Bed and pillows were amazing, should have luggage rack,mini fridge too mini, more tv stations,pools should close at least 10pm. Overall quiet and nice place to get away!

Couples getaway everything was great if you want true ocean front be sure you book correctly we thought because we had balcony we would but even so the view is beautiful you just have to look to the east you’ll be more pool view

The shower gel was empty when we arrived. We asked the desk twice and a house keeping woman once during our 4 day stay. Never received any. The room had only 1 desk chair. No other chair for 2 people. One person had to lay in bed for 4 days while we were in the room. Also asked for a microwave twice at the desk. This hotel sent me emails during our stay saying how important it was for us to be comfortable and just ask if we needed anything. This is a nice hotel but the service stinks! Also this hotels allows dogs, big dogs, and many people had 2 dogs, even a great dane. The 3 elevators were constanly full of dogs. We were on the top floor, 8th. A dog was barking in the hallway. Nothing agains dogs, but the hotel should have some consideration for customers that prefer to travel without dogs because of pet hair allergies. We won't be back!

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, so it looks nice. The room was spacious and the view was gorgeous, but there were gross stains on carpet, chair and towels. The restaurant is beautiful, but the food was tasteless. Beach staff was very helpful. You will need a car to go anywhere.

This hotel did not have a friendly environment. I had asked for assistance and the hostess rolled her eyes and shrugged me off. I had another hostess do the same later that night. The hotel’s restaurant doesn’t have much to choose from.

Our stay at this property was excellent! We were here for 4 days and from the moment we arrived it was perfect. From the young men who were always there to open our car doors ( we took an Uber everywhere) to the kind and gracious staff in the hotel. We had an ocean view room which was very clean and spacious with a balcony. Gilbert our server at the pool was the best!! Always there when we needed him and always with a smile on his face. Pool was super clean. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and also a nice outside view. There were cabanas to hang out in at no extra charge and that was a plus! We had a great staycation here and will definitely be back!

Clean and beautiful property, the hotel is small and recently renovated. We really enjoyed our stay. Amazing food, a little pricey but delicious. We love the outdoor bar with live music. Excellent guest service from the front desk to the restaurant.

Everything g was Great but they would need to invest in more beach towels as they ran out and had to wait about an hour for them to go wash and dry . And invest in more luggage carts not two carts for the whole hotel. So ended up having to do two trips to bring luggage down because my wife has a broken wrist

Booked last minute for Labor Day weekend. Hotel was not horrible but service was mediocre. The food served at onsite restaurants was terrible. The “heated pool” was ice cold. I would book again for decent rate but have to be honest with my review. Knowing is half the battle!

This was our first time visiting the hotel. We wanted a staycation for Labor Day weekend. You can see that the hotel was renovated as everything looked clean and smelled new. I wish there were more dining options. They use the same restaurant for poolside, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in-room service. We did Uber Eats for some meals because we wanted variety. Other than that, the staff was friendly and property is well maintained. My fiancé and I come from the hotel industry and it’s hard not to look at the little details of a property. To say that it was cozy is an understatement. Great job!

This was my second time staying here. The first time, the housekeeping staff took 300.00 with of shoes out of my room before I checked out…thank God, they were returned. This time the weather was not so great but the stay was peaceful and comfortable. Loved the upgrades but I did miss the buffet😂

I had a good stay at Oceanfront. Very comfortable. Only thing is I didn’t know the cost of parking was $25 daily. Also I would’ve liked more garbage bags in the room. Otherwise, I would stay again.

I really liked the fact that I could get in the pool, hot tub and walk right down to beach, in a matter of seconds. Also, the staff, on the outside as well as the front desk was excellent, very friendly and helpful.

I requested an oceanfront room and didn’t get it. They did offer a free bottle of champagne which was nice. Check in and out was a long process. No Do Not Disturb sign was provided so we got interrupted by towel service several times. There was no menu for room service even though front desk was called and said it was on the website. Food at the restaurant on the ocean was good but extremely overpriced.

Disappointing. No where in the booking agreements did it mention the hotel will hold $100 a night for the duration of the stay for “incidentals” we stayed 2 nights and paid in full before our stay. When we checked in they told us they will be holding $200 for incidentals. I didn’t understand why since we are adults over the age 25 and paid for the entire stay prior. It made our vacation challenging since we are on a strict budget and didn’t budget for that amount. The hotel staff is not allowed to make exceptions. Due to the decrease in available funds we weren’t able to enjoy the hotel restaurant as expected. The hotel should really present this hidden fee more responsibly. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view. The restaurant was delicious and the drinks were stiff. The staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. Our waitress Ariel was awesome. We'll be back.
