Front desk check in was smooth, the agent was very polite and helpful. The hotel is just very cool! We loved the inward facing open lobby floor plan! The made to order omelets were delicious and the evening reception and free drinks were so fun! The cleaning staff are very attentive and thorough.

Pros- wonderfully comfortable bed, evening snacks, and quiet calm stay. Cons- big hairball left in shower and empty liquor bottles in the parking lot. Overall it was a good stay though!

The room was nice and clean with lots of space but the hide a bed was broken and was none usable staff tryed to fix and then just brought in a roll out bed witch. Was extremely uncomfortable. The service was great the staff was super friendly.

The toilet in our room didn't work Friday night or Saturday morning. Two maintenance men had to come work on it. One time it oveflowed, they didn't anitmicrobial clean up the floor. After 3 women had to go downstairs to the bathroom numerous times, and several other complaints, they came to fix and snake the toilet. In addition there were very colorful hairs all over the bespread. Not very impressive compared to other stays at Embassy suites in the past

The room key did not work, it took some time for the situation to be remedied finally. Staff are friendly but seems that some maintenance items might be amiss such as batteries for the electronic doors. Mine was not the only room with a problem.

Perfect spot for an over night stay between flights there is stuff to walk to locally for food and shopping needs and we also caught the train into Seattle with help from the hotel shuttle. We did struggle to get the shuttle to collect us from the airport as nobody answered the phone so did cost us an Uber but shuttle is easy enough to get once you are at the hotel so did drop us back at the airport the next day.

Loud lobby!!! Chaotic! Pool room smelled of black mold!! Not enough staff for amount of people to work front desk and breakfast! Staff was great for being overwhelmed! The cost of this place is ridiculous for it’s worn out, tired rooms.

We were a little disappointed by the freezing cold pool! We picked a hotel specifically so our toddlers could go swimming and it was so cold only one went in! We also had ants in our room which was not pleasant. This hotel seems to be lacking staff and it’s apparent by the long breakfast lines and the messy parking lots. We used to stay here regularly years ago but will not be coming back.

Poor signage outside as to where to park when checking in. The dining room is not in service. All the upholstered furniture needs to be replaced in the lobby and central area. Room was comfortable and clean.

It was ok, but no extra pillows or blankets (only one flimsy one provided in room) for the pull out couch. We called twice and went down to the desk and never got the ones they promised. Breakfast lines were massive but food was ok.

The staff and service was awesome and the room was very clean but it was crawling with ants after the first night. They were coming out of the bathroom sink and outlets. They immediately sent someone up to help when we called them but even he admitted there's nothing they can do when they're coming in through the plumbing and outlets. Just suggested to run the water in the bathroom every few hours so my husband barely slept the second night because he kept getting up to kill the ants.

We stayed for one night but we noticed the hotel is under staff. The front desk attendant was very nice and patient. The dining experience was a minus for us. There were no waiters and you had to order your food from the bar. If you wanted beverages for your kids you had to go and get them from the check in person at the front desk ; which was very busy. waited 10 minutes to get a bottle of water and juice. The room was great but we noticed it the carpet was not vacuumed. We found what appeared to be cereal on the floor. Do not stay on the second floor by the elevator or you will not be able to sleep.

Overall this was not a bad experience. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the location is close tot he airport and walking distance to the mall. But the pillows were very uncomfortable and the elevators were slow. The only stairs lead to outside the building so you’re stuck waiting for the elevator.
