Enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and roomy. It was a very cold night and the heater was set so that the room was warm and cozy. Will definitely stay again.

Very clean, nice place to stay. We were in room 316. Excellent experience, except for the commode in our bathroom. We are both 80 years old, but still enjoy traveling. The commode in our bathroom is way too close to the floor. The seat is barely 12" from the tile floor. Elderly folks have trouble sitting and especially getting back up.

Our first room was mostly clean but the air was not working so we changed rooms. Our other room was on the third floor. The room was not clean. Pillow case was dirty, the shades on the window was dirty, the light in the bathroom had no cover on it.

The staff was friendly, but the hotel needs renovations in a bad way. The room smelled moldy, there were water stains in the bathroom, and a leak in the ceiling of the tub from the room above.

Everything was clean, our bathroom needed to be updated, beds were comfortable Only thing I didn’t care for was, the housekeeping/laundry people who LIVED there was taking video of people in hotel and the hotel itself. When I asked the front desk Lady she didn’t see them doing it she said but was the only that had told me they lived there and would say something not sure if she had or not. That was a turn off and I will not be staying there again.

The room was damp and smelled like mold/mildew. Floor was sticky. The shower had been replaced but the caulking was falling off. Someone with allergies, definitely not a place to stay. Also looked like blood splatter on the ceiling.

Recommendation do not rent first floor units. Carpet smells AC units need to be replaced and clean room stinks. Way too much moisture besides that everything was good. I was surprised my wife did not have an asthma attack.

The owner was very pleasant and accommodating, he made sure that I was pleased with my room and allowed me to utilize the lobby for work until I was able to check in as I arrived rather early. The 2nd front desk attendant was very friendly and provided quick assistance with getting me into my room and provided details of the amenities and wifi. She was very certain to let me know of her work time in the event that I may need anything. Thank you to this wonderful staff. I will definitely be back when I come to visit again. Oh and my room was very clean, spacious and had all of the essentials that I needed.

We were in Cookeville for just 1 night. This property was great! The room was very clean and the king size bed was very comfortable! We really appreciated having a free breakfast - eggs, sausage, tator tots, plus waffles, cereals, muffins, coffee, juices.. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The parking can be tight when they are full, but that is part of a busy hotel. The property is clean, which is big on my list. I feel the property is safe even with a questionable area behind the back parking lot. The staff has always been very nice and hospitalble. I just feel comfortable there. No puns intended.

I wanted to use the refrigerator last night. It was unplugged and a pool of water was left standing in the freezer. Once entering our room in 102 it did not have a clean smell. As we went to check out in the morning, there was another guest waiting before me to check out but no one was available. We waited several minutes and no one came. I tried to inform a couple of housekeepers in the hallway, but they did not understand what i was saying and did not go ask for assistance in addressing my need. This made us late on arriving at a meeting this morning.

The room was clean and neat, but some of the items in the bathroom needed maintenance. (The toilet ran). The bed was very comfortable. The amenities were a nice touch. Breakfast was good - but there was no caffeine for non-coffee drinkers (even to buy). Overall it was very good.

The elevators were broken upon arrival. No one was at the desk for checkout. I waited for 20 minutes and never saw anyone. Minimal selection for vending. Bathroom had rusted parts in the sink and shower. The doors and walls had visible damage that made the hotel look dated and old.

Quick overnight stay in an oversized room for a solo traveler. I was kindly alerted that the elevator was temporarily out of order but I stuck with the second floor. I only had an overnight bag. Breakfast was barer than I expected. Out of meat protein when I arrived. Opted for a stop at Buccees down the road. On the plus, my room was immaculate. I'd give this place another shot.

After waiting about 10 minutes at the reception desk, I had to go find someone. We were about 30 minutes early and wasn’t able to check in. The food at breakfast ran out and the person who was in charge of the food, was trying to fix an elevator. Pool wasn’t opened as stated on line. Room was clean.
