We had a great time as a group of 7. Perfect location and we just love the youthful vibe of the casino

We were upgraded to a suite amazingly. It was incredible.

I dont usually make any comment, but this hotel is perfect during my stay, thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. We went for my husband's 50th birthday and loved how close everything is and all the shops/restaurants around it! Loved that it had its own shopping mall strip! One drawback was all the smoke. It's a smoking casino and even thou we were on the 32nd floor, we could still smell it a bit, which was very annoying for someone that doesn't smoke. The casino itself is VERY smoky, so if that's a problem for you, consider that. other than that, nice staff and great service. Loved the bathtub in our suite, really put it to good use after the daily walking. Bring your own bath salts!

Mother daughter trip to Vegas. PH is the perfect location on the strip with easy access to everything. The rideshare area is easy to get to. Decent prices and delicious meals available onsite and in the attached Mile Mall. The drink service while playing was incredible, very friendly staff and it seemed like they came around every 10 minutes.

It was a nice saty. It is not the first time we chose PH when we go to LV.

Overall it was a nice stay

Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Furnishings in room were tired and worn, hot tap in bathroom didn’t work and housekeeping didn’t clean the room or make up bed. Go elsewhere

Was there for a seminar and never stayed there before. The room was nice and bathroom was big. Good location on the strip. The conference facility was also nice. Check in only had two people working so that wait was almost an hour.

We had two rooms on our reservation. When we booked we asked for rooms next to each other. When we checked in we were given 2 rooms on floors 5 apart. We had to stand in line for about an hour to get rooms closer together and then the only option was to upgrade one of our rooms to a “suite” for an extra $50 a night. So then we had a “suite” and a 2 queen room. The 2 queen room was nicer and more spacious than the suite. The “suite” walls were all curved making it mostly unusable space. There was no door to the bathroom (which was right across from the bed) and there was a large window in the bathroom that had a translucent shade, making it very bright in the room.
The toilet area did have a door, but the light switch was at the entrance to the bathroom which would turn on all the lights, making it brighter if you have to use the bathroom at night. Our showers in the morning were lukewarm.
At one point 3 of the elevators for our tower didn’t work with anyone’s key cards.

The parking was so far away from the hotel, it felt like miles to get there. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was very dirty and smelly, the blankets had holes on them! And the towels had hair on them

Very comfortable and safe for my family and kids in this area

Room was ok. Clean, a large bathroom. No coffe machine at the room. Room really really noise (some kind of machine) all day and night. Not sure if I would stay there again. Got a message from management about it, but was not able to talk to them.

Hotel is conveniently located on the strip. So much car. But you cannot help that,

planet Hollywood was nice enough to upgrade us to a panoramic view room of the strip free of charge. It was nothing short of amazing. I would definitely stay there in the future. The restaurants are good. Everybody is friendly. The place is very clean and very comfortable.

It’s conveniently located. If you have a car to park in the garage, they’ll give you a card to enter in and out of the garage which was very convenient and easy. Overall, we’d recommend it.

They did not have my reservation on the system.
I had to pay walk in price for that night.
I hope to get a refund for that reservation.
I accept app credit.
Best,

The room needed maintenance. Faucet handles were loose. Big dry way saw on bathe ceiling. Loose cabinet handles. Not leveled TV.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Planet Hollywood. Really easy check in. Nice restaurants inside the hotel and around the hotel.

Great hotel but dates Room.

Even tho I paid in advance for the room upon arrival a king room was not available so they “upgraded” me to 2 queen beds. I was told that rooms are assigned as guests check in and by the time we arrived around 6 pm all king rooms were taken. They offered a king if I wanted to switch rooms after 2 days which I did not want to have to do

Overall good, but here are a few suggestions. Put a full length mirror in rooms, install more bathroom hooks or towel racks. The cold water spigot in our room was faulty. Also, more signage for restrooms in the mall.

No ice on our floor

Great place to stay! Quiet and very spacious and clean!

Whoever decided to plan the parking structure signage needs to be fired. No idea how to get to the hotel / casino after you self park. other than that! Wonderful hotel, clean, beautiful and lots of games!

The stay here was great! This hotel has everything you need and is smack dab in the middle of the strip . Staff was friendly, the rooms were super clean, beds were comfy. I’ve stayed at multiple locations on the strip this one has become my fav due to location, comfort and everything offered

Our stay was too short, but we received a surprise upgrade toa suite that couldn't be beat. Too bad the tables were not as good to us.

1. Don’t believe the published room rates - totally misleading. There is a $50 per day “resort” fee that they tack on and for what? Turns out it is for internet access (but only for 2 devices!), access to the gym and phone service. Phone service?!? Really?!? Who doesn’t have the own phone these days? Plus the only calls I am going to make are to the hotel staff, so you are charging me to communicate with you? I won’t go into the quality of the gym, but we typically don’t use the gym on shorter trips and don’t need access to it so shouldn’t have to pay for it. I don’t need to mention how ridiculous it is to limit internet access to just 2 devices for $50 / day.
2. Horrible customer service - part 1. Wanted an early start so decided to make coffee in the room but no coffee maker to be found. Called front desk to see if maybe our room was missing one and was chidingly told that they removed coffee makers years ago (as if I should have known that) but that I could go down to one of two Starbucks on the property to buy some. Thanks Planet Hollywood. What is that $50/day charge for again? Clearly not room amenities that every other hotel provides.
3. Horrible customer service - part 2. That morning was met with no hot water. Our showers quickly went from tepid to cold. Contacted front desk and got same woman who abruptly explained that the they had an outage overnight and we should have run the hot water in the sink at the same time. How were we supposed to know that?!?

Awful service. They Make you wait in line to check in only to find out they want to charge $25 more. Roberto a very small minded manager was very hostile to customers. The self parking is a mile walk away from hotel. No coffee in room. No water Nothing. Windows of room are so filthy you can see out of them. Don’t stay at any Caesar properties. You’ll be sorry.

I had to call housekeeping to clean bath tub cos there were black stains but they weren't able to completely remove it.
So I didn't do my soaking for achy muscles. Also the plumbing is bad.... you could hear water running all the time.... I had to turn on tv loud to avoid it.

Loved this place. Rooms are more modern, staff was friendly. Location is fantastic. My new fav hotel on the strip. It’s just incredibly convenient

The biggest issue was self parking and then walking a million miles to try and find the check in. The signs were basically non existent and everyone we asked for directions just kept pointing.

Love it. You can get everywhere from the hotel.

Very clean. Super comfortable bed. Nice big bathroom.
3.0
The room was great. Quiet, loved the bathroom. Literally fudge the parking situation. Using self park is a joke - it forces you to walk through the mall beneath the hotel which I did not know about when I booked and wouldn’t have booked PH if I did. With two young kids this was rough! I found a way through the series of elevators and escalators to go from the lobby to the self park area which I shouldn’t have had to do. Being forced to go through the maze of slot machines and Miracle Mile shops literally designed to trap and confuse people is not cool on the hotel’s part simply because we didn’t want to pay for valet.

Love Planet Hollywood! In the middle of all the action and connected to a mall! What else could you ask for? Was clean except a little hair in the shower. But overall clean.

Really good. Nice large room with extra large bathroom. Nice view. Convenient location. Pet friendly
