Customer Service was great. Hotel was obvious old and could use a little love. Cleanliness was not great. Small splatters on wall next to sink, brown smudge on wall next to toilet, gross smudge comforter, like someone wiped makeup.

Great, however the hot tub wasn't ever hot. When asked if they could turn it up a little they said policy was 99° (warm bath) and that not.that they couldn't but wouldn't.

The hotel was for the most part comfortable. It was a bit noisy for my senses though. I had a 5th floor room and there was a constant hum from machinery operating within the hotel. Also there was "Parking Available" so bring $24.00 per night to pay per night in the giant outdoor parking lot. Hotels.com should say that there is a per night charge for parking especially if the hotel is in an area where parking elsewhere is a problem.

It was a peaceful stay for me and my girlfriend. I guess we could of used a bigger television in room and more movie channels on television the sports channels were fine because i love sports but not too many movie channels which had sucked for us but overall it was not a bad stay .

Very friendly 24hr desk staff, 24hr shuttle service, good coffee & breakfast. Clean nice rooms. 2 late restaurant options in the parking lot. Being one of the lower priced hotels in the area, minutes from Midway airport, I was skeptical if it was going to be decent or safe. But it was great! Clean, comfortable beds.

We were very comfortable. I'm big on cleanliness, and it was very clean. No problems. Check in and check out went well. The ladies at the front desk were polite. The rooms look like they look in the pictures. No surprises.

A great hotel. Very clean and good breakfast offering. The location is good too with the metro station being a 20 minute walk away or by free airport shuttle from the hotel. I felt there was a retro 80s feel with the decor of the hotel which I liked.

We enjoyed our stay in the Hyatt. I would recommend you put some type of shelves on the wall to put luggage. With 3 people in a little tiny room, we had no place to put our luggage. Also no drawers to put our clothes. Would have been nice to unpack and just store the luggage.

The ladies at the front desk were fantastic! Both very kind and just overall amazing customer service. We had an issue with our original room where the AC wasn’t working and they moved us to a different room. The second room wasn’t as nice and was a bit dirty than the first but we had AC so that was great. The beds were comfy, the staff were really friendly, the breakfast was alright. Overall a pretty good experience

Rooms were a little outdated but staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast is a plus. 4/5 rating since upon checkin we were not told you needed to request housekeeping otherwise we would have. Not just us who didn’t get this information as I heard multiple people complain about the same. Overall great stay for the price.

Unfortunately this hotel carries the Marriott logo. I booked the hotel on the way to the hotel for two nights, and when we arrived at the hotel late at night. We received the room quickly and went to sleep. In the morning it turned out that the room had no iron, no light in the sink, the bathtub drain was blocked, and no service, not even a bottle of water. Although the room price is equivalent to a high level of service. I mean that our situation was exploited by arriving late and we received the worst room. This means that the hotel management and its dealings with customers and the hotel does not have the right to carry the brilliant Marriott logo

I came in late and stayed 1 night so i could meet my daughter the next morning to help with the grandkids on an early flight out. My room, was directly above the pool on the 2nd floor, room 219. The entire room was covered in moisture, enough that the beef was damp, the carpet had enough moisture that the bottom of my jeans were also wet, abs the tile in the bathroom was slick after having walked on moist carpet. As late as it was when i arrived, and as early as i needed to leave, i didn't alert anyone, but it was a problem enough that i wouldn't stay there again.

I stayed at the location for over a week. Loved my stay there. There was complimentary breakfast every morning, and the staff were super helpful and always cheerful. Super close to Midway Airport. Only caveat is if you have plans downtown, the hotel is quite a bit away. An hour by public transport (CTA. Station is like a 3min bus/shuttle ride, once there, you should be able to connect anywhere using the Metro/Trains); maybe 20-minute drive/uber.

Horrible stay. Our flight got canceled so we needed a place to sleep. Got to the hotel to check in and were told they didn’t have any rooms with two beds available even though that’s what we booked/paid for and needed. Early in the morning what sounded like a generator ran for hours. So no sleep. Then none of us could shower, the water was feeezing, no hot water. I told the staff and they just laughed

We stayed one night at Fairfield. I think it’s crazy you have to pay to park in their lot when you’re a guest. I also had blood on a pillow. The bed was nice.

This place is very run down although it appears somewhat new. The carpeting is thickly stained like it wasn't ever dealt with just vacuumed in. Still has whatever material caused the stain in it. The air conditioner unit has clearly been broken several times before and just propped back into place so it fell onto us as we walked by in the night . We had asked if the pillows or anything in the room was down and were assured it was not and it was indeed down pillows and possibly the comforter too. However the comforter was so thin you couldn't really figure out the material. The couch was broken, it was un-sit-able. I pity the family that tries to utilize it as a bed. The front desk was friendly.
