Nice hotel. Perfect location for our trip. Clean rooms. Great shower.

I enjoyed Lisa at the property, she has a beautiful spirit and gave me information about the property itself and the city

It was a great time. We always enjoy our time here.
4.0
Parking prices were exorbitant but location was great
5.0
Great downtown location. Friendly polite employees. Spacious and clean rooms. Safe parking garage next door.
8.0
An interesting place. It used to be a bank with offices above
but was reinvented as a boutique hotel. It was very quiet and we could walk to Larimer Square in ten minutes. It was a walkable distance to Union Station also.

Room was sub par… I expected much better but the renovations are just crappy. Light fixtures are crooked, crappy sheet rock work, etc.
Just a bunch of kids running the front desk and valet- they could barely explain how to park so we just gave up and valet parked. Water and coffee in the lobby were pretty much always empty. The lobby is so loud you can barely hear yourself thing between the restaurant that’s open and all the people gathered everywhere.

Checked all the boxes! Didn’t have to rent a car - train for airport, mall ride easy to catch to and from hotel and tons of walkable dining and shopping. Super experience.

I enjoyed all the different restaurants and bars that were around the hotel and the room was great as well.
10.0
Only unlikable thing, no fridge in room.

There was construction being done, but they worked t keep it as quiet as possible. Just wish front desk staff would have been a little more helpful.

Great stay in a great location! Convenient to everything and in a perfect location if ya want to explore the downtown area. Easy walk to restaurants, fine dining and quick eats. We attended a concert at Coors Field and even walked there. The building is older but that just adds to its charm. Very clean and functionable. Staff are awesome!! First time in town and had no clue on where to go and where not to. Staff answered all our questions and even recommended off property parking that was safe and convenient! We’ll be back and this will be our “go to” !

Highly recommended !⚽️

Very clean and convenient to Coors Field. Parking is an issue unless you want to pay $59 per night for valet. Great breakfast!!

I have stayed at other Magnolia properties throughout the US with minimal problems. That is why I am shocked at the conditions of this hotel.
To begin with the elevators were dirty. When we got to our room at 1st glance the room looked tidy but very plain. Once we looked a little closer it was a bit more run down then we expect at this price point. The grout was missing on most tiles on the bathroom floor. It made for sharp corners on the floor and my pinkie toe got stabbed on one.
The window sill area was dirty and looked like someone had spilled "milk" on the sill and splashed the window.
The carpet was frayed an coming up at the bathroom threshold. The oulets on rhe desk didn't work. The glasses in the room were dirty and it looked like water had dried in the bottom.
We tried to call and stop by the desk for nrw glasses, ice and water and couldn't reach anyone for over 30 min. Once we did we had to go down and get it ourselves.
The couches down stairs were dirty and I didn't want to sit on them.
This was a special night out for my husband and I for our anniversary so we wanted something nicer then normal. It was a serious let down for tbis price point.

They offered a breakfast upgrade for 18.00, so worth it! Very clean and modern, spacious bathroom, convenient access to everything! Definitely will stay again and recommend to others,

Our stay at The Magnolia was great. We were there in Denver for a concert at Coors Field and I picked this hotel due to location.

People were very nice and accommodating.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was easy to get to. The room was clean. Downsides were noise level both from the other guests and from the street. It would have been nice if there had been a refrigerator in room.

Lance at Harrys was amazing. Elevators were small and 1 out of order. But overall our stay was great!
8.0
Difficult to get drinks and no music or TVs in the pool table area but room and bed were super comfy

Nostalgic

Manager was the best who did her best to resolve serious service lapses and was the only person who delivered hospitality. Would not book again regardless- the front desk & restaurant service was absolutely terrible. They should be ashamed of themselves and their earnings should be categorized as charity.

Denver construction made trips by uber and lyft a challenge. Hope that improves soon. Housekeeping staff seemed a little inconsistent. Other staff were very nice and consciencious. Restaurant was great. Delicious food and lovely staff.

The hotel is centrally located in Denver, but there was construction on the streets around and the access was limited. The valet was not 24h ( only 6:30 AM- 11PM) and I was left in nerve-wrecking status both nights I was there, as I arrived way after 11PM back from Red Rocks concerts and basically had to leave the rental car in the hotel driveway, very close to the open street with lots of homeless around. Luckily no damage was done to the rental car, but for $49 a night for parking I expect more. Also , one night there was a super loud party in the room next door (1056) , totally inconsiderate to the other guests. The room itself was very nice and clean. Unfortunately, I got an abrupt wake-up call at 7 AM sharp , courtesy of the Jack hammers on 17-th St construction. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Very nice walking area around the hotel. Had a lot of shops and experiences to do in the neighboring area. Nearby construction was the only downside
8.0
Nice property with nearby shops and restaurants!

It was a difficult stay but not horrible. The rail way was being worked on & this made parking a challenge. Staff was very professional.

A refrigerator in the room is needed.

Friendly staff, close to shopping and restaurants.

Great stay, and the check-in experience was wonderful. Staff and facility all top notch!

Conveniently located and overall a great experience! Harry’s restaurant and bar was great too! Only downside was construction going on outside of the hotel and area on the 16th St. Mall area.

The hotel was just meh. Felt old, bathroom was oddly impractical (white ceramic sink looks like was maybe retrofitted into an old cabinet?). Zero counter space. It was just a giant sink. Ironically didn’t drain well Massive noise from the air conditioning or HVAC in our room. I expected more, so overall disappointment and would not choose to stay there again.

Good location. Valet parking was expensive. The floor in the lounge was very sticky. I asked for change at the front desk and it took them 10 minutes?
10.0
Great value! Beautiful property, great location, and the staff was very friendly. Good amenities including full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, robe, makeup mirror, etc. Wish there would have been a microwave and fridge, but everything else was excellent!

Wonderful Hotel / Great People

Nice enough place. Check in is later, 4pm wine if you need to check in early, there is an additional fee.
Valet is available.

Great hotel, sketchy area but there’s recommended parking half a block away and it’s secure. Cheaper than the valet on site. Staff very nice rooms clean
