The manager Brandon is the best. His service is super great. Im sure without him the situation i had would have been bad.

Room had no towels, wasn’t clean, ac didn’t work took 4 days to get a replacement on a week long stay. Front desk was rude and not friendly. No consideration for guest when it came to making repairs. I did not have a pleasant stay at all.

Not bad for HomeTowne Suites.This place has made some improvements over the last fourteen to sixteen months.A lot cleaner.Better internet and media connection.I’ll definitely come back,probably soon.

I will NEVER stay there again. The beds looked like they were donated from the local prison, the bathroom didnt have a door, the kitchenette sink didn't work, the fridge didn't work and it smelled bad, the shower had so much black mold and there was dirt or who knows what on the shower floor and when I got up in the middle of the night and turned the light on, there were roaches everywhere. Oh and the tv didn't work either. I had to stay there because it was late and i had nowhere else to go but I didn't stay there the second night I had paid for. And what really makes me angry is that they charged me a deposit which they were supposed to return but they kept it. I have never stayed in such a horrible place!

me and my girl travel a lot and have stayed at a lot of shady/cheap hotels but this by far has to be the worst one, our room was infested with roaches. our room was non smoking but smelt like cigarettes. there was a dead roach on our bed when we got there. absolutely disgusting

Room 264 is infested with roaches large and small, there no maid service for four nights, the amenities was limited to two super small bars of soap. There was a microwave oven refrigerator and stove. Sorry but the roaches are out control.

Upon arrival at this property there were four police cars with lights flashing, blocking the drive through between buildings. We could not tell where the office was by driving around the building. We finally encountered a woman who told us that the check-in window was on the end of a building. She didn't mention that she was the person managing and would be the person checking us in. We ended up taking two rooms because a room with two beds was not available. I had to sign and initial a two-page contract that was too lengthy to read. For some reason, the woman signing me in, told me emphatically, that I had to pull my vehicle facing inward. If I backed in, and she had to tell me twice, on the third time, she would have my vehicle towed. While signing in, just across the street, a woman in a car was screaming at and appeared to be attempting to run over a male with her car. This was around 8 p.m. Police also responded to that incident. We were given the passes to rooms 194 and 197 which are on the second floor. Pulling up to a parking spot beneath our rooms, the room in our headlights had the door open, a window boarded up and another window broken. Room 194 didn't have the heat on and had a dingy feeling. Room 197 had the heat on and we were going to stay in that room but the door frame appeared to have been kicked in, leaving barely enough wood for the door latch to catch. We decided to get a room at the Hampton Inn. We had booked car, flight and room through Expedia.

Was assigned to a room with no working heat, when its 40 degrees outside. Was told maintenance was going to change it, took two hours.was done around 5:20. the heat worked, barely, for about an hour. Then made a crazy noise and shut off, waited a bit and tried to turn it back on and it did nothing. went to get some help at the front desk twice and got no help. by 8:30 pm it was too cold to stay. slid room keys under the window and onto the counter for an early check out.

Booked non smoking king room. During check in, reception said king room is not available. After waiting for 1hr, room provided. But it was smoking n bad smell did not toleratable by wife n kid. Over all it was bad experience

Staff is rude and impolite, the room was dirty, roaches, built up grease under the hood that drops in your food when you cook, filter in hood have nit bern changed for years. missing knobs on stovetop, not change if towels or clean sheets but was told to wash them in a laundry area that was locked due to leaky pipes. Curtains that were smelly, musty and dusty that immediately irritated your sinuses, had to buy curtains and cover dirty air conditioning unit to improve air quality. Guests in neighboring rooms fighting and cussing all hours of the night. cops are a regular sight. The absolute WORST hotel experience if my life. NO REFUND for early check out.

Had roaches crawling out everywhere told the front desk they said an exterminator would come, never came didn't put me in another room or anything the outside of the property looked way better than the inside very disappointed I was better off staying in a trashy motel and still didn't get my $100 deposit back

I have never seen a hotel room as bad as this. It smelled, it was dirty, there were insects crawling around the room and it was a mess. I could not stay so I turned right around, returned the key card and found another hotel. Can I get a refund?

This location is much to be desired. It is not conducive to those who are disabled and the property is very unclean. The staff (overall but not all) are not welcoming. Lastly, I did not get my security deposit back!

Toilet didn’t work when shower was running. Door didn’t lock because someone previously kicked in the door it seemed like and broke the trim so it doesn’t sit flush. Apparently you’re not allowed to stand by your car having a conversation after 10pm bc the “property manager.” The room smelled like a trap house and it was just filthy inside. RUN!

This place is so nasty. Bugs in the room in the bed sheets dirty towels filthy. They said guess need to wash they own shy and towels. It was so bad I had to move my daughters to I new place to stay the next day. And the will not refund my money. They are just taking people money for that trash place and everything in the room is dirty and broken

Absolutely filthy. Had to squash multiple cockroaches and the floors were disgusting. Also no trash cans in the rooms which feels kind of odd.
Came into a room with no pillows and the room looked like it’d been abandoned. Shower valve broke when trying to turn on the water and one of the front desk people insinuated that I broke it and they’d have to investigate since “it wasn’t like that when you got there”, even after the after-hours maintenance guy suggested I get a different room.

Tina the manager is awful. I am the director of a Girls Travel Basketball Team and booked this hotel for a 4 day stay. When booking I was shown they had 3 rooms with Queen Double beds. Once the travel party arrived we were told they couldn’t accommodate us due to not having any double queen beds. Due to the team having a game they had to leave but I provided my contact info and was told I would be given a call if proper arrangements were found at a sister property.
I later received a call stating a sister property could accommodate but the beds would be TWIN beds. (Which is not what was wanted) I declined those accommodations and told her we would find decent accommodations that fit our needs.
The following day we were charged for a night due to 24 hour cancellation policy.
Why should we have been charged a cancellation fee when they didn’t have what we booked/needed.
0/10 do not stay here.

The room smelled like cigarette and marihuana! The room was non smoking and it seem like if the people smoked in there all the time. The floor, curtains, kitchen and shower were dirty. The AC unit didn't work properly therefore the room was muggy! All the neighbors smoked out side and the smell went into the room. It was like I was smoking. I will never stay there ever again!!
