So it was heavily under constructjon. The power went out for 5 hours in total darkness.

Worst hotel experience in my life. When we arrived at the front, the main lobby gates were closed and under renovation, with no staff to greet us. The front had no parking signs so it was unclear where we were supposed to go. We had to call the reception to ask how to park and get into the lobby. Since the main gates were closed, we had to walk through a busy bar just to get to the front desk. Some of the walls inside are also taken out and it does not look nice. We booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday and specifically for the pool, but the pool was closed. They said we could use the other hotel’s pool but we had to walk through the village in our swim gear to get there and it took around 10min. The room had no menu, and the TV is cable only. We paid around $751 total for two nights but it is not worth it at all. They would not give any refund and we are extremely unsatisfied. We contacted hotels.com to ask for a refund but no word yet, hoping we can get some reimbursement. The parking also costed an extra $37.

I wish you could have told me none of the hotel amenities would be available prior to booking the room. No amenities were available due to remodel. In fact you have to walk around the hotel cut through mid-chief bar Hilton can do better just failure throughout the hotel. Even the staff were embarrassed!!!!!!

A nice hotel in a super location. The underground tunnel into the whistler square is great. The facilities are ok but the breakfast was a bit of a let down.

Hotel was under renovation, but it had no effect on our stay. Great location.
Check out their out door fire pit area, and fireplaces in some rooms

Loved the outdoor hot tub and the indoor whirlpool. We had cool and rainy weather so the options were great for the family. Hospitality was on point.

Check-in was quick and our room was ready. It was a beautiful 2-bedroom suite with a sauna. Pool and Mountain View with a nice patio for sitting. Loved this room. Perfect for parents and two teenaged boys.

Outdated old room, have seen better facilities at hotels less than half the price of this one. But just like everything in Whistler they gouge you.
Front desk staff were very pleasant. Will be interesting to see how much more they charge customers once their renovations are done because I am sure it will give them more leverage to gouge people.

Solid hotel in a very good location. Could use a bit of an update across the board as the rooms and amenities are showing their age, but I expect this is typical with most Whistler properties.

My husband and I took in a quick get away to Whistler expecting a full amenities room for the $650.00 dollar night stay. The property is located in Whistler village not far from the bottom of the mountain. This access was wonderful. The property it self has as a smaller pool which was a little noisy and crowded. The room was clean and laid out has 1 bedroom condo. We were expecting a full kitchen. After a day exploring we just wanted to lounge in the room. I purchased groceries and was preparing a meal only to discover a fridge, dish washer, cook top and no oven. A little disappointment as I was hoping to cook a roast. For the price paid I would not reccomend.

The staff team were amazing. From quick service to being very accommodating and understanding. I loved the stay and I have been a gold status member with the Hilton for a long time now.
The only disappointment unfortunately is the residents around. Being an indo-Canadian Vancouver resident when stepping outside of the big city, it has come with a lot of weird looks rude comments and racist remarks.
However the Hilton team and the hotel was amazing!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The issue we had this time was that there is no shower curtain. We had to ask 2x to get one. And then we wanted house keeping. We brought our dog with us so obviously there are select times where they can come in to clean our room. Twice we told the housekeeper and front desk directly that we are about to head out for a few hours, could we get house keeping in there? Both times, nothing. We didn’t get our room cleaned once in the 2.5 days staying there.

Fantastic experience overall. The fireplace was a nice touch. They brought us a dura-log to burn while we were there. Very happy with our stay.

Central Location for all activities in the village

We were able to check in early (12:00 pm) as the room was ready. We paid for valet parking as it was just $4 more. Great central village location with a less busy road entrance. Large, clean room with a view of the golf course (and roof). Really the only negative is the double not queen sized beds. Definitely will stay here again. Very quiet too.

Room is spacious and clean. Also, it’s quiet enough for my 2 kids to have their rest throughout the nights.

For tourists like us at least share something about the place like to experience the best out of our stay in the area . Maybe some does and unfortunately for us did not say anything. But overall the place is clean and location is the best

Have stayed at the property many times and know the area well but we were disgusted with the leather headboard falling apart and looked like was attacked with either teeth or fingernails and was falling off into our bed throughout our stay.

Hilton main lobby was under construction. Poor ambiance, very dark. Pool and hot tub area was small. Only enough room for three people in hot tub and then it felt crowded if anyone else joined. Hot tub was not very hot. Woke up early at 6am and didn’t want to wake family so went to lobby to have coffee and read. No complimentary coffee in lobby.

Check in was not acceptable.

First, I wasn’t told that I would be paying for parking. Second, it irritated me to no end that I was unable to get a luggage cart without having to use a bellman and thereby tip said bellman. I am quite capable of loading a luggage cart by myself and bringing it to my room and unloading it and returning it. I don’t need assistance from a bellman.
