It was what we wanted for a quick overnight getaway. The restaurant adjacent is a fun little tiki bar. The service there was great!

This room was disgusting. I should have paid the extra $100 and stayed down the street. Will never choose this hotel again.

Hotel room was a little dated and dinged but had character, we slept well, and check in/out super quick and easy. Would stay again.

Excellent customer service. Front desk clerk was very nice. Location is good, I wanted something close to universal studios. I liked the parking was right outside my door and private. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious just not the bathroom. Room was just very dated. I loved the access to the balcony. Overall we would stay again.

Really nice and good service

Room was dated. Entrance area had loose boards under the carpet that squeaked and moved when walked on. Carpet near entrance was frayed and coming off the corner. The wall behind the hangers was noticeably stained. Consistently three ants in the bathroom sink. But the bed was very comfortable and room was spacious.

Simple, clean stay. A bit loud when people are talking.

The air conditioning never worked. They changed my room and the temperature inside the room always remained the same: 80 degrees, very hot, dirty sheets, cockroaches.

My room smelled like weed and looked nothing like the pictures. There was hair in the tub, the grout was definitely not cleaned, and the room was super dated.

Goid deep warm pool. Bit noisy at night due to traffic

The rooms were warm, the air conditioning didn't seem to work. The carpet was dirty and there was a wierd smell. Staff was very helpful and moved us to a new room, unfortunately it was even warmer than the first room, so we got a refund and moved to a new hotel.

Good for the price but the AC unit was under performing because the windows were not fully closed due to missing panels. The windows overlooked a small balcony, so they were no apparent entrances for bugs, but the heat came in through the windows which didn’t allow for the room to properly cool.

This place is a dump. It’s dirty and ant infested. Our room had tiny ants all over, we checked for bedbugs and thankfully there were none. There was either ketchup, blood or possibly excrement smeared on the nightstand next to the bed. I advised the front desk but nobody ever cleaned it. Thankfully our room had laminate flooring and no nasty carpet! The pool and hot tub were nice and refreshing, the air conditioner in our room worked well but the lobby was not air conditioned.
The only real positive is it was convenient to where we needed to be.

This place was a complete dump. Do not be fooled and think you're going to get a room that looks like what they have posted on Expedia. As soon as I open the door I was like what is going on here. Ripped up carpet dirt on the walls dirty carpet. Wiring coming up from under the carpet the carpet coming up in corners. Dirty tiles in the bathroom. An old bed. This place looks like it comes right out of the 1970s.

The entire stay was frustrating. We reserved the room with a debit card but wanted to use a credit card to pay (up front). The lady at the registration desk could barely speak English and did not understand a thing. She charged our debit card even though we placed our credit card in the machine. She said sorry but it’s done. The manager was called with no resolution. We also booked a room (through Expedia) with two queen beds. We were given a rom with two full beds. It took twenty minutes to explain the difference between a queen and a full. No resolution. The property is old and a bit run down. The TV had bright lights obscuring the picture. The vending machine accepted $4 for a bottled water but did not dispense it. The staff refused a refund or a replacement bottle. To say this was a terrible experience is still doing it Justice. We would not return and urge people to find a different place stay. They also charge !5 a night for parking with no other parking options. Shameful customer service.
