Stayed for one night December 1st. Everything was very clean and the rooms were beautiful. The front desk person was super nice and helpful with whatever we needed when we arrived super late at night. Definitely would go to again if I travel through las Cruces. Only problem is breakfast was so early and done super fast.

Everything was loud. The a/c, the exterior doors banging shut (my room was in the middle of the floor), the tv even skipped from too quiet to too loud. But the worst part was a week later they charged my card for a second stay twice the amount of my first.

The bed was hard as a rock first off. That #1 on my list when paying for a place to sleep. Pillows on the other hand were very soft and nice. Heater sounded like there is paper in it flopping around every time it kicked on. Tv sounded like the thing had been blasted over and over and fluctuating between loud and static loud. Tub did not drain completely till after 5 minutes out of it. The good part was aside from highway traffic noise there was no people noise or weird people hanging around everywhere, definitely felt safe.

We traveled to Las Cruces in order to stay overnight after a 12hr trip from Southern California. This was the half way point on our final destination to East TX. That said, we arrived far earlier than anticipated and the staff were kind enough to find us an available room just after 11am! They were friendly, the check in process was quick! Of course doing much of it online first does help! Anyways, we are definitely staying here again, hopefully as we journey home later this week!

Despite doing the online early check-in the person running the desk still wanted my driver's license saying that really they didn't trust the system - they wanted me to pay again but eventually found my card on file. Once I got into the room I saw stains on the bed cover, stains and filth in the tub, hair in the sink, the fridge's inside looks like it is covered in mold, and the "black-out" curtain was full of holes. If you don't care about sanitary things, and 20-year-old decore well, this might be your place. Also the guy at check-out rude in my opinion and no one ever told me just leave the door open to your room when you leave - that has never been standard practice at any other hotel.

Was pleased with my stay. Had been at this location before in 2018. Overall was good. The room was very spacious with a nice recliner and a comfortable bed. Only complaints for me was a long wait to check in, with no one at the front desk, and a noisy guest nearby. However, that was temporary. Despite that, I would still return at this hotel again.

The first room was filthy. The carpet was disgusting. I made them give us another room. It reeked of dog urine so bad we had to keep the window open. The poor guy working that evening tried to do the best he could, The TV did not work the blow dryer was missing the carpet in the second room was filthy just not as bad as the first one. Because of the fair and a college game most hotels were sold out so leaving was not an option. The pool was freezing and not usable. The shower did not drain. It was horrific I would give it a negative 10. It reeked of marijuana throughout. It appeared questionable individuals were renting there. It should be shut down.

I was accused of stealing milk from the breakfast they falsely advertised even having. the manager came pounding on my door waking me and my daughter both up accusing me of stealing from them and kicked us out of the motel a day sooner than what we had paid for them tried charging my card and additional $50. completely rude unprofessional thief s I highly don't recommend staying here

This was ok but very outdated, Shower had cracks in sides. Floor and carpet was old and dirty looking. Price was right and it was clean for a one night stay. Had microwave that didn’t work and electrical outlets very loose so TV kept coming unplugged and our phones did t want to stay plugged in.

It was ok. Front desk great. Hotel terribly outdated. Needs a major upgrade. From the beds to the sheets and covers, to the gross carpet throughout, to the old fiberglass type shower/bathtub that creeks as you stand in it making you think it’s about crack. The faucet drips really slowly constantly. It’s been doing that a long time. It’s apparent due to the water stains. I was actually reluctant to get in the bed. Worried about if sheets were actually clean. Towels were dingy and also made me question if they were all freshly washed or not. Breakfast was very limited. The coffee was impossible to get to and just a very limited selection, so I just left to find something else.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Bathroom had some mold and a used washcloth left behind. Bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable. Pet friendly for a $10 charge. Breakfast spartan continental. Both Apple and orange juice tasted off.

