment job it would’ve been nice to know that the facility charged $10 to park the car there.

Elevator service is a problem. Slow and some units not operational. Unruly children using them adds to problem. Hotel was booked and bar closed early while full of customers. Had to park in loading zone because there was no spaces available…

Double Tree is one of my favorite places to stay as I always know what to expect. The consistency of service is unequaled.

I was satisfied with hotel.

Service was pretty good but not impressed with the facility. The lobby doors were broken all weekend and had to be left open. With the negative temps that left the lobby and 1st floor freezing cold. Also only two elevators available for a 15 plus floor building made it difficult. The coffee maker in the room was dusty and so were the cups provided so we got coffee elsewhere. the tv also had reception problems so I had to watch the game on my phone. This was not the type of facility I’d expect for a $360.00 bill for two nights.

Front doors don't open you have to slide the automatic doors open and close to enter. No working elevators, main elevators are down so they had guest use the service elevators which both broke while we were there, my child is now terrified of elevators as we were stuck inside for a few mins as it wouldn't go up and the doors wouldn't open back up. Had to take stairs up to the 10th floor which let out outside and it was -7° out. Room was tiny. Pool was extremely steamed up and you could not see 1 ft in front of yourself. Extremely unsafe hotel. No staff to be found to help with anything. I saw some family's walk out to go stay somewhere else. Hotel was not heated in the hallways or lobby.

We always do a stay-cation for new years eve with our kids and another family. The man that checked us in was extremely nice and helpful, gave us 4 yummy cookies and some complimentary water (the waters in the room are $3) and started our stay off great! The hotel elevators are being worked on so we had to use the service elevators which was fine but felt a little sketchy. The rooms are standard and clean. The pool was very cold but the kids had fun. The hot tub was luke warm at best with no jets or temp control. There was a sauna we used to warm up a bit but it did not get very warm and the dial was broken. We thought about trying the restaurant but it had fine dining prices and not a soul in the restaurant on new years eve or morning... we ended up not trying it. The hotel was very cold throughout- condensation coming through the windows in our room. The starbucks downstairs was a plus and delicious! Overall, I would probably not repeat a stay here until some updates and repairs were completed but it was just fine for a one night stay!

The staff was very nice and easy to work with, hotel was under construction and didn’t know that when booking but wasn’t a huge issue. Great hotel, stayed two years in a row now and will definitely come back again.

Positives: proximity to my work, Starbucks coffee, rapid response by hotel engineering, size of the exercise room
Needs improvement: I had to pay extra for a room away from elevators—I’ve never had to do pay extra to be away from elevators, bathroom wasn’t all that clean, it’s nice that the hotel has service elevators as backup, but the area in and out of the elevators needs a facelift—for the employees and for hotel guests, IF Hilton cares about the experience.

Doubletree standards maintained. Excellent bedding, Crabtree & Evelyn bath products. Warm, delicious cookies upon arrival!

The hotel said “newly” updated but definitely still under construction. We had to use work/staff elevators in a dingy, dirty hallway. The one elevator for the entire building was time consuming and crowded
Also the room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable

property said "our system is down and you cant check in". Staff was not accommodating until we mentioned we stay frequently at rhis property. Sad, as we have never had issue.
4.0 / 5.0
The elevators were out of order, so instead of having 4 working elevators, they had 2 rickety service elevators. The stairs leading off the floor went directly outside so if you were trying to save time and use them, you had to walk thru the lobby again to get where you needed to go on the 1st floor. Dining options were expensive, but the pool was great.

The staff was really nice but the property needs some updating in the restroom areas in the elevators didn’t work 😊

Not pleasant

Elevators were substandard and could not appropriately accomodate the guests. Long wait times to get down in the morning.
Room did not have soap, kleenex and other basis things. They had to be requested at the front desk.

Very out dated

Elevators were broken, had to use employee elevators and we were worried to get off on our floor because it looked like we were walking straight into a storage room. The hot tub was disgusting and had grime floating around in it.

Property was clean and friendly staff.

Very nice hotel and staff. Only bummer was the guest elevators were broken so you had to use the staff ones. Not that big of a deal but something to note.
