We had the best room, a corner suite, with windows looking in three directions. Very comfortable, very quiet. Great location for shopping, restaurants, walking, and the hospitals.
3.0
There is no restaurant in tne hotel, not even breakfast service.
4.0
Towel linens from housekeeping inconsistent in quantity and what was left. One elevator seemed to be out of commission.

Everything was great.

Lovely place to return to but hard to get someone to answer the phone as we were ready to check out.
Could use some outlets near the beds for cpap machine or other needs.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff. Right on the Miracle Mile. Super close to train stops. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Completely safe area. Room had gorgeous views of downtown and evrn a small view of Lake Michigan. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chicago.

Loved the location and the large room. Comfortable and quiet

2 identical rooms booked - 1 had a sitting area, couch, 2 TV's - the other was a closet without the sitting area. Would have been acceptable if the rooms had been adjoining, but they were not.

We arrived at the hotel at about 11 AM. We checked our luggage free of charge which was nice. I decided to go upstairs to see if we could check in early. They did check us in early, which was super nice beautiful hotel very comfortable bed large bathroom we are on the 18th floor facing Michigan Avenue with a beautiful view. Front desk clerk was excellent offered many options for dining to us. Unfortunately, the bar area is closed on Sundays. That was the only downfall that I can say about this place beautifully decorated, and the entire staff was super friendly from the doorman to the security guard. Excellent location for shopping, dining, and hanging out downtown.

It was an okay stay but the Warwick is dingy, old, and outdated.
Positives are bed was comfortable and good location. The pillows are a standout.
Negatives are everything is old and antiquated. The elevator experience was just awful. I’ve never thought about the elevator experience but the wait time to go down from the 22nd floor was so bad that I had to incorporate it into my schedule. On average I was waiting between 4 and 10 minutes to get from my floor down to the lobby. It took 15 minutes one time because it stopped on every floor on the way down. It felt like there wasn’t enough elevators to support a smooth experience in the hotel. One of the elevators was down so that definitely increased wait times but it really bothered me as someone who is a busybody and on the go a lot.
Everything else was just average. We moved over to the Radisson Blu after and for an extra $50 dollars a night, it is a way better experience. Don’t spend your money at the Warwick when you can get an elite experience at Radisson Blu for just a little more. It makes the Warwick feel over priced and extremely antiquated and small in comparison.
Overall, very average experience if you’re okay with old, antiquated buildings that don’t offer more than just a place to rest your head at night.

Hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are small and cramped. Great location. For the cost we probably would not stay again but it was a good experience.

Staff were amazing and room was the perfect size. Location was perfect, yet room was quiet despite proximity to Michigan Ave. My only complaint was that the bell desk was often not staffed when I needed bell services, but this was easily circumvented by speaking to the front desk, who were very accommodating.

System was down so we had to put sensitive personal information on paper and trust our was handled properly. We didn't get charged until more than a week after our stay. Our room and bed were comfortable. Bathroom was a little awkward with no counter space for getting ready. Fridge could only hold a few cans of soda at most, so don't count on storing leftovers or a bottle of wine. It's a decent place with a great location. Solid 3.5

Very conveniently located in the interesting and fun Michigan Avenue area. Easy walking distance to stores, restaurants, museums and Millenium Park / The Bean.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was clean. The view was amazing. The only thing was there was no refrigerator or microwave for left overs. We slept in the last day and housekeeping came in at 9am. She apologized and I’m sure she knocked we just didn’t hear her. Check out isn’t until 11 I don’t know why she came in at 9.

Had a great check in experience with Andrei providing hotel history, upgrading our room and confirming we can check out 1 day early without being changed for it.
The room was very nice, made my remote work while traveling comfortable.
The hotel has history and it can be seen and felt with our stay (2nd in the last 2 years). We will definitely come back.

The hotel was fine. The room was just ok. The carpet had very noticable stains. There was a spot outside the shower where the drywall gone. The bedding was lightweight. I didn't use any of the amenities so can't speak to them. Having the carpet cleaned or replaced along with some minor maintenance would go a long way..

I wouldn't stay here again. Nothing was wrong -- the room was clean, staff was friendly. It's just nothing special. There are hotels in the same area that make for a better stay for less money.

I stayed at the Warwick Allerton last year and thought it was a hotel of average quality, but I would not stay here again. The exterior of the building is beautiful, but during this stay my hotel room was infested with bugs including cockroaches and earwigs (N.B. I have photographic evidence but the webpage is not permitting me to upload them from my phone). I was able to dispose of one cockroach but the earwig only presented itself when I got out of bed and saw I had been sleeping next to it. The next day, reception staff suggested they could have moved me to a new room, but it seems likely that every room would have had this problem given that I was located on the 20th floor. I was not offered any kind of redress by the hotel for my experience. Moreover, the hotel porter who stored my baggage upon checkout was not only very infrequently present, but also damaged the screen of a very expensive laptop at some point during dropping off or picking up my bags.

The room was little small but worked perfectly for me. Pretty much in walking distance of everything or to the subway

I loved the view. The one thing that really bothered me is at 9:30 a.m. I have the cleaning lady opening my door as I just got out of the shower when regular check out is 12:00. I felt my privacy was violated, and at 12:00 Someone else knocking on the door when I paid an extra $50 for a 2:00 check out.
