This was the worst Sonesta we've ever stayed at, I don't know if it's changing into the name Sonesta or if it was Sonesta, But look at the pictures this is the hotel that we went to Which was supposed to be sonesta, The breakfast was very Bad, Receptionist did not even know where Kleenex came from, So she didn't give me another one when it was empty in the room, it was empty when we got the riom, The beds were very creaky and noisy, We were locked out with both room keys for no reason, the cards were not even by our cell phones. Pool was very Small and cold, And we did not feel safe in that area very very Unhappy!!

Through out my stay for 2 nights and 2 days there was no WIFI connection and running water All guests were unable to shower or use the rest room. Ridiculous! I spoke to the girl in the front reception she said there was nothing she could do. I asked for a refund she said mail a certain office which I did a week later no response or apology. Never going BACK!

Lots to say. First day, arrived & my key didn’t work so they moved me to another room, found it wasn’t the king bed i booked so they moved me to another room. 3rd room in one day, then the water wasn’t working that it would be on in a few hours.. cool.. day 2 was fine until end of day where the water wasn’t working again and asked downstairs & they said they didn’t know when it would be back on.. i asked again morning of day 3 to which they still didn’t know & I had to shower & do basic necessities. Reached out to Hotels.com and they requested a refund on my behalf due to this ugly & disgusting situation i was in and the hotel DECLINED to refund at least one night which was $47-$48. There are no signs outside the hotel to indicate the name of the hotel, very loud & noisy outside, diapers all around the parking lot & outside people’s room. very gross & HIGHLY DO NOT recommend staying here

They wear extremely rude. We arrived at hotel at 9pm (check in starts at 3) and was told to have a seat because its going to be a while due to no rooms being available. I had a reservation and my room was paid for prior to arrival. I simply asked why? And the front attendant LARRY loudly replied I shouldn’t have said anything, because now im going back and forth with you instead of trying to find a room. He was very rude and disrespectful, he wouldn’t even give me his name as i was contacting hotels.com…another employee a young lady walked up and i asked her his name. He walked off laughing saying i don’t have time for this. I was so disappointed and had to relocate to another hotel last minute. Very unprofessional and i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Worse hotel ever I don’t recommend it for anybody. There was never a manager on site and nothing was ever tooken serious. Then they tried to scam my friends credit card saying we owed $800 after we checked out. Be careful with these cheap ass hotels. It’s cheap ass people who run them

The Wi-Fi here was not dependable. It worked well in some places and not in others. They may need to hire more people to clean the rooms because daily room cleaning was not available because of worker shortage. While my stay wasn't bad it could have been a lot better with these improvements of strengthening the Wi-Fi and having a few more cleaning staff.

Had to wait 2 hours after 3 pm to get a room And when arrived was told by hotel attendant 2 find somewhere else to stay , this after driving from Florida to Mississippi then Gulfport to this place in the Houston area . After prepaying the room. But after a long wait was given 1 room in a 3rd floor. They have no luggage carrier and ended up making 8 trips to my car , to oral my things in to that 3rd floor room .

My experience at this hotel wasn't the best. It definitely needed some renovating. The housekeeping services was terrible. They never came to clean my room nor place clean towels in the room. My room bath tub had a slow leak while I took my shower so the water slowly went down and filled up the tub while I took my shower. The breakfast was not good either. They didn't even served coffee. I was disappointed about this hotel overall.

I didn’t get to stay. When I went to check in they told me my paid room wasn’t available because there was a pipe that busted . I wasted Uber the way there and Lyft for the ride all the way back home . Had to shower in the dark and sleep on the floor and sweat because I just moved out of my apartment the whole reason I booked the room is to have somewhere to shower and sleep after two days of moving out of my home. I was actually looking forward to the room .

Property had a pipe burst earlier in the day but did not inform me until I tried to check in at 11pm and they could not accommodate me. The only solution they offered was a refund. Thankfully hotels.com worked hard to find me another hotel, but it all could have been avoided if I had been informed when the event occurred that made our stay impossible, or they could have offered to help find alternate accommodation instead of giving me a business card and telling me to call the manager later.

The hotel does not look as advertised in the photos. It is quite dilapidated. Roaches were everywhere where. The tv did not work and the light over the bathroom mirror did not work. Also, the lock on the door was not secured.

The whole place needs an upgrade. The A\C unit is on life support. When you step out of the elevator on the third floor it’s suffocating., no air blowing. The breakfast if you wanna call it take was terrible.The comforter and sheets on the bed were very old and dingy.

At check in the clerk said that the prepaid reservations was declined, I showed them the emails proving payment. After arguing for several minutes they checked me in. I also was woken up at midnight the second night by the hotel manager barging through our locked door telling us we didn't have reservations.

On Expedia says that is pet friendly and when we got there they told us definitely no pets were allowed... after minutes of discussion, they decided to ask for 100 $ cash to allow dog inside. Expedia to review hotel classification, so we do not have to go through those issues

I will start by saying the staff was nice and friendly and the ac worked. That is where the good ends. The hotel is old and the renovation that was done at some point doesn't look kept up. Door frames and bath tub were peeling and lots of stains. Our room was not cleaned more than surface level. Toliet and floor dirty. My sheets were dirty and asked for new ones, I received them quickly and they were clean. Changed my own bed with the king size sheets on my queen bed. We also found a *used* wash cloth in the drawer. Not my favorite Fairfield experience.

The only reason we booked here was for the indoor pool. Their pool was out of order. We cancelled our stay and booked with a better hotel. The outside of the building was dirty. There was a man on crutches smoking outside with shaving cream on his face. It was not a great place. We are asking for a refund due to the fact that the pool was out of order. The main reason we chose this place for that reason only.

The hotel, in my opinion, was nowhere near the Marriott brands standard. While clearly an older facility, both of the bathrooms in the to rooms that we rented had mold on the ceilings. The tub was dingy and stained. The air condition did not work properly. We only stayed for one of the 3 nights that we had booked and then moved to another hotel.

Check-in was quick and staff were polite. We requested rooms on the quiet side and didn’t hear any interstate traffic. Other guests were quiet and polite. The hotel is dated but room was clean except for refrigerator which we couldn’t use due to the smell and not being wiped out. Bed linens were clean and extra towels were provided when requested. No hot water on our second morning there. I didn’t eat the breakfast but my husband said there wasn’t much left when he went to eat. Probably due to a guest who helped herself to most of the food not leaving much for other guests. The price was reasonable but probably will book a different hotel on our next visit.

When we checked in, I asked the girl for a room away from the freeway. She gave us a room on the side of the freeway. Extremely noisy! The evening girl, who was different than the girl that checked us in was very accommodating and friendly! The girl that took care of the food was missing two very important items. definitely would not recommend this hotel. For being a Marriott hotel, I was extremely disappointed.

Staff wasn’t friendly, bathroom was outdated, pool was dirty, no towels at the pool. Breakfast not good choices also hour before closing everything empty and no one filled them up. I stayed in many hotels but this property was a disappointment.
