Honestly, I have mixed feelings about my stay. The young man who checked me in was superb and exactly what I expected from Marriott. This was a staycation, but I was not familiar with the area. I only had one issue and that was with room service, food, and charges. The receipt I received including tax and delivery fee was different than the receipt presented upon delivery, a Cesar salad and lukewarm flatbread FOOD WAS NOT WORTH $50(tip included). I spoke with Josh & Evelyn via text about the issue and was prepared for no action. Evelyn offered a complimentary breakfast card never received and upon checkout there was no mention of it, which again I was not surprised. Overall, this property accomplished what I needed for the weekend, but rooms could use a little TLC as the towels were very rough and needed replacing, the sheets needed serious replacement as well as other cosmetics issues needed addressing. Would I stay here again probably not but will continue to stay at Marriott properties.

I was highly disappointed with my stay. Isaiah and the young lady from room service were friendly and provided good service. However, when I arrived in my room it as very dated and opposite of the impression from the pictures online and the gorgeous lobby area. The next morning when I got up to check out, I pull the shower curtain back and notice there was water in the tub. And after getting dressed to check out, I called the front desk to ask if someone could help me carry my luggage downstairs. I was told they don't do that. I asked can someone just bring me a luggage cart, the woman who answered the phone said we don't typically do that. I will never stay here again. The only reason I gave them two stars was because of the area it was in and staff I mentioned earlier.

Great hotel. Stayed for pool. Pool closed for a situation and never reopened during the hottest week of summer in texas. 106 average. Big let down. Hotel is clean and attentive. Rooms are small and beds are very uncomfortable, so are the pillows. Overall a 4 star experience since it was clean and people were nice

Everything was very good at this hotel, felt very safe, nice and quiet and all of the facilities and the room were top notch, nothing to complain about.

Starbucks was closed. Hair dryer was sticky and gross. Hotel was very cold. Ubers had trouble getting to the hotel lobby.

Bug in my bathroom. Need to remove all alarm clocks from rooms. Clean carpets.

If the mattresses could be a little softer that would make a huge difference.

As we asked closer to our assigned room we encountered wall paper falling off the wall and carpet missing with a larg construction paper covering a huge area, I nearly slipped. As we neared the room (438) a smell began to creep up and we noticed exposed pipes. It smelled very bad.We were given a room smelled really bad, like sewage I took video and pictures. I could not believe my eyes. I just wanted to leave. We were planning a longer stay but decided not to book here for the rest of the weekend.

As soon as I arrived I was struck by the excellent signage. I’d never been in the area before so I was so appreciative that things were very clear. Hagan helped me check in and add another night to my stay with kindness and professionalism. The property is beautiful and just enough of what you need without too much. I’ll be returning again and again.

The listing said the room sleeps five but it had only two double beds with no couch or rollaway options. Expedia refused to do anything about it and was terrible at the whole situation. More of an Expedia issue, less of a hotel issue.

Respectfully I’ve stayed at nicer motel 6s. I stayed at the aloft down the street for the rest of the week and that property is much nicer. You did a great job on that one.

No one at check in
All in the back
No soap in bathroom sink, one coffee cup, no sweetener or stir stick. Room was very nice and clean
I know this was a slow time but all the more reason room should have been stocked with needed items

The hotel itself was welcoming whwn we entered however the room was usual basic room but could some updates and the bed felt like we were laying on a wooden block. No microwave and single sink and tub looked over used and a bit old so just some basic upgrades qould have made it more comfortable but that is my only complaint not comfortable

Hard to find. Seems like it's located in an industrial district. Small easily missed signage on the main road. Can't really be seen from the main road. Hard to locate front door. Driving up to the building the first door seen is a side door. Seems to be the architectural vibe of the area but not first time visitor friendly.
Check in clerk was quite brusque not exactly welcoming. Other clerks were more friendly.
AC in room struggled to get below 72 and never made it down to 68 where we set it. Flat pillows.

The property was fine. I didn't like that we couldn't find any coffee places that were open

the hotel was very quiet and the staff all very nice. I did feel the breakfast buffet was a little confusing. It was very small and we didn't even know there was a menu until after we had eaten.

Unfortunately beds were horribly uncomfortable

Pool was not once cleaned- my husband had to clean the surface of the water with the Net on hand because there were so many dead wasps and flowerettes from the Crepe Myrtles in the water. Every morning we looked out of our room to find the previous nights dirty towels were still there from the night before...We ordered 3 meals over the hotel phone- they said it would be 30 minutes- but instead it turned out to be 1.5 hours because they messed up on our order TWICE- so my husband waited on our food for ONE and ONE HALF hours AFTER we ordered our food...
The double beds were a JOKE- they were so small- but that was our fault because we shouldn't have interpreted the "double beds" as 2 Queen beds.
It was a very disappointing stay for us...No, we will not be back...and to top all this off.....- you guys charged us TWICE for our stay !!! Wow... who's really running this place?

Everything was great with this location, the only complaint I have is the AC in our room was not working properly, and we stayed during the summer, so it was HOT during the night which resulted in a very uncomfortable stay

I stay at this location 2 times a year. It is my safe relaxation spot away from my home.. Beautiful location and its so peaceful
