Bathroom built for midgets. Could see light all around the front door. Plumbing was sub par….no water pressure. Vagrants wandering the property at all times. Carpet had wet spots….

The outside pool was an unexpected surprise, it was awesome and a nice setup. Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts in terms of options and everys staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. New favorite Grants Pass hotel

Outside was very clean, smaller pool but we managed:). The guy at the front desk was so friendly and respectful and made jokes! Many options for breakfast but small space! They do offer to go boxes which was nice! FYI there is a hallway to the other side of the hotel (located in the middle) you won’t see a sign being at the end. They provide very small shampoo and conditioners so if you are traveling with more than one head of hair for more than a day, bring some!

We found hundreds of ants in our room after returning from dinner. They were the smelly kind & were found on the TV cabinet & in the bathroom as well. Perhaps you should spray around the outside of the hotel. We were in room 123 - ground floor & corner room.

This was a one night stay as part of a longer trip. We arrived late and our room was waiting for us. The room was spacious and clean. The mattress was soft. Anyone who has back issues might consider this. The WiFi was strong. The TV did not work which was reported to maintenance. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Plenty of hot choices along with a waffle iron, cereal and bread items. Attendant Joy did an excellent job.

When we called front desk to ask where is the switch for the hot tub jets he didn't know... I complained loudly about it when sarcastically asked"how was your stay" the next morning -we were asked to leave -never did find out how to turn the hot tub jets on and they charged the card I put up for "incidentals" Tax? For complaining about paying so much and never got to use the hot tub- the only reason we stayed there. At one point the manger was standing in the doorway of our room with his cane? Walking stick? Blocking the doorway while telling me to leave. I admit I was angry and yelling about it but found that to be threatening/physical whereas I was just yelling

The room was clean - and very nice. The staff (front desk) very nice, friendly. Unfortunately the entire experience was ruined and I’ll never go back to that location. Our room was literally a stone’s throw away from the major I-5 off/on ramp into and out of town. The traffic noise was constant, obnoxious, and loud. Adding insult to injury the walls are paper thin so in addition to the non stop traffic I got to enjoy the loud ass t.v. And even louder conversations from the room next to us literally all.night.long. Absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor and go one street further up to the holiday inn express

Staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to give me suggestions of what to do and see in the areas I’m heading. She gave me suggestions of where to eat and another Best Western to stay at closer to my destination as I travel down the coast. I enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the road.

Unfortunately when we were checking in, there were about 5 other families ahead of us so it took longer than usual. The few stairs available, and the distance we had to travel to stairs and to room were difficult. next time we'll ask for ground floor and it'll be better. stayed at this property before, good & reliable.
