Staff was great in our check-in and check-out. We arrived and less than 5 mins we had our card and we were off to our room. Our daughter enjoyed the pool.

Front desk Was awesome! All 3 rooms were next to eachother and convenient! Bar was good and the housekeeping Alma was very helpful and sweet!

Family stay - very pleased with experience - clean and spacious room. Would definitely recommend. Convenient to airport - but make sure you get on the correct shuttle bus at the airport, as there are multiple DoubleTree properties and related shuttles. We ended up shuttling to the wrong hotel and Ubering to the correct one.

We selected the Hotel because it was close to the airport and had transportation. But we were 14 and they only had transportation for 11 at a time and it was always full, so we had to pay extra transportation to get to the airport. If you choose this hotel for a night before the airport just be sure they can provide the transportation.

I was charged $2. 75 for a bottle water that I didn't drink. It's not about the money. But it's not making money like this way. I emailed them without any respond. So disappointed to this location. I will say. If you have no other choices. Don't forget to take a picture before you check out.

Negatives: AC wasn't cold in the room even when turned down extremely low, had to buy a little fan to get air movement , homeless people around the area give an uncomfortable vibe, pillows where not comfortable, kids running wild through the facility. Positives: Steve was as helpful as he could be, breakfast and service was good, Starbucks on site in the building, but closes at noon so get it quick. And of course the cookies were phenomenal.

We arrived early (before check in time) and they held our luggage. We gave the front desk our cell phone number but they tried several times but could not reach us. We went back to the front desk to check and see if our rooms were ready but only one room was ready. The front desk actually called our cell phone while we were standing at the front desk and the call did not go through. Our friend (who was standing next to us) called our cell phone and it did ring. Not sure why the front desk could not make calls out but could answer incoming calls...weird.... Our second room was not ready till after dinner.

It’s old style dated hotel. Big lobby but not completely coffee or even water or cookies for tired travelers. Lobby looked like 70’s. Room was clean but old. Noisy air conditioner. We heard all sound/ noise/voice from aisle or next door like no walls in the room. Pool was great! Warm and opens until midnight!

The maintenance of this hotel is awful. Stinky smell upon arrival. Our room had an unbearable misty, moldy, damp and stale smell. Opened window to mitigate stench. Dusty drawers in room with mold smell. Mold spores on bathroom wallpaper behind towels. Thin towels; some hand towels had holes. Had to close windows at night as was too noisy from high trafficked area. The elevators were dirty (napkins on floor) and smashed glass panels. PROS: The bedsheets were clean.The front desk staff friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was on time and reliable. Close vicinity to Sea-Tac airport, 7 min drive (traffic depending). There is a large Westfield Mall within walking distance with IMAX. Many restaurants in area. TARGET also within short walking distance to get essentials such as water, snacks etc. I am still confused as to how Expedia recommends this hotel, an 8 out of 10?! Obviously I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We always stay here when we are flying out or need to stay in Seattle. The service is absolutely phenomenal, the rooms are clean and they have rooms to fit large families and it’s super close to restaurants and shopping for the teenagers.

We booked two rooms, one being a mobility room for my father. He ended up getting stuck in the bathtub and not being able to get out. I did not find out about this until the morning. When I alerted the staff that this happened, I was treated very poorly and I was in no way unkind. I have now learned that they charged our credit card twice for the stay and am having difficulties with communicating with the accounting department to resolve this problem and have one of those charges reversed.

There was a shuttle from the airport, which was great. The wifi is only free if you are a hilton honors member. Nice pool and hot tub. Kids had a blast! Overall, comfortable stay for my family of 6!
