We heard at the Casino there were bugs found i. The room and decided to drive home. Paid for the room but never went in due to told there were bugs

Room was clean and staff were very helpful

The toilet wouldn’t flush, so I had to rebook the rusty chain to the flapper. The vanity sink was very slow draining. The mattress was really hard.

Got in late and felt very sketchy

Don't expect alot of extras but comfortable room with large double beds and everything was clean.

Nothing in room was plugged in. Sink never drained. Phone and hair dryer never worked. Holes in the wall. Never had enough towels. Never will stay there again.

Property was long in the tooth, but was very pristine. A very good value!

Our room was the farthest one away from the pet area.

The room was unclean, furniture was stained, walls were damaged. Bathtub was discussing, dirty, had a huge Spider in it & a wrapper stuffed in drain. The toiletries were open & used. There wasn't even a smoke detector in the room.

Room was clean and adequate for the price. Cheap TV propped up against the wall. Bed was too firm for us, but pillows were nice . We received a handicap room for some reason with no tub…we did not request a handicap room. Lastly, the place is super noisy especially at night from traffic…lots of truck traffic.

Poor condition. Bad lighting. No attention to fixing things. I had to move to another room due to horrible smell. New room had a very comfortable bed! Believe I got a suite. But no light in bath over sink. Hard to put on makeup

Staff was awful and rude and it was a waste of my money who starts rebuilding a room next to guest at 6am?

There were no empty room and the clerk was very rude

Took forever to check they were not prepared and no parking spots anywhere due to a bar being located within parking lot towels were stained did not feel safe

I felt uncomfortable being checked in as though it was a hassel. Then I was unable to park by the room. Its a budget inn so I wasn't expecting much. Got to my room and the remote to the TV had no batteries. The smoke alarm was in a cupboard with the battery beside it. The bathroom door was missing quite a bit of the front panel, and the coffee table looked like it was dragged on its corner. The worst was there was dried blood under the coffee table, I didn't find it till the morning and if I had found it that night i would have left. Not impressed. Not worth the 80 dollars I paid.

The REFZ bar located on site was very nice and good food, good service. Our coffee pot was dirty, and the faucet leaked the whole time

This is the WORST 3 star hotel we've EVER stayed at. I wouldn't give them 1 Star. Let me list all the issues and you'll see why. No entry light upon opening the door. Someone stole it and the cleaning crew was too lazy to replace it. We had to pull out a flashlight to get into the room to find another light. Desk chair, on the top the material was disintegrating, it was that old. You wouldn't want to put ANYTHING on this chair or it would stick to it. We turned the refrigerator up to MAX, the next morning it was barely cold and all our ice packs were thawed out. the tub/jacuzzi was dead....no power, so it could only be used as a tub. So, my wife decided to shower. The shower head was incorrectly installed, so there was no way to point the head to the middle of the shower. Most of the water just hit the wall. There was barely enough shampoo for one person, so I get what little was left over. Getting out of the shower, she attempted to dry herself on the "bath towels" they provided. I have hand towels that are larger then this hotel's bath towels. My wife weights 120 lbs and it took 3 towels to dry her.

Lighting was bad in room. No TV remote in room. They put us a block away from the office (next street over from rest of hotel) and when we called to ask about the remote, she said we could come to the office to get one. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work
