Everything was excellent. The only drawback is I could never get the WiFi to work on my phone. The front desk staff tried but to no avail. Still the Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel/motel when I come down to Southern California.

I have always had good stays at Hampton Inns. This was no different. The location only a 1/2 mile from the train station meant using the metro was a breeze and getting to the Rose Bowl on public transportation was SO EASY. The bath towels were really nice - much better than you’d expect. Honestly way better. Breakfast was solid. Anytime they have the make-your-own waffles, it’s a good hotel day. Parking was simple, included, and safe. We slept well even tho I felt like the bed sloped obviously. My one observation that needs immediate attention is that one of the upholstered “leather” (pleather) benches in the breakfast area had a HUGE tear in it. It definitely needs repair and I was surprised to see they’d let it get that bad and hadn’t yet fixed it.

It was a decent Hampton inn, clean centrally located around lots of restaurants and gas stations. Perfect location if you're there for the hospital or racetrack. The only thing that was really bad is there was no water pressure. A shower head was not great and the insert to the bathtub did not fit correctly. So it was very dangerous to stand on because it popped you up and down and it was slippery. I had to put a towel down and hold on to the handicap bar so I didn't fall. We were there for hospital stay so after a long day a hot great shower would have been appreciated. The staff was very nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

I did not appreciate being given information about the properties of and check on the rates they came back and told us the room was gone, and we were referred to the Hampton inn we were told by both parties. There was a Jacuzzi and a pool when we got outside to the pool area. It was pitch black we couldn’t take pictures. We couldn’t see. There’s no lighting. We were told lighting has been off for a week. We couldn’t see who was in the pool we couldn’t see no one in the area, which is very feeling we came back to our room. We can’t tell you what it look like out there because it was dark and there was no Jacuzzi so we just came back to the room and had no activities at all Refund Or credit is requested. Sorry, safety issues to see women at a pool. I knew they were men there, but I couldn’t see. Are you kidding me? We were also told we would have a balcony that was scam. Also, we were scammed into this room.

The front desk employee, a women, i wish I knew her name was Amazing. So that first impression is so important and she nailed it. We felt safe in this location and it was quiet as no traffic noise. It was a perfect location as a little over half way to our destination and we were ready for rest. Plus it was minutes away from a restaurant we liked.

Building is a bit old, needs some enhancements (like adding a laundry facility, which doesn't have currently) and some minor repairs. Front desk personnel was mostly courteous, but one gentleman in particular (nigh shift week days) was not.

This is a nice, clean Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, plenty of eateries in the surrounding area, the breakfast was great with all-day coffee/tea available. The room was clean and cool (outside temp was 100 degrees), and there were plenty of AC outlets as well as USB charging outlets. The only complaint about our room: There was no chest of drawers or any drawers available for storing/putting away clothes. They could have done away with one of the desks and replaced it with storage/drawers but this was not a big problem. Overall, we'd stay there again.

The Hampton was centrally located to all types of food, walkable and very close to the freeway, like 5 min. It was clean, loved the pool, weather and gym was small, but had a full set of dumbbells and cardio machines. They also offered a full breakfast. Def plan on coming here again when traveling to LA.

This area does not have many good hotels but Hampton Inn is one of best. Away from the freeway noise and with good, courteous staff. We settled with this hotel after testing quite a few nearby. Will no hesitate to go back there again.

I would have given the hotel a very good/great review except both my children have what we can only think are bed bug bites. My daughter had over 40 and my son had over 60 bites. My husband did say something to the front clerk when we checked out.

Very nice pet friendly experience. Plenty of grass and space to walk the dog. And the facility is clean and close to where we need to be. And parking is easy. Already have another reservation for this property.

The pros: Breakfast was decent. Morning front desk worker was very nice and helpful. Unlimited Coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available for free in the lobby Cons: The elevator felt unsafe to me and my son. When my son noticed that the inspection paper was missing he talked to the front desk. the next time we used it we noticed that the paper was posted and it hadn't been inspected in three years. One of the curtain panels was missing and we couldn't move the other ones over to block more light. No shade in the pool area, furniture was old and torn/broken All of the Indoor seating for breakfast was also torn and frayed.

Thomas and an older lady upfront were beyond helpful and welcoming. Room, pool, lobby, elevator and dinning area was clean. But the seating was worn down even ripped. Location was perfect. Parking and breakfast good.
