Room was hot - thermostat did not appear to be working so the heat would not turn off. There was so much noise from teenagers running the halls. At 4 AM, the police were involved with the teens next door to us. They had been smoking weed in the hall, which we could smell. When we returned the rental car that night and took the DoubleTree shuttle back to the hotel, it turns out there are 2 DoubleTrees in the airport's vicinity. But that was not communicated to us. We waited 15 minutes for another shuttle to pick us up. The agent acted like we were idiots for not knowing. They should have a sign on the shuttle to check the address. Then we were charged a "in-room water fee" for apparently taking a bottled water, which we didn't. Overall, dissatisfied with this hotel.

Front desk and housekeeping staff is always pleasant and helpful. Room could use some upgrades. Toilet took a few minutes to refill bw flushes so we had to wait in between uses. Windows are not insulated well so they were always wet and moist which may be the cause of the musty smell of the room. Location is great and hard to beat. Love the easy access to the freeway and all the shopping options in the area.

Family stay - very pleased with experience - clean and spacious room. Would definitely recommend. Convenient to airport - but make sure you get on the correct shuttle bus at the airport, as there are multiple DoubleTree properties and related shuttles. We ended up shuttling to the wrong hotel and Ubering to the correct one.

Will never stay there again. Was there for 5 hours total, and was Robbed in the closest parking spot to the hotel in the handicap spot. Staff did nothing. Police did nothing. Luckily when they tried to steal the truck, they couldn’t, so I was only broken and needed to be towed 2 hours away to home. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Very centralized location for dining, shopping, and freeway access. There is a Starbucks located in the lobby! Gym and pool are on the premises which my kids liked. Walking distance to Westfield Southcenter Shopping Mall, as well as other stores (Nordstrom Rack, Hobby Lobby, Dick’s Spring Goods, etc) Eateries that can easily be walked to include Chick-fil-A, Red Robin, IHOP, the Outback, (which is literally on the hotel parking lot property) & numerous other options. Besides I booked through a third party (Expedia), the incidental deposit was high…for two nights they put a $150 hold on my credit card. Of course it’s totally refundable but it was definitely on the high side. Older hotel but it’s very clean and staff are very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

This is definitely an older location/building meant to give off an elevated experience but falling short in many aspects of true luxury worth the price. The toilet in the room I was in did not flush. I notified the front desk and was told maintenance would address the issue. The problem continued on and off throughout my stay. The bathroom also had an ant issue. One of the beds we indented on one side. The room got sticky from the moisture in the area so I kept the temperature at 66-68, which made it miserably cold at night. They charged for everything and the front desk staff were not overall pleasant the handful of times (3-4) that I made contact with them. I've stayed at hotels with better amenities and friendlier staff for less. The cleaning staff and shuttle driver were exceptions to the front desk staff though. When I'm back in the area I likely will opt for another place over this.

We selected the Hotel because it was close to the airport and had transportation. But we were 14 and they only had transportation for 11 at a time and it was always full, so we had to pay extra transportation to get to the airport. If you choose this hotel for a night before the airport just be sure they can provide the transportation.

I was charged $2. 75 for a bottle water that I didn't drink. It's not about the money. But it's not making money like this way. I emailed them without any respond. So disappointed to this location. I will say. If you have no other choices. Don't forget to take a picture before you check out.
