This was an agfordable fsmily friendly resort i have heard rumored to close however. Pool was very crowded due to all the families but the views from the deck are great. Its a bit of a walk to gamble if thats your thing. Not gamblers but didnt mind the walk along the bewch to the venues. Boardwalk is right in front of the hotel. Very comfortable place the outside balconies are a great touch.

Property not at all updated. Stains in carpet. Towels super hard. Emergency bells and loud speaker went off informing everyone to get out of room. Had my mom not heard it in her room I would never had known never came through my room. Ran 26th floors to Lobby only to see everyone standing around including security to say all was ok. Balcony looks dangerous. I stayed there all the time with my parents when we were younger. Our room was always nice I’m not sure what happened but I won’t be returning.

I have stayed here many times. I like the location and views. The rooms are usually nice, well equipt and clean. We arrived about 30 minutes after check in time, and the room wasn't ready. This happens a lot. Fortunately, this time, the manager was able to change our room to one that was available. My only other issue was that the old restaurant has closed and the new hasn't opened yet. There isnt many places in the area to get breakfast. I wish I had been told that ahead so we could plan accordingly.
I will go back and will recommend

I liked the cleanliness of the property, the friendly staff, and the fact that you could prepare your own food. I did not like checking in @ 4pm which is too late for a check in time, only to find out that my room was still not ready.

Great location pro. Stay was not bad just not worthy of being called a Resort. Can't say we would never stay at Flagship in Atlantic City, NJ
again --- can say maybe not.
Con(s)- Tub drained VERY slowly so dirt settling rather than draining all around tub. Back to back showers meant person 2 had to stand in dirty water.
Room entry door locked, just did not seal shut meaning there was some air which at times caused noise that might sound like someone is at the door.

So I was super excited to stay only to end up annoyed because of lack of communication about check in and my room being ready. I got down early like 3:30pm, I knew it was a slim chance about my room being ready since but I’ve luck at other hotels, I was greeted and everything went to check in to be told room wasn’t ready and that the time frame was that it will be ready by 4:30-5:00pm the latest, I was able to at least get a parking pass and I left to find something to do, thank god the park down the street was having something cause our plan of the beach was not happening yet. Finally at 5:45pm I went back to the hotel to check in only to be told that my room is still not ready and to write down my phone number and I will be called, my family and I sat in the lobby waiting, no text or phone call came but after getting restless with two children I finally went back up and my room was ready finally. I asked for late checkout because of the inconvenience only to be told there is no late checkout at all, I grabbed my family and went to the elevator, which was really slow, finally get to the room and the room was nice but had no balcony which was suppose to be with my room, we ended up at the pool since it was too late to go to the beach, the pool was nice and it was not crowded. My experience was okay but I probably won’t stay here again because communication could of been better

A lot of the building needs renovations and is very dated

All of the doors stick

The view from my room was really nice but the hotel is aging and hasn't been well kept. It was just ok.

I love the balcony with amazing views. The property is dated but clean and lots of space in the 1 bedroom unit. There are lots of kids at the pool (very loud) but the outside area with whirlpools was nice. This was my third year staying here.

Fitness center has broken & out dated equipment. Otherwise good stay.

I liked the balcony and view of the ocean from my room. The location is not close to the board walk where the casinos are. However it is about a 20 minute walk .I didn’t like that as soon as you passed the Ocean resort walking towards the Flagship , it was like a ghost town . There were no boardwalk trollies or bike taxies that go to the Flagship. It felt unsafe. The hotel does have limited shuttle service, limited is the key word. The hotel itself needs updating . You can tell the lobby had some type of updating which was minimal at best. The over all feel and smell of the hotel was old . Elevators were slow and hot. Room was spacious, just musty and outdated . The bed was flat and hard. The bathroom light was dim, had one bulb out. Carpet was musty and stained, old decor. Not to mention the tacky sign by the sink that stated if you didn’t clean the dishes in the sink thoroughly and put them back in their place, that you will be charged $ 50.00. There was a check out checklist that states you must strip the bed, including pillow cases, remove used towels from the bathroom and place them by the front door and place all garbage from the room / bathroom and discard in the one supplied trash can under the kitchen sink. I’ve never seen anything like this in any place I’ve stayed in my life. Then there was an envelope for the maid service requesting a tip, Are you kidding me? This was my first and last time staying at the Flagship. Do not recommend.

It was okay, view was nice. The building did flooded out during our stay… no apologies for the inconvenience or anything. and it took us forever to get on the elevator every time we tried. Parking was no fun. Also, I went to book us at the resuraunt but they were closed tentatively. So we didn’t even get to eat at the resort. Bummed out. 🙁

I have stayed at the Flagship on and off for over 30 years as a Exchange guest when I had my Timeshare and now as a paying guest. The last time I was there was around Feb/March of this year and things where no different but this time when I checked in with my key I got this new thing called "check out instruction's. Now most of the things I didn't really have a problem with because it makes sense to leave the Suite as close as possible like it was but i have a REALLY big problem when told "strip linens from bed". Now I can only assume this is for we "paying" guests and not those who own units there but either way I thought the Flag ship was a RESORT not a B&B(and by the way their restaurant isn't back open yet).
Now this isn't a deal breaker for me but hope they will reassess this before I go back for my next visit because if I have to I will but under protest because obviously I enjoy going there because I know a few people there i.e. Omar the Great and Mixologist Roxy and I been there through all their physical reconstruction changes over the past 30 years.

My room was not ready. They claimed a pipe broke and it could take hours. I was able to get a room thanks to 1 helpful employee an that was almost at 5pm. Then I call down for corkscrew they said they would get one right up. After 1 hr I called down again, they said i was next on the list. Another hour passed, no corkscrew. I called the 3rd time and said i would go get it but they claimed they would send someone up right away. Never arrived. Then house keeping wants to srart knocking on doors early to try to.get you out of the rooms early.

Been coming here for years like 14 haven’t been here in 2 years because I wanted to visit wildwood. While I’m totally disappointed in the room I received it was clean just totally outdated, everything in it is outdated. I know they have better rooms because as I said I’ve been coming here for 14 years. Overall I enjoyed my stay, the view and balcony is always unmatched, the closeness to everything is a bonus. Note to Resort: update all the rooms, not just some, I haven’t seen this one since about 2005.

Pool water was dirty. No chlorine and very cloudy. No towels at all on the pool area. Dirty water in the hot tub. Room was ok and pretty clean. Bed a little hard. Good parking.

This summer we bought our son for his 15th birthday. My husband and I came here on our anniversary 17 yrs ago. We love it great for families

Due to renovations there was no dining area only a bar lounge. You have to check in before parking the car in order to get a paper parking permit. The room was nice with a balcony. However, it was outdated with the rug, bathtub and the tv there was no cable service. It was nice for a one night but not for a weekend or week stay for us.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was very clean. The staff was stellar ! Any question we had was answered. We had an issue with the air conditioning in the room. As soon as we called we had someone in our room addressing the issue. They were so friendly and willing to help. It was resolved instantly. The staff at the front desk greeted every person with a smile. I would like to thank Terry for her help and outstanding hospitality as well as Yolanda. Like I said every staff member had a smile and were willing to help you with everything and anything. Just an fyi you may have to wait a bit for the elevator. This is understandable with how many people that are staying there. The pool was big and fun, be sure to make a splash! The arcade was awesome! Plenty of games to choose from. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous! We captured some great sunsets. We will definitely be staying here again!!
