Impeccable service and facilities. Fantastic people, great rooms and amenities. Stunningly quiet overnight. Everything is spotless and well-maintained, though the location is outside Napa itself, so it's a destination unto itself. Pricey drinks and food, but the staff informs you in advance, so you can actively consent to the expense. The market has great, cheaper options for meals and alcohol.

Housekeeping should also wipe down the outside furniture of the rooms with patios. There was no furniture in the outside patio which had privacy panels. There was furniture only on the open patio. Housekeeping needs to look up in the shower to the ceiling. Mold starting

It was amazing! We were celebrating our honeymoon and they gave us the best room and great customer service. Everything we need they just delivered in person right to our room. The check in was easy and welcoming. The bar downstairs was good. The room was so beautiful with a great view. The area was close to everything. And yes you need to climb the hill up and down if you going other areas in the city, but it’s a good exercise lol. I highly recommend this hotel. They really made our stay special! Thank you!

While spending time away at the pool someone came into our room and stole personal belongings. The hotel management insisted there was no possible way for this to happen so we didn’t really get any resolution. Our guess was either the neighboring room that shared an adjoining door that had an open dead lock on our end, or the slider that went to a patio with an unlocked gate. When we arrived to our room we quickly changed and left for the pool not even thinking to check that all the possible entry points were locked. I’ve never stayed in an unsecured room so the thought didn’t cross my mind. Apparently some of the rooms are privately owned or Airbnb’d and out of the resorts hands. They moved us to a new room and gave us a resort fee credit which we appreciated, but our safety felt threatened and for that I will not be choosing this resort to stay at again.

Should have looked into the hotel prior. Also it was 4th of July weekend. For such a big property the two pools were so crowded and the staff were limited to the demand of people. Also, families sort of took over those areas with their kids and family members. Large parties of people and friends. It was hard being or feeling like the only couple with no kids. It was not easy to have a restful stay. The family next to our room were loud, kids on one area (next to us) and parents or adults in a different one (lower floor), so they kept coming in and out and knocking doors etc. :/ The gym was decent, however, some of the staff members were not very welcoming I would say. If you’re a golfer I heard is a great spot. I was pretty disappointed when I called at around 10:15pm to ask if the room service was still open (we were on our way back after watching the drone show) but after waiting for 20 mins and being rerouted multiple times I gave up and left a voicemail. The next day they called to apologize but said they only had one person at that hour and apparently was busy… which is surprising since at that hour everything around the property (including the only restaurant) is closed. That was my experience, I don’t think I would stay there again, but the property and a few staff members were exceptional and kind. Unfortunately, the ones that weren’t really made a negative impact.

Staying at this family-friendly resort was a delightful experience from start to finish. The cottages were very nice. Pool and locker needs a refresh. The pickleball courts are great but the rental equipment is poor. Great location for wineries and Napa city for dinner.

The Gtrill was understaffed so the service was poor at best. We waited 30 minutes before anyone took our drink order. Every part of the meal process was painfully slow. We heard every table complaining about the same thing.

I requested non down pillows because I am allergic and was told they could not access these pillows. I had a full blown asthma attack because of this and was down in the lobby of the hotel at 4:30 in the morning for 30 minutes. I was told that I would have to wait until housekeeping arrived at 8am. Also they had e leaf blowers out in front of my room at 6am while I was sleeping on folded towels. Absolutely terrible customer service.

The Silverado “resort” is very, very expensive for a very, very small room that is remote located far from any amenities, and had no view and no services. The parking is also awkward and right next to a golf driving range, so any vehicle damage is your responsibility not the property. The pool area is also very basic and something that you would see at an average condo complex not at a resort in Napa. Overall, we were unimpressed and we will not stay here again. Very low value considering other nearby options.

Nice property. Rooms a bit dated but clean and comfortable. My daughter was “upgraded” to a room closer to ours but the room was pretty small with no windows. Not sure how that was an upgrade. The property grounds are beautiful. Great spa and fitness facility.
