Stayed three nights, but NO ONE CLEANED THE ROOM on one night. Breakfast buffet was poor. At 8am no coffee left, not much food left, but they did have some very stale bagels. Waited about 20 minutes for a new pot of coffee. They actually charge $10 for buffet. Television made everything look orange and video/audio was out of sync. Air conditioner was super loud, had to turn it off to sleep. I would not recommend staying in this hotel.

The staff were VERY friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The building itself and our room were quiet and clean. There is a Septa bus stop a minute away, which made travelling into the Center City extremely easy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Courtyard City Ave never fails to delight! I stay here twice a year for school and I was especially pleased with the excellent service both at the front desk and the restaurant. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel at home. 100 stars!

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. I wasn’t impressed with the staff at check in or the bartender. The TGI Fridays next door smelled like dirty feet inside, literally walked in and walked out.

This hotel was very nice, and perfect for my purpose of a 2 night stay. It was located in a location that was easy to access right off the highway. It also had a large parking lot. The hotel was very clean and had a very spacious lobby, with a clean fresh scent. My only complaint would be that the room itself was a bit "tired". We were in room 411 and it definitely needed a little TLC. The door handle to the bathroom was broken, the safety latch on the main door had loose screws, so I'm not sure it would have held if someone actually tried to break in. The furniture in the room was a little beat up, and the body wash was never refilled. But he beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the location was perfect. All in all I would recommend it.

Deceptive condition overall. Seems like remodel was attempted in the last decade but the place took a beating with the dirty hammer. Room really didn't appear to be cleaned; crumbs on carpet, tons of long hair on the carpet, blood on the comforter and mattress (not ours), hazelnut non dairy creamer in the fridge from Wawa, hair woven into the towels. Bed sheets appeared to have been changed. Housekeeping is interesting, to say the least. Our room wasn't replenished with clean towels, except for one bath towel. Called to have a few more sent to the room and got a laundry bag full of miscellaneous towels about 15 minutes later. Shower in poor condition, lighting is essentially useless, ice machine out of order only on our floor. This isn't what I expected from a Marriott and it makes us hesitant to consider a Marriott in the future.

Our stay was very enjoyable all around with a very welcoming staff, immaculately clean and enjoyable rooms. We also very enjoyed the pool and fitness area, would definitely come back and recommend others to stay here.

Overall very good place to stay. Good location. My only issue was that the in room air conditioner either needs to be repaired or replaced. It has the sound of a truck engine. I couldn't use the AC due to the noise

I have stayed at a lot of Marriotts and I travel often and this was literally the worst Marriott I’ve been to and the worst hotel I’ve stayed at period. It was not clean, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the room was beyond small. My husband and I was barely able to comfortably move around. We also were rattled by someone banging on our door at 2am. Which was terrifying! We had to pay an extra $15 a night for parking which was just regular parking outside the hotel. We drove 5 hours for a family wedding to stay at this hell hole. Also apparently it’s a hotel that people bring a lot of street walkers too so keep that in mind

The staff (waitress)at Starbucks /restaurant was very rude and condescending. She was too busy chatting with her friend while we waited for 10 minutes for her to order. When we did order, she made a mistake and when we explained to her the error, she was very condescending and very rude. Her customer service skills are below level when I approached to management of the hotel to explain the situation he did nothing about it except say “I will speak to her.” I never experience such rude, dismissive and condescending behavior. I need to return back many times to Philly for business and I will never go back to that hotel due to the negative experience I had
