I had such a lovely one night stay at Torre Melina, I can’t recommend it enough! Staff were so friendly and made it easy for me to store my baby’s milk, among other things. The food was exquisite! And that’s after only eating at one of their three restaurants (L’Amaranta). The hotel is beautifully decorated and location was great for walks among the many lovely gardens. 10/10 - I’ll be visiting again.

This is a business hotel not a tourist hotel. The service level towards us as guest staying for 7 nights was absolut not satisfying. Startet with beeing put into what i call a b-level dark room for breakfast typical fastservice, no glasses, no light, cold and unvelcomming (7 days) where red level (to whom we shouldnt be compared as good paying guest) could sit and enjoy the garden, the light, the pool area. We were not informed about status on using the second giant pool area, npt the rooftop terasse, and the management where holding a ceremony where they tried to excuse for the possible noise in a long letter. Why npt simply invite us as guests? They have a lot to learn in Torre Melina.

An amazing hotel with lots of facilities. Upgrading to red level for our stay was the perfect option. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Massive thank you to Antonio who made us feel welcome from the moment we entered the building. All the staff are a credit to the hotel.

The hotel rooms were very clean, good quality bedding and ameneties. The breakfast buffet was just ok. Very basic and the quality if the food and selection were basic. Thad was a little disappointing. The pool outside was not up to par, the grass and the area needs to be fixed. The spa was disappointing and quite a walk as well as the gym. Overall very good rooms, but poor outside ameneties.

The staff especially in the restaurants were not welcoming. We are people of color and they were extremely rude. Would take over 20mins to bring us our drinks. One of them would not even take our order in the restaurant. Sad!

Rooms were great, breakfast buffet was not great, pool area and conditions was not as good as inside. They could fix the grass and make the area level, perhaps hire someone to give out towels, walk to to crashes, provide water she menu etc. Spa and gym were inconvientely located. Over all very good.

The room was dirty I found a dirty used towel in our bathroom. The staff were very friendly polite The AC was not cooling at all. They never offered a refund room change . I had to ask for some type of accommodations The towels are new so they have little bowels fuzz coming off. Food was good . Property was clean Redlevel food could have had better options. They need to cover the food because of the flies. Also the guest children need to be managed because the kids were placing their hands in every jar or plate and not using utensils to get food from.

We had a wonderful stay and our upgrade to red level was great. A wonderful spacious one bedroomed suite, complimentary parking, complimentary Audi to test drive as well as complimentary food and beverages all day. Customer service was outstanding and breakfast offered a selection of hot and cold options as well as a la Carte choices which we loved. This is our second time at a melia and we will definitely be back!

Check in was the difficult part. I prepaid for a two bedroom suite. Wife 3 adults and two children. When I arrived they had a two queen bed, one room for us. After showing my confirmation they gave us two separate rooms. Which, was fine. The front desk took all of our passports, added all information in and the check-in was complete. It was around 11 o’clock in the morning and we told them we would be back at three after the rooms were ready. We arrived back at 3:30. the rooms are ready, but none of the check-in that was done earlier had for some reason state in the computer. So another 25 minutes later, we had to go through check in again with all the passports. One of the rooms they assigned to us when the Bellman went to take the luggage in there were somebody already in the room. So back to the front desk I get for another recheck and another room. Overall, the day was nice. the rooms were clean. The views were beautiful. The check in process was painful twice .

Wow, What an amazing experience staying at This hotel Torre Melina. Everything was spectacular concierge, Reception, Dining options, And the shuttle to downtown The breakfast buffet was one of the best of experience in a very long time, Lots of options to choose from my niece is vegetarian, and she was very satisfied The rooms are amazing. The showers and the bed made it impossible for you to want to even leave your room. I was very surprised at how great the hotel was because some reviews stated otherwise I was here for a conference with my wife and niece and everyone of us afterwards regretted leaving as our stay was very satisfying I totally recommend staying at this hotel and I can’t wait to visit again Fidel

Hotel has been refurbished this year and everything feels new. Lovely rooms with great amenities. Breakfast is fantastic. Freshly squeezed juices, nice coffee, eggs made to order, great buffet selection. Pool area nice too with lots of sunbeds. Staff all very friendly. Definitely recommend

Amazing staff. There was an issue with the booked room. The staff quickly fixed it! The Red Level was amazing and all of the extra perks were well worth the price! This site is so accomodating and beautiful! The only part was the gym and spa are still being finished so they are not available. The temporary gym was made available.

Unfortunately this is a hotel that is not yet up to the game. I arrived to the top line of the hotel, a Red Level room with two rooms. We were greeted in an excellent manner by Alejandro, the highlight of the hotel. The room was also very nice and well fitted. Nonetheless, there are several salient black spots in the operation: as other reviewers have mentioned, when you call all the lines for service request almost never do they answer (they have a special Red Level line which also they repeatedly did not answer). They offer 24 hour room service, but I had to wait one hour to finally get a response and when they deliver the food, the family lost a tour booked months in advance (no restaurant were opened at that time also and the tour was for 9 hours and we needed to eat). There were missing items in two room service orders. Also, on Saturday, after my kids were in the pool, when they came back there was no heat water. We called the reception and they confirmed there was a tecnical problem and had called a company for repairs (this seemed to be a recurring problem as another reviewer mentioned another time when this happened). Breakfast was included but they will charge fully if ordered by room service (other hotels charge a delivery fee but not all the items as if they were not included). We had ordered special transportation twice: one work but they other never showed up and there was no explanation. There is currently no spa and only a temporary gym with some machines.

Unprofessional and incompetent front desk staff. They messed up both my reservations, offered no apology and told me I should cancel my reservation if I was happy with the mistakes they made. I wasted so much time on my vacation trying to get this staff to fix their mistakes. The experience with this staff truly was the worst part of my whole trip. Avoid if you can.

We had to have a one on one conversation with every maintenance person about how the client, the person who is paying for the room for many nights, should be the one who gets to put the air conditioning to the most comfortable temperature. This didn’t happen fo the first 3 nights! It was a one on one with the maintenance person and the night shift supervisor. For three consecutive nights! An absolute nightmare! We have been sick with cold and flu symptoms since we left that hotel. One of the male check in people actually told me he was sick with the same symptoms I had. He had taken our luggage to the room. T A horrible experience in a very beautiful hotel!

Hello, after visiting the hotel the second time in 2 weeks, and as someone who got married in your hotel, i was really disapointed of 3 things -1- the room was not clean enough, the fridge had garbage of other visitors and was dirty.2- the person in front desk during the night (man) was very not nice, not helpful, refused to send us things to the room and gave us very bad feeling.3- price of Massage - we did a couple massage (for 2 people) of 90 minutes, and we paid 354 eur!!! its not normal in any scale. not to mention that the massage was nothing special, the room was not what i would expect from a 5 stars hotel and it was very disapointing.1 good thing - the front desk has a person called Laura that was very helpful, very nice and she helped me a lot. for her great service i am greatful.

Absolutely stunning hotel, just when you walk in, it is a complete pleasure.Surrounding are also gorgeous and everything feels 5 star!Highly recommend staying here, links to Metro are very close also.
