I requested a smoking room and they give me a non-smoking room. Valet service was not smooth. I asked for a late check out 2pm and they call me at 12pm to ask me if I wanted a late check out

Some staff were very curtious but some front desk staff didn't blin when you walked by. Managers were great and Alphonso in the main dining room was all over the lace. Helping customers, other staff and adjusting decor on top on that. Only problem was the hot water in the shower was only warm when water from the sink was hot. Engineers came to check but luke warm was the result more than one day...

The Hotel is really a five star experience. Rooms are really good and well maintained with all amenities available. Everyone should consider their stay there when visitng Bahrain as it is near to all attractions and shopping places nearby. Perfect for families. We will definitely visit back. The only thing i wanted tonpoint out was that the mini bar was left empty during the full duration of our stay.

Everything is great, especially the staffs are all very helpful and supportive. If there’s anything to improve, might be the parking. Hopefully it will be more convenient and reachable in the future. Thanks for making our stay in Bahrain special and pleasant!!

the hotel is nice, but it's the amazing staff at this hotel that makes it a delight to stay there. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the pool crew to the housekeeping staff were caring and attentive. The location is great in the center of the city as well.

The hotel is located in the center of Manama. It is a one floor hotel with a relatively old building. Furniture needs update and parking was a hassle since there were night clubs in the hotel and the customers took all the available parking spaces. The hotel is generally clean and calm in the morning and super noisy and dirty at night. If you visit Bahrain for clubbing and night life then you will like this hotel. however, if you are with family or don't like the noise, then this hotel is not recommended.

I stopped here for the F1 and the location and facilities were excellent. Staff very helpful in arranging a car and the on site bar and food are excellent. The staff are always happy to help and this is a brilliant hotel. I went to the f1 and stayed here would definitely stay again.

Had an enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza. Well located (especially with a car). Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and a decent pool. Very good value for money. Not the fanciest hotel in Bahrain but it was perfect base for exploring the island which we did extensively. If you are after more of a fly and flop would not be my first choice however.

Rooms are quite and very clean, staff friendly and all taking COVID 19 safety measures. The Hotel bar and breakfast restaurants were good. It was steak night and enjoyed it a lot. The service was excellent and all staff care about your comfort and safety
