Stayed in the upper one bedroom suite so we used the upper pool and dining area for breakfast. The view and service area as fantastic. I think this was the best pool of the 3. Booked to have quiet but walking distance for night life. This place delivered that. The staff was so attentive. I called this the chutes and ladder resort given it was on the side of a mountain. Being driven up to our room was a must even though we are fit. I am not sure how easily accessible the lower level rooms are. There sure were a lot of stairs. So be aware. Breakfast and happy hour were included which was nice and the food good. Also the private beach was small and not useable (imo) so we borrowed towels and rented2 chairs for $200bath on paying beach.

Amazing holiday had a superior sea front balcony king and by far best room on site. That close to the seas the waves would splat the balcony dont get the posher rooms as they are at top of hill and a car ride up from lobby Go to A for your cocktails at poolside bar

Superb property end of the patong beach which is a short walk to the craziness . But close to the water and great views. Also breakfast buffet is spectacular. It's a resort lots of middle easterns. Lots of hills and stairs or free shuttle to the rooms.

Booked Club apartments which was absolutely beautiful with two really big bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and a huge sitting and kitchen area. Also a lovely wrap around balcony with lots of space overlooking the sea. All very modetn, stylish and clean. Staff were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They were very thoughtful and very helpful in sll places. When daughter became ill they were excellent- got us in contact with a wonderful doctor they then came to check up on her afterwards and even bought her a bouquet of Get Well flowers. We had breakfast in the club Lounge each morning and everything is freshly made although there is some choice out for self-service food . The breakfast was excellent and the staff were just superb. The only negative is that you have to get buggies to get to amd from villas because it's built on a hilly area and sometimes you have to wait quite long. However, despite this we would definitely stay again as it's lovely hotel and you can walk everywhere to shops and restaurants outside quite easily.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful staff. Great location. About 10 to 15 min walk to the night life. Our arrival was delayed by 24 hours due to an airline delay. I contacted the hotel to advise of our delay and the hotel offered to assist us in organising a replacement transfer. The private transfer was there and waiting for us when we arrived in Phuket airport.

An amazing hotel with amazing friendly and efficient staff. I have traveled the world and the service here really stands out from the crowd. Will definitely return. Certainly the best hotel in Patong in my opinion. All staff are outstanding but three come to mind as being excellent. We booked a Delux room ocean front view but the facilities and the room were not what we expected. Other friends stayed on the property under different reservations and their rooms were updated and got free drinks. We saw the difference between Hotels.com and the Hotel rate and we did not get any benefits compared to other types of rooms. The hotel is ok but definitely are not able to deliver a premium experience. The staff is great as everywhere in the country.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and amazing views of the sea. The staff were extremely polite and attentive. Location was excellent. Close to the beach and Patong was only a short distance away via local taxi. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle service into Patong, which runs 3 times a day.

The hospitality here is amazing. Attentive staff are welcoming and smiling in the Thai way, the place is an awesome resort, food, pools, bar. Close by is shopping, a beach and Patong Beach further down. Our room had a balcony looking out on the andaman sea. It was a great vacay staying here. No complaints at all with this place, just wished we had indulged in a massage. Good reason to return.

Our family loved staying at the Amari Phuket. The grounds were beautiful, although hilly, so be prepared to walk or wait for a golf cart when getting to the lobby. We came in July so it wasn’t too crowded. The ocean views from our rooms were really nice. We did yoga on the jetty one morning, which was wonderful. The breakfast buffet food options were perfect. Because the hotel on the side of a hill, most folks will likely want to take a short taxi to Patong. The walk does seem doable for those who are looking to get their steps in. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Property area is good and secluded. Service and employees are professional. Helpful when needed. Suggestion to make it better is to have a continuous or at least a timetable for service shuttle to go to Bangara Rd. Swimming pool time should be at least extended to 8 pm.

Excellent stay at Amari Phuket. Lobby area, pools, and grounds were very inviting and in immaculate shape. Breakfast spread was simply incredible, so many choices and tremendous quality and taste. Hotel room was a bit underwhelming, nice but not all that spacious or comfortable. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Quite a few of the other guests came across as rude and entitled, made the experience a little off-putting overall.

Being an amputee, i found the hills around the property extremely taxing. That said, they have buggies that pick you up from your room and take you to reception or to breakfast. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The kids loved all of the security staff, who looked serious until they saw the kids, then the biggest smiles appeared, and they saluted and waved at the kids, every time.

Location is very good near Ptong beach,The jetty and the bar with the sunset view not to be missed. Breakfast at Coral room is vey nice with outstanding waitresses service.

WiFi and room telephone didn’t work for more than half a day ! When we complained the manager is charge apologised and when we asked her for some compensation, she gave us option of shifting in another room for just one night and again shift back to our original room when the problem would be resolved! Who is going to shift with family and some belongings in between your stay for just one night ? I had spent big amount on staying in two bedroom suite for 5 nights and then I get such a service ! Next day another duty manager Ms Teau understood our issue and apologised to us and tried to help us in every possible way! She was very helpful !

Good resort style hotel with vey nice beach views. The private beach is rocky though so dont expect to swim. Great buffet breakfast. At least a 10-15 min walk from the heart of the patong beach. A bit dated and needs some renovation.

I stayed in this place 20 some years ago. The view and the location is beautiful. The room I checked in had AC leak but staff fixed it really quick. You can see the wear and old design of the room but it is kept in good shape. My favorite hotel in Phuket still
