It looked clean and nice in the room but the area looked sketchy. Then found a bug on our pillow when we left.

We found cockroachs running around in our room. Only ONE SMALL trash can that didn't hold hardly any trash.....by the time i got to the breakfast, there were no cups and no coffee, i was there at 7:30am...guess I should've gotten there at 6:00am

No wifi
0.5 / 5.0
Wifi didn't work, television didn't work, with cabling and wiring hanging out of the walls and outlet, pool and spa were closed. Front desk attitude was basically a sorry we're working on it and offered no fix or offer of compensation or discount.

The toilet paper had grey water stains on it when I first walked in. I had to change it. I had the specials needs room which I did not request. There is no place to for personal toiletries in the shower so I had to put them on the counter outside of the shower. Ice machine was at another motel. At breakfast certain foods were not available such as syrup for waffles and coffee machine was broken.

I arrived an hour before check in and asked the host if we could possibly check in early. I was told no, they were still cleaning the room. We proceeded to wait in the car for the hour where we had full view of the staff moving from room to room on all three floors prepping rooms. When 3pm hit, I checked in, received keys to a room that had not been actively cleaned while we were waiting- we happened to parked right in front of it- no one had come in or out. I don't think this room had been opened in weeks. The grout work had recently (?) been re-done in the bathroom- all of the old grout strips were shoved into the tiny wastebasket, along with some broken grout tools, dirt and dust covered the floor and there were two blades from the grout stripper on the bathroom floor. When I woke up the second morning I turned to the bedside table to see baby cockroaches running across the top. When I turned the lights on, they scattered, It was absolutely disgusting. The prices were absolutely being gouged due to Comicon being in town- there was absolutely no one attending comicon staying at this motel. A complete joke. This is why the hotel industry is failing hard and Air BnB is destroying local housing ordinances.

Book somewhere else, hidden charges. Tv channels didnt work, ac neither . Drug addicts and tweakers all over the outside didnt feel safe. No hot water for breakfast - but had oatmeal. We checked out early, smoke deposit 250 but you get a smoke smelling room to begin with. Make it make sense . Take your money elsewhere

The staff was pleasant and professional, but the room left alot to be desired. The bed was not very comfortable, but we were tired enough to not care. Our TV only worked occasionally. The pucture came on for a few minutes at a time. But the real disaster was the shower! The water leaked out of the wheel chair accessible shower and eventually out of the bathroom! The staff looked at the problem and made note of the horrible construction.

One of the front staff was rude and the location was sketchy with a lot of people outside late at night. Felt un safe.

Properly is very dirty

When I say dirty, only the vinyl floors were dirty everything else was clean. More towels in the room would have been nice but the front desk was very helpful when we needed them.

No safety. Windows were broken. Not good for a family with children.

Room was alright, bathroom walls were stained and shower water did not go down the drain and pooled outside of the shower area. Pool was dirty with floating shorts and trash, requested they have someone clean it, no one ever did so we had to do it ourselves. Hot tub had no water.

1. There are junk cars parked in the parking near the entrance.
2. The hotel building looks like a poorly maintained apartment row.
3. The check in attendant was not friendly
4. The bathroom flooded just after midnight, and we decided to leave the hotel (although the attendant at night offered us another room)

Our key cards continuously didn’t work. We had to have them reset at least 4 times. No pillows on one bed and they told us to sleep without them until I suggested they take some from an unused room. Not enough towels and they wouldn’t give us clean towels unless we traded the dirty ones. AC wasn’t working either.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel exterior needs updating.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The bathroom sink faucet was loose and spins when you try to adjust water temperature. There was hair and debris all over the floors and in the shower.
2.0 / 5.0
The heat in the room did not work and the blanket on the bed was too light. The room had a lingering smell of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. Plus my wife felt that the bathroom had a smell of sewage. The ‘free’ breakfast was lacking-Old fruit, just some bread and a small amount of cereal. Both of the coffee machines were broken. Be aware the the photo of the room looks much better than the actual room that we had.

there were people hanging out outside at night. There was no breakfast in the morning because they had ran out of stuff.

The neighborhood is very sketchy with strange people wandering around. Granted the hotel office staff called the police to sort out the vagrants. The rooms seemed updated and clean but the hotel exterior was very dirty and dated. The other clients were also sketchy. I would definitely not stay there again.

It is a motel, and you get what you pay for. That particular trip I arrived at 9:30 pm, and was checked into the wrong room from the key I was given and the room I was led to, so that come 11pm, two guys are trying to get into my room with the help of the front desk. Very frightening, let alone inconvenient. I had to show my ID and work it out when I should have been sleeping for a long business day.

Friendliness and kindest group of people

Lots of homeless type shady people hanging around the parking lot area mostly at night. Pool water was green. The room itself was satisfactory. Desk staff seemed understaffed as several times during my stay I couldn’t find anyone because they were doing something elsewhere on the property. When I did have contact with them they were friendly and helpful

DO NOT STAY HERE. Instead of just telling us they didn’t have early check in, they had us waiting around in the sweltering heat. We got “hotel-fished”! This is MOTEL 6 painted a different color with a larger price tag! The room was DIRTY, towels had HAIR on them. FLIES were buzzing around in our room…I killed one but he had 2 brothers…smh. The bathroom floor FLOODED every time we took a shower. Our entire stay was HORRIBLE. Please just pay the extra money to stay at a nicer hotel. It’s not worth your peace of mind.

The person who registered me was exceptional. The quality of the motel was awful. It needs renovations. The TV did not work nor did the internet.

This property is dirty, room was clean, they accommodate 28 day stays for locals that actually live there. People are selling drugs from the rooms. The room was supposed to have a fireplace, there was no fireplace, they listing said there was a pool, the pool can not be used as it was algae filled and green, the hot tub had no water in it. Completely false advertising. This hotel is not 3 stars. My wallet fell out of me bag in the elevator , and one of the tenants that lives at this property came in as I was leaving and stole all
My money from the wallet. The best part of the room was the whirlpool hot tub, and the dennys across the way as their continental breakfasts was sub par, they did let me a check out late, as I had to work at 8 am and needed to come back to pick up my husband and our stuff.
