Everything was great til we went to their little shop to buy something to eat! Almost everything they sell needs to be microwaved. There are no microwaves in the rooms. So we we to front desk, asked about a microwave, yes you can request them. So the gentleman got us one and went to hand it to my fiance' and he was shocked! We asked dont you deliver it to our room?! The man said no!! He made us carry this damn microwave up to the 6th floor! What hotel does this??? We paid a lot of money for 1 night at this cery nice hotel, to have to carry a freakin MICROWAVE ourselves?!?! That is just wrong! We didnt have time the next morning to ask for someone in charge cause we has to get on a cruise ship, but that was definitely wrong of that front desk man to have us do that!!!! Thats horrible hospitality and not caring at all about your guest!!

Hotel is a little old has some wear and tear but overall good. Restaurant was a little pricey and no meal comps considering the cost to stay there. Our room keys didn’t work the first time so had to go back down to the desk to rectify the issue. Ice machine only worked on the 10th floor. Very inconvenient

Hotel in good position for the criuse terminal, hotel ok in the public areas, but our room was very dated, furniture old and worn with rips in the soft furniture, chairs etc.. safe did not work and no cups in room.

I’ve stayed at several Crowne Hotels. This hotel wasn’t the same. The chair in the room was shredding. There were linen carts in the hallway. The staff was exceptional. The area and environment was great. The quality of the room kind of set back my opinion on the room.

My stay was calm and uneventful. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that I'd like to mention was the mini-fridge make a squeeling noise. Once i turned on my sound machine to sleep, I couldn't hear it anymore. But if I didn't have the sound machine, the noise would have probably kept me awake. Otherwise, great stay! Gorgeous view of the harbor and perfect location for restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was falling apart. The lights in the room did not work, the sink in the was broken. The fuse box was exposed. Plus I reserved a Queen bed and got 2 full beds, not very romantic.

We stayed at this hotel for a 3 day music festival that was about 1.5 miles down the road. The hotel was one of the only decent hotels in the area. The staff was great, especially Jimmy/James that bellhop. The room was large and had a mini fridge. The water pressure in the sink was full blast, but pretty weak in the shower. The pool area was nice and the water was warm. I would stay here again.

Checkin was ridiculous. Arrived after 4.00pm, lined up for about 15 minutes for the first of only 2 desk clerks & then were told "rooms are ready but there have ben people waiting since 10.00am to check-in, we'll cal you in 10 to 15 minutes." We were called over 90 minutes later & then had to line up for another 20+ minutes to receive our room asignment & keys. No bellhops or lugage carys to be found. We were upgraded to a nice suite, which was appreciated, but whatever the problem was with the long delay was difficult to undestand.

This is 3rd time staying here for the event "Conquer the Bridge Run/Walk. Our only complaint really is the elevator situation that has persisted all 3 years. At least one is not working, this year two. There are no stairs available to take below 3rd floor. 3rd floor stairs exit directly to the outside. There is no way to access up from 1st floor inside the building. We take the stairs whenever we can. This will mean we will find a new place to stay next year on Labor day as we will continue to attend event as long as we can.

My rental car got broken into 2 hours after I checked in. Thankfully nothing pesonal was taken. The room wasn’t fully clean long hairs in the bathroom and on one pillow on the bed. The shower head was full of green lime and rust. The location is perfect but the hotel needs some freshening up.

Was only there for 1 night, it was satisfactory. I liked how pretty and clean the establishment was. We had a floor level room and our sliding door was very difficult to open. There was also okay really 1 light working in the main room, but otherwise we relied on the sunlight to see. The bathroom was a bit small, but was fine. The pillows were very uncomfortable for me personally.

Truck blocking car entrance. One guest parking spot. Nobody present outside to address issue. Cars had to back out and try to find a spot on nearby streets. When front desk staff were advised, they did nothing to remedy the problem. Staff dismissive re safety concerns. Interior tired and needs remodeling.

This property was fine. The hotel itself is clean though there were a few issues with the bathroom and doors jamming. Some of the neighbors were noisy but that isn't really the hotels fault. The restaurant breakfast was overpriced for the poor quality but luckily there are good places to eat within walking distance. Options for hotel are limited in this area but this is certainly a good option.

We like the location of the hotel, but we had broken lock in the bathroom in our room. My husband and I stayed with our grandkids in the room and the lock in the bathroom was broken, the lock was important for us. I reported the problem to reception, but nobody came. I reported second time and the guy came. He said that he will need about 40 minutes to replace the lock. We decided not to allow that, as we were only staying one night with our grandkids and didn’t want all the loud noise. We assumed something like this would have been resolved before we arrived. When we checked out we asked the front desk to print out confirmation that the lock was broken, but she refused. So instead I had her to write down the issue on a piece of paper for my records.

The check in process was fine. Without my knowing, the hotel ran my credit card for the room charge which wasn’t the card I wants to use so we had a bit of a mess trying to straighten that out. The room is in terrible need of an upgrade. The arm chair in the room is disgustingly dirty, worn and in obvious disrepair. There is molding that is falling off one of the walls. The rug is stained and the desk is chipped. See photos.
