Didn't bother with anyone after checking in. Never got water bottles on arrival. Staff was adequate but not terribly friendly.

Hotel management never bothered to contact me after I complained on departure for several things. First, the bartender r the be for the 'free' drink was rude and dismissing because we were a few minutes past the cut off time for the cocktail. Not just sorry it's too late, but I cnt do thy now you missed ir, it ended akres, I can't give you a cocktail. I guess she was paying for it. Later upon retiring I found blood stains on the pillow case if one pillow and the top sheet. Blood. Finally, the coffee maker had no instructions that stated to make the two cups it had in it meant making two individual cups, not just filling the 2 cup reservoir and expecting two cups of coffee. One went I the cup but once full the rest flowed onto the floor counter microwave and sink. Upon leaving no one really seemed to care about my complaints, nor did the hotel management who never called after contacting Hilton corporate. Expect little and you'll get what you expect. I expected more from Hilton.... Guess that was my mistake.

With the ridiculous amount of money they charge for a room overnight, they obviously put no money into this hotel. Let’s start with the $15 charge to park overnight. Followed by the fact, you have to walk through a cloud of smoke, because people are out in front of the hotel smoking weed. There is no room service, they used to be a fountain, but that doesn’t even work anymore. Restaurant is not open, but you can buy food, if you can find a bartender because I waited 12 minutes and no one showed up to the bar. The rooms are old, the bathtub was cracked and rusted, and the spout you could not get to work to switch to shower mode because it was so corroded and rusted solid. This place has turned into a complete dump, and I will not be going back here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone I do business with.

It was good. I was there for a high school reunion. My room wasn't ready until after 6 pm. Fortunately i was traveling solo so it wasn't a big deal. Otherwise, everything was as expected.

The hotel looks like it was designed by someone that designs prisons. It’s tired and needs a refresh. Melissa at front desk was not warm or enthusiastic about being there either

They need to Have a lifeguard on premises. They should open the hot tub again

The room was dirty, gum on the walls, other sticky substances and coloring from prior visitors. Night stand had paint splatters on it, carpet was coming up. Bathroom was dirty, tiles falling from tub and tub had a hole in it. Dissatisfied to say the least. For what we paid I expected better. Will never stay there again

Comfortable, clean room. Relatively quiet. Breakfast was provided and there were a lot of choices.
This property charges for parking. This was unexpected and did not seem necessary. It's not an area where parking is limited.

For a what is supposed to be a high end motel our stay was absolutely horrible. They charge you $15 a night to park which is unheard of in this suburban area, a pure money grab. Our clock and the floor ice machine weren't working neither which were ever fixed after reporting. The staff was in general not very friendly, especially the bartender. The topper was when using the pool I noticed what appeared to be a film of dead skin like you see in the bath tub after taking a bath, disgusting. There are plenty of other places in the area that are cheaper and cleaner, trust me.

Enjoyed the stay.

Staff and breakfast was great! Room is very dated and in need of repair. Although the room was clean, the rust and stains in the tub gives the appearance that the room is dirty. BE AWARE THAT THE WILL CHARGE YOU $15 to park your car as if this hotel were in a big city.

Pool was extremely cold to the point that you could not swim in and there is a $15 per day parking fee that was not mentioned before I book
I will not be back

-Did not like the fact that we had to pay to park our cars based on amount of days we stay there.
-I also did not like how the hotel offers free breakfast, yet there were nowhere to seat. And Ice machine wasn’t working.

Parking fee for folks staying at the hotel sounded like a bit much.

Room had no towels and dirty coffee cups body lotion could not be opened public restrooms were not located i convient areas of hotel room did not feel clean as former motel owners we know when a room is cleaned appropriately. Pool hours limited and a sign indicated that the restaurant was open 7 days and that was not the case. Snack items were insanely priced and I did not appreciate having to pay for parking.

Although it is a little older than when I stayed there 27 years ago, it was a very good stay. The breakfast was delicious, especially the made-to-order egg dishes. I had egg dishes made for me 27 years ago, but this time they were especially delicious. Thank you very much.

By having later breakfast on weekends, Saturday it was so crowded, there was no place to sit, and many items ran out. Sunday, we had to depart early morning as do most vacation travelers. By, delaying breakfast, the hotel may save money. But, the increased expense for travelers has a net impact on the cost of travel, and creates a negative outlook on future bookings when breakfast included is not actually provided to a large number of guests.

The guest made this hotel experience the worst. From the moment we checked in, we were met with rude and unruly guest that booked up the hotel and occupied every space of the hotel and refused to share a space with other guest.Staff who seemed like they could not do much about the guest and their inconsiderate behavior. The amenities advertised on the website were o way what was advertised online - the pool area is outdated and looks cosmetically dirty.when we brought these issues to the attention of the front desk- we were not assisted and it felt like we were dismissed and disregarded.
To make matters worse, the other guests were loud and inconsiderate, partying late into the night and making it impossible to get any rest. The walls were so thin that we could hear every word of their conversations, adding to the overall discomfort of our stay.
Overall, this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look into the events taking place that particular booking. It was a complete waste of money and ruined what should have been a relaxing trip.
