Nice hotel. However, it was very loud with kids running around uncontollable and unsupervise. Hotel should have security personnel better monitoring. Went on until late hours of the night.

It’s was good but the only bad thing is the 2/3 elevators were not working and it took a good 10 minutes to use the elevator. Sink was a little plugged.

It seems that the elevators have issues often, as I've been there a few times when only one or two of the three elevators were working, this time only one was working. It was a busy weekend with one working elevator. The sofa sleeper in the living area had a note under the cushion saying not to open because it was broken. But as usual, the staff was very friendly and helpful, special shout-out to the morning Starbucks barista for being the friendliest face to start the day.

Would not stay again. This hotel is falling apart. Furniture peeling, unprofessional front desk staff. They look at you like you are a burden. Airport shuttle is not complimentary. 2 out of 3 elevators broken with a sign that says sorry if the elevator breaks you can take the stairs. Wonder if Hilton corporate know what's going on here or maybe they just don't care.

Front desk check in was smooth, the agent was very polite and helpful. The hotel is just very cool! We loved the inward facing open lobby floor plan! The made to order omelets were delicious and the evening reception and free drinks were so fun! The cleaning staff are very attentive and thorough.

Pros- wonderfully comfortable bed, evening snacks, and quiet calm stay. Cons- big hairball left in shower and empty liquor bottles in the parking lot. Overall it was a good stay though!

The room was nice and clean with lots of space but the hide a bed was broken and was none usable staff tryed to fix and then just brought in a roll out bed witch. Was extremely uncomfortable. The service was great the staff was super friendly.

Our room was directly over an event room and they had a band playing music until almost midnight. We asked to be moved after they told us (Eric A.-manager) “What do want me to do about it”. Well considering we paid for a room that should have been reasonably quiet- he should have offered a different room- which he did not- when asked if there was anyway that the band could lower the level of percussion- his response was no. He, alone, has made me and my family never want anything to do with this brand hotel

First we were given a room that people were already in. Imagine a shock we recite when we opened the door and people were already staying in that room. We were given another room. Next from having such a long day at the airport and flights my daughter was over tired and had an accident I took the sheets off the bed and informed the desk. We left out for the day to sight see and came back to the same sheets being put back on the bed. When I called the desk about it it was like they acted so what’s the big deal. And even when they came to change the sheets I had to make them change the padding and all because they were only going to changed the fitted and top sheets. Then in the middle of the night I woke up to water pouring out of the vent in the bathroom and had to call them about that. By morning the carpet in front of the bathroom was soaking went that it squashed under your feet. We were suppose to stay there on our trip back in from the cruise before we flew back out in a couple of days but sure enough I cancelled it because of all the issues. I would not recommend this hotel anyone.

It was a nice and clean hotel. The Front desk Assistants was quite friendly and accommodating. The rooms are quite nice but the bathrooms needs to be updated.

The toilet in our room didn't work Friday night or Saturday morning. Two maintenance men had to come work on it. One time it oveflowed, they didn't anitmicrobial clean up the floor. After 3 women had to go downstairs to the bathroom numerous times, and several other complaints, they came to fix and snake the toilet. In addition there were very colorful hairs all over the bespread. Not very impressive compared to other stays at Embassy suites in the past

The room key did not work, it took some time for the situation to be remedied finally. Staff are friendly but seems that some maintenance items might be amiss such as batteries for the electronic doors. Mine was not the only room with a problem.

Perfect spot for an over night stay between flights there is stuff to walk to locally for food and shopping needs and we also caught the train into Seattle with help from the hotel shuttle. We did struggle to get the shuttle to collect us from the airport as nobody answered the phone so did cost us an Uber but shuttle is easy enough to get once you are at the hotel so did drop us back at the airport the next day.

The property was nice, we found out when we were preparing for bed that the sofa bed was broken. There was a note inside the sofa bed, but evidently no note in the computer. The Hotel was sold out, so they brought us a rollaway. The staff was very nice and very quick. I would definitely stay again.
