It was ok nothing special but it was clean

1) AC did not work…it was 100 degrees outside.
2) We were given another room…refrigerator had bugs.
3) Bathroom had hair on the walls.
4) Around 10pm the bathtub and toilet backed up as well as started leaking from the bottom.
5) When we were leaving we noticed someone slashed tire.
6) When I chatted with Hotel.com, I was told I could only get a $25 credit, because the hotel offered me a room and I didn’t take it. Yes, they offered us a room and it was filthy! Not only that, they said it was the only room.
This is unacceptable. I’m disappointed it you because you allow them to represent you and represent them.

Air conditioning doesn’t work and it was 106 degrees.. first room they gave us wasn’t even ready ( no comforters or sheets), full of flies and dirty. And the second one had flies too and ac unit broken too.. we had to leave after being there for about an hour.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Dirty flat surfaces. Hair on the floor and in the tub.Remote control was crusted with who knows what..I did complain..and was refunded 1/2..Still wasn't acceptable

The price was good, hence the reservation at this particular venue. However, upon arrival, after checking in, foundbthe place to be not very clean, and when we entered the room, we were hit with the unmistakeable smell of cigarrette smoke. The WiFi was very poor, and for some reason AT this hotel, Verison wireless data is HORRIBLE as well. Bathroom was pretty nasty, (dirty) and killed 2 roaches upon entry of it (they scattered when O turned on the light) so we just left the lights on. Towels smelled of mildew, and the beds were very uncomfortable.

We reserved this room in case we had to evacuate from the Park Fire. We ended up NOT evacuating & so haven't actually seen the room or its environment. Thanks for holding it for us, though, as it was a mental health move for us to have that reservation. (Yes, we were aware of the no-refund policy going in.)

The first room the bathtub didn’t drain and all this nasty hair came up in it. The next room the tub worked but had cockroaches and to top it off it was over a 100!dollars

This place is a dump. Floor was filthy. Window didn’t lock (I had to wedge something in it). Bed was like a futon. They let someone in my room when I wasn’t there. No security on site. Someone tried to get in my room late at night and we had to call the police. It was a nightmare. Hotels.com should remove this place from their site.

This is just a simple, clean, comfortable model. Really enjoyed the ease and comfiort. The beds were vert comfortable and the staff nice

The room was okay if you are only staying 1 night and aren’t there the entire day. The room smelled old and rusty. The restroom power outlet had dark little spots seemed like (insect poop). There was an insect seemed like a (roach) in the restroom sink and inside the toilet.
The receptionist was kind and welcoming. She was really helpful.

The bed was absolutely ridiculous! I've slept on concrete slabs softer than this bed. Waking up several times with severe lower back pain. I certainly would not recommend this hotel.

I booked the room for my nephew and when they got there at 1am they told him there were no rooms available so they ended up sleeping in the car now I have to wait 7 business days for my Refund this is bull s***

I will not recommend this property! The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the smell was horrendous. I don’t know what was worse the smell or the roaches… Stay away from this place!!

The floor had not been swept, the bathroom sink was dirty, THEY TURNED THE HOT WATER OFF THROUGH THE NIGHT, bring your own soap because what is supplied with the room is not enough to wash your hands with, the room photos did not match what they show online. On top of all that the area is over run with homeless people.

We checked in and the room had lots of flies my girlfriend stepped on a piece of glass the front desk clerk gave us a different room that had a loose toilet that leaked water and the tile floors were very dirty

Room was not clean, and not in great shape. There were bugs in the shower, which alternated between scalding and freezing with little warning. Th tv had one channel that constantly locked up and froze. Barely got any sleep in the not very comfortable bed due to my neighbors yelling and slamming doors at 3-4 am. Very bad experience overall.

The bed was a little hard, and need one more blanket on the bed. No breakfast at all, that was disappointing. The website said they had breakfast. Pet friendly which is a big plus. Huge room.

The front desk staff were nice but the neighborhood was not safe and it didn't feel safe to stay there. We left as soon as we woke up. The room smelled of mildew, there was water damage and a hole in the wall in the bathroom. It was very disappointing, used to stay here every year and it was not like this.

The first room we got smelled, had a broken lock, and people screaming at each other about killing each other and calling the police. So we moved to the other side of the complex. This room smelled much better and felt cleaner. But these rooms have 3 neighbors, one on each side and one at the back. About 7/8pm the room next to us and the room that shared the back wall and adjoining wall got tenants that we really loud and yelling profanities at each other. The room behind us was up until 4:15am. But besides being a little rough, the hotel allows dogs for free and has a grass patch outside the rooms designated to dogs. The hotel is in a good central location. I would only recommend staying here if you want a cheap room, have pets, and no other options.
