The HVAC system had been turned off with a not saying HVAC did not run in fall. It was 80 degrees outside like a warm summer day. After a shower I checked out and sat in my car for 3 hours before my meeting. Will not stay there again. They ownership should be ashamed to house people at a Hilton Property with no working AC. All I can think of is that the ownership are a bunch of chickshit cheap folks.

The room was nice, Could have been one more regular coffee instead of 3 decaf and 1 reg. both rooms the same. the room was clean, nice, very comfortable. Nice friendly people and we really enjoyed our stay.

We booked the hotel for a quick trip, able to do early check in, the hotel is almost stuck in the 1990s, its is in need of a refresh, the room smelled of a cat lady had let her felines go whenever. The positive is the Bartender was fantastic, the cook making omelets was cheerful and very nice. The front desk agents were horribly rude and condescending.

We had to change it room due to the cleanliness and malfunction of the room and equipment. There was an issue with pool access. And not the friendliest environment.

It was so awful, changed rooms 3 times for a total of 4 different rooms. There is a new charge from today for a movie that I NEVER rented!!!! I left at 9:30am, never turned off the one channel I watched, NO movie rentals!!!!!! Worst experience ever, I should be refunded my 4 day stay!!!!! Plus the movie I never rented.

I stayed at this location a few years ago and it was a great experience.... things have gone down hill SIGNIFICANTLY since then. The room was gross. The shower drain was plugged with hair before any of us had showered. My kids literally found suboxone strip wrappers with the coffee cups in our room. The rooms are really run down. Wallpaper's peeling up everywhere, the shower handle fell off, and the toilet wouldn't flush. We had screaming, yelling and hollering in the hall from about 10 pm untill 1 am. There were blood curdling screams that could be heard from out in the parking lot. With all the security there, I'm not sure what they were doing but clearly screaming all night in the hallways isn't against the rules. The continental breakfast was a joke... by 9am everything was wiped out. Literally a few apples and oranges left. Every bin of food was completely empty... even including the cold cereal. This place has so much potential and is seriously mismanaged. I'm shocked this is still considered an Embassy Suites because it sure isn't consistent with the brand qualities or standards. It was honestly an expensive terrible experience. I'm so disappointed.

The open space in the lobby was great and the indoor pool was fun for kids. The adjoining rooms we stayed in however were not so great. Room #1 had a large Red stain on the floor, muffins under the bed, the sofa bed would not pull out and the door to the refrigerator was broken. Room #2 had Feces on the wall in the bathroom and hard yellowish stains on the bed comforter. Housekeeping did not come to clean the rooms at all.

This hotel is in need of a refresh in the rooms. Our room was not available when we arrived and waited in line for an hour to get a replacement which was comped at $75. Breakfast is great as long as you can find silverware and salt and pepper.

Showed up to check in and there were about 30 other people waiting to check in. Waited for an hour and was not able to get to the front of the line before we had to leave for our event. Returned to the hotel later after event to check in and was told that no rooms were available. No explanation given, staff were not in the least apologetic or helpful. My name and confirmation number were written down on a scrap piece of paper and the girl disappeared. Several other people were in the lobby, all in same boat, unable to check in despite having reservations. Waited another hour before leaving premises around 12:30 am to return home. Would like an explanation and full refund.

absolutely loved this property! The room and hotel itself was very clean. I appreciated the crib being provided in my room as well as how clean it was. The breakfast was very impressive and delicious.

The rooms are dirty. There were leak spots on the ceiling and the sofa had so many disgusting stains all over it. The bathroom sink and tub drains don’t work well. It takes the water forever to drain. The ladies at the front desk in the evening were wonderful, but the lady in the morning was very rude! The people working in the kitchen were great, especially the gentleman making the omelette! He was fabulous! The hotel is dirty, the floors are sticky and it smells.

Very nice property. We were here for a wedding in the area so didn’t use some of the facilities. Rooms were clean. Most of the staff were friendly. Very impressed with the breakfast. Would recommend this property.

The doors were coming off the himges, there was trash floating in the fountain in the atrium, there was no alarm clock or USB plugs, the wall paper was peeling, the front desk staff was too busy playing on her phone, i had to ask for my key, my room number and breakfast information. We have many sports tournaments in the area and will not be staying here again

We have stayed at this location before and it’s always been nice. This time even though there are signs everywhere stating quiet time is 10pm-7am, there was a large group in the common area making a lot of noise until1am on Friday and several groups that were loud on Saturday until about 11:30. I would stay here again but definitely ask to not be in a room near the common areas.

The hotel is a fun place for families & kids. The breakfast was out of milk both days which meant no milk for tea or cereal. No signs indicating this. The pool would not refresh the pool towels. The water was very cloudy.

Good: Bed was comfortable. Room was large. Shower was nice, lots of place to put your stuff and shower head was powerful and water was warm. Food at the bar was good and decently priced. We were able to hang out in the lobby past the quiet time of 10pm (but we were quiet and respectful). Cons: I asked for a roll away bed @ check in and later called down again. Both times I was told one would be delivered only to be told by Danetta Knisley via text that all the roll away beds were taken. Breakfast was just a hot mess. Food ran out, not enough staff to replenish the food. The cook at the made to order omelette station left to make the food that was run out of as he was the 1 and only cook. Workout room was so hot it was like a sauna.

Had a king suite with a pull out sofa. When checking in they confirmed 2 adults 1 child, then got to our room and stained floors and pullout is broke, called down to desk and they knew the pullout was broke and switched us rooms. Hotel was over booked with rooms, kids running around until 1am bouncing balls down the hallways, apparently there was a basketball tournament nearby. Our kids had a baseball game the next morning and couldn’t sleep because of the noise. But was told security was on it trying to get them to go to bed.

We passed drove extra 30mins past where we were metting at to come here. Upond arrival the pool amd hottub were closed and this is why we choose this place. The room we were on was right at level woth the industrial fans and it squeaked all night. The lady that checked as in was super rude and at check out it was no better.. i only stay at hilton and this was definitely not the norm. I was very disappointed with the price considering. The room smelled good but huge red stains all over carpets window shade had stick stuff all over them. Bathroom floor was disgusting.