The surrounding area was good. The lobby appeared clean enough. Staff was friendly. But omg, the first room I walked into smelled like urine. Like someone had peed in the room everywhere, let it dry, then did it again the next day for weeks. We switched rooms and the next room was better but still had a stale smell. Carpets were disgusting and the bathroom smelled like mold and had a bad smell coming from the sink. I stayed 1 night even though I had booked 2. I asked for a refund for the 2nd night but they told me no since hadn’t given 24 hour notice. I took the loss cuz this place was so gross. Don’t stay here, it’s disgusting.

Bedbugs! Booked online, it never mentioned a deposit. Hey there and they want an extra $50. For what .I'm not sure. It looks like it hasn't been remodeled since the early 90s and smells like it too. A very musty smell. No elevator. Even though I books an accessable room online? Was not at all. Breakfast was lacking. And as I mentioned bedbugs.Staff didn't seem to care at all. The rest was something I could of lived with.

It was just ok… if you are looking for an inexpensive place to sleep for a night it will do. Nothing special, nothing to nasty. It could be cleaner the microwave was visible dirty on the inside (glad we didn’t have to use it). Overall just ok.

This property was extremely worn both inside and out I room just felt dirty plus they had a very large oversized stuffed chair in my room that did not fit and it was so dirty that I would not send it. It is just worn out and needs to be completely redone.

The cleanliness conditions need to seriously be addressed. Changed rooms multiple times and each one had extremely dirty carpet covered in stains and stains on bed linens as if they hadn’t been changed. Ended up requesting new sheets and just sleeping on top of those. Person at front desk did their best to make our stay better. Would not stay again though.

The room smelled like dog urine, the coffee pot had left over coffee in it, the bed had a urine stain, the lounge chair was visibly old and dirty, and the tub had hair left in it and in the drain to where the water wouldn't drain out until we cleaned it.

This property and room were filthy. My room refrigerator had not been cleaned out and doors would not close. The floor was so dirty in the room that you could not walk on it with bare feet. The comforter was dirty and stained. I had to go to front desk to get a clean sheet to lay over bed because bed was too dirty to lay directly on

We had a baby shower for my daughter and daughter-in-law in Anthony. Both are 7 months pregnant and when I reserved I asked for first level. I only got 1 and managed to get a second room at the 2nd level because they had us in their 3 floor. Right away we saw the room looked dirty, when we washed up the sink did not drain. We immediately notified the front desk and the girl said she only had a room in the 3rd floor. We said we were leaving for our commitment if she could just get some Draino it would help. She said the housekeeper was new and very slow, that she’d try to see if she could do it or else she would tell maintenance the next morning. When I got in the shower the next morning, the shower had a plastic mat and you could see mold around the edges, I saw what looked like scratches on the back wall of the shower and they were actually small hairs. I couldn’t get out of the shower fast enough.

The room was not very clean there was a terrible smell. Bottom sheets dirty on one bed. Bathroom walls very dirty. Rented a room for 4 people we got 2 bath towels. I called front desk 3 times, i spoke to front desk and we never received any towels through our stay. The interaction with front desk was disappointing. Staff were very rude when we asked for towels.

I’ve stayed here twice. Fool me twice, shame on me. The first time, we checked in very late and got a filthy room. So bad, we almost left, but it was so late that we weren’t sure where we could go. The sheets were filthy, there was questionable looking hair all over the bathroom, the walls were covered with who-knows what, and the tub had not been cleaned. We complained the next morning and they cleaned it again. It was good enough that we were comfortable staying. This time, the room was dirty again. Stained sheets, hair on the bathroom floor, mildew all over the shower, and dirty splashes on the disposable cups you would drink from. On top of this, the common areas are fairly dirty and several things are in disrepair. One of my biggest issues is that there are no blankets. They only provide sheets and the coverlet that goes over a blanket. If you run the air conditioner it is too cold to not have some kind of blanket. We borrowed some the first stay and brought our own this time. I really want this place to be a good one because the location is so convenient for me, but I will unfortunately not stay there again. The real disappointment for me is that most of these issues are a lack of effort or care and can easily be rectified. For reference, I’m not super-picky and am usually happy at anything rated higher than a 7.
