The staff was lovely but the hotel is "tired." Ripped carpeting, dingy rooms, and cold water in the shower that never really got fixed. Location was great, but there are so many options in Baltimore, this would not be my first choice.

Was good, but the parking garage caused damage to my vehicle and they don’t have anyway of contacting the garage management

The location is good and accessible however, the room itself was outdated. Main issue was that the shower does not get hot enough to enjoy a warm shower after being out in the cold. Informed the staff who were apologetic and offered points for compensation. I’d say the service was good and their staff were friendly.

A little run down. Nothing like a freezing cold shower early in the morning, but we survived. It was clean and the workers were very nice and accommodating. I would have said something about the cold shower, but we were leaving very early morning for the airport anyway.

The staff were so accommodating and polite. I think whoever was in the room next to us was smoking coz it reaked but we had a great night stay.

The stay was ok and the stuff was nice and friendly. The hotel is in the safe environs of Baltimore's inner harbor waterfront. While the room was clean, the facilities appeared slightly outdated. Nonetheless, considering the price paid, it offered reasonable value.

Front desk staff & service was outstanding. But my wife was uncomfortable with the hotel location and the number of homeless in sleeping bags outside the property. We checked-in, but did not stay. The room is still untouched. We stayed at the Marriott across the water two blocks over, across the water.

Hotel stay was ok, lack of communication from front desk staff member caused us to have to pay significant fees in parking. Hotel room was ok, little more outdated than it appears online.

Was a bit concerned after seeing several negative reviews of the property but was pleasantly surprised. Yes, the decor may be outdated but the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Jacuzzi tub had a rag in it so we didn’t know if it had been cleaned or not. The balcony view was horrible. However, the hotel is in a good location.

Breakfast was terrible, super dirty there. The staff just sat around on their phones. The same crumbs were there for days.

This property has a fabulous location. The front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room itself was very worn down. The mattress needs to be replaced. The carpet is old. Again, it’s a great property. Just in need of an update in the rooms.

Check-in day was not the best. We figured for that amount of money that we would get a good night rest but our bed slanted so far down at the head board that I had heartburn. My husband and I had to sleep at the foot of the bed just so that our heads were higher than our feet. The comforter was stained with a sheet over it. The bathroom had things stuck to the wall of the shower, the outlet was ripped out the wall and the walls had bubbling paint behind the door with a dead spider smashed in it. On the flip side… We love the inner harbor and the location is convenient to everything. There was complimentary drinks and food in the afternoon and we received better service the next day. I wish the hotel had more to it (like a pool) but it is quiet and clean in the main areas. The doors slam so loud that you can hear and feel them in your room. Lots of paid channels when your ready to relax and the the steakhouse is right next door. Don’t make a mistake and park in the parking garage because unfortunately it’s not apart of the hotel ( but the name of the hotel is on it 👀 ). Other than that it’s ok…

I chose this hotel because of its location, facing the water in Baltimore harbor, and proximity to the New Year's fireworks. Every one we interfaced with was friendly.
Parking is offered next door in an open lot at $30/day. I did enjoy the ez and unlimited in-and-out.

The hotel was oversold on the day of arrival. Did not get our proper room until the next evening.

First thing when we checked in was the long wait to do so. There was only one person at the counter at the time who was also a new employee so it took a little while. After finally checking in, we were told our room wasn't ready yet. We waited in the lobby and kind of relaxed a bit. When we were notified that the room was ready, we took all our stuff up only to find out that we were given the wrong room. We were supposed to have two Queen Beds for the three of us but were given one with no sofa option. We went back down to the desk, spoke with someone else and were given a different room. However they only had one Queen Bed available and a pull out sofa. The sofa was so bad that we ordered a roll in bed. Needless to say, we weren't happy but had no choice. The room itself was so dirty. The carpet was stained, dust where there shouldn't have been dust and a not so sanitary bathroom. Luckily we were only there for the night. They offered us a "free" appetizer at one of their on site restaurants however the price of the rest of the menu was so pricey. We found somewhere offsite to have a nice dinner and pay half the price. It was so disappointing that our "Girls Trip" Vacation started off this way. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. My only concern was that there were three of us and there was hardly any place to hang our towels.

This is a nice, no-frills hotel for short stays. It is perfectly placed within the inner harbor area, everything is an easy walk away. Our room was on the 3rd floor, facing the aquarium. We could watch the dolphins being fed and doing tricks, the kids loved it. The room was dated, needed some upkeep, but very clean. Check-in and check out were fast, the staff were all very nice during the whole stay. Bring your earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, you can hear everything unfortunately. There was a wedding downstairs that was very loud, though it ended at a decent hour.

Good location near the aquarium and other sites.

The room smelled really bad I couldn’t even sleep with the smell, floors where dirty , couldn’t open the sliding doors . It took over 30 minutes for someone to come down and do our check in , after the person finally came , it took forever. The room was nasty for the almost 500 I paid the wrong was old , nasty smell floors dirty and the sheets had nasty stains , very un happy . I expected a nice clean room . Tv wouldn’t turn on then it didn’t want to turn off .

Was deceived by the “harbor view “ room I was supposed to have…

I don't choose to vacation with mice. Never would have thought a Hilton would have mice running through the rooms.

This is the perfect hotel for convenience to the harbor and all the attractions. Everything is in walking distance and it it sandwiched between two great restaurants - with other options a stone throw away. The staff was excellent from housekeeping to the General Manager. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will be back with the grands for the Aquarium and other activities. Thank you!!

Stood waiting to be checked in for over 5 minutes. Had to call out “hello” several times for staff to even acknowledge we were there.

We didn't even make it to the hotel because our reservation didn't exist. I called to inquire about the parking lot and was informed that I did not have a reservation to the hotel. I was told they attempted to contact me which is not true at all. I did not receive any call's or email's. The person on the phone (i found out later that they were not on site) looked around town for other Hilton properties with available rooms. They supposedly found a room all the way across town which they booked for me. I gave my credit card and email info and got a conformation number. We arrived at the hotel within 20 minuets of booking the room. We were told we did not have a room and they tried to contact me. Once again a complete lie. I called back the original hotel to find out what happened. They were unsure but were able to book me a room all the way back the direction we came. I did the credit card and email info thing again and once again got a conformation number and we were on our way. Take a guess what happened next. That's rite. Once again they did not have a room for us. The lack of communication and information sharing is unacceptable. Hilton is supposed to be one of the largest and best hotel companies in the world yet they don't even have an up to date room availability. This is just nonsense. After all this, on our own, we found a room 15 miles from our original destination at a Marriott site. After all this I will never even attempt to stay at a Hilton property ever again.
