Nice place to stay, very comfortable, downtown and close to sporting events. Tried both restaurants, menus were kind of lame at both, but the flat bread pizza is excellent! And the service was excellent at both restaurants. I'd definitely come back in the future.

We booked this hotel for Veterans Day weekend and had a great experience overall. It’s located Downtown in what felt like a financial and business district. The lobby is nice, and valet parking was available, making things easy. There’s also a cool glass display in the lobby connected to a Science Museum for Kids, which my 8-year-old loved—a fantastic bonus.
Many nearby coffee shops were closed on the weekend, but we found an awesome spot called Grindhrs just a couple of blocks away. Their coffee was excellent, and the homemade cinnamon syrup was a treat.
We had breakfast at the hotel lobby restaurant twice. The pancakes were delicious, but the real highlight was the fantastic staff. Our server, Kerri, was super attentive and thoughtful. She brought crayons for my kid, made fresh decaf coffee just for me, and kept our waters and coffee refilled without us even needing to ask. Maher, who greeted us, was also wonderful—he brought us to-go cups, spent time chatting with us about our trip, and made us feel truly welcome. Their hospitality made our stay even better.
The location worked great for us—it’s only about a 10-minute drive to the Toledo Zoo, which made it easy to get there and back. I also used the gym a few times. It had good treadmills, though one of the ellipticals was broken. It wasn’t a big deal since the gym was pretty empty most of the time.
If you’re visiting Toledo, I highly recommend eating at Sidon, an outstanding Lebanese restaurant.

My husband and I decided to get away for a pre Anniversary getaway since my birthday is Tuesday 11-12 and our anniversary 🎉💕. The accomodations were amazing. They gave us a nice view room and also gave us a raspberry cheesecake. It was so good. Everyone was super friendly and also valet. The 2 nights were amazing we plan on going back again to stay. Excellent 👌 place in downtown Toledo close to nearby restaurants, casino, and mall.

The hotel staff was rude at times and not the friendliest. The Resturaunt had excellent breakfast
The room itself had towels that were stiff, the tub was not cleaned and the shower curtain needed to be exchanged. No trash bags in the trash bins.
Told hotel staff about the issues. They stated ok and never did anything.
Although the Resturaunt was good and the location to the Glass City Center was perfect, I would avoid staying here

I expected a lot more. The room was very small. It was clean the sheets felt like sandpaper and sounded like sandpaper. They were not soft at all. We asked for extra towels from housekeeping never got them. The front desk Lady was very nice and helpful outside of that. I would not be excited to stay there again the rooftop bar was nice as well.

Lovely atmosphere

The property was dated. It tried for an industrial feel but failed. decor was bland without color. room needed repair. bathroom racks wrre either rusted or had dirt build up, didn't touch to figure out which. Walls were cracked and the grout and caucking in the bathroom was old and cracked or missing. I would have gotten a better room with a more pleasing atmosphere at a Comfort Inn. One credit for them, security getting to the floors via a room key to unlock the elevator was excellent and easy to use.

Everything about the hotel and the room was lovely except for the room layout.
There was no closet and almost no drawers in which to hang/put things. The bathroom, although allegedly designed to accommodate a wheelchair bound person, did not feature a wheel-in tub/shower. There was a great deal of room between the tub and the toilet that could have been reduced to allow for a closet. The iron was hung in that space and yet there was no convenient outlet in which to plug the iron. The bed was not centered with the headboard which meant that the recharge port for the phone was blocked by the mattress on one side.
The TV worked fine and the view was very nice as well.
The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator was not too small.
I don't know if the corner room we had was typical of the other rooms but if, so, I would be aware of the limitations should anyone wish to need storage.

The valet staff were understaffed.
The parking deck is inconveniently located, forcing one to opt for valet.
The carpet in my room was unclean
I had to put in my shoes inside my room to feel clean. Sticky sensation upon walking barefoot.

Friendly, helpful, and professional staff and convenient location to downtown Toledo.

If I could give zero stars I would. The floors were sticky and the counters were slimy. Our socks were turning brown from the carpet in our room. The shower was open to the entire bathroom so water just pooled all over the floor. There was mold in the cracks of the floor and water damage in the walls. The valet takes a good 30-40 minutes so call ahead. The walls are paper thin and join together so you can hear everything that happens next door and outside the hotel. We stayed on a Sat night and heard music in the street until 1 am. Not family friendly and not safe outside the hotel.

Standard hotel room. For the price we expected more amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator. The carpet needed cleaned also.

Everything was decent, but we were told to park in a parking lot next to the hotel and came out and found two tickets and I asked person putting tickets on and they said to take it to the hotel and the hotel should be able to void them and then we went to the hotel after I had called right away and talked to somebody at the hotel and they said yes bring them to the front desk and we will take care of it When we got to the front desk, they said they don’t think they can do anything. They took a copy of them and then when we went to leave in the morning, they told us that you guys were not able to do anything about it.

My only criticism is there was a used cup in the shower on the shelf. Other than that everything was great.

Super convenient for our concert at the Huntington Center. The Heights restaurant/bar was great for a light dinner and a drink after the concert. The Brim was so-so for breakfast, understaffed, food was just ok.

The hotel itself was nice. Limited parking. A bit of a challenge to get into with a big vehicle.

We have stayed at many hotels and this is the first one that had walls so thin that we could hear the entire conversation going on in the room next to us. My husband and I also had to listen to them make love for close to an hour while we were trying to sleep.

We stayed here when we went to a couple of Mudhens’ games. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to the stadium with a number of restaurant options nearby. We felt very safe walking back to the hotel after the game (approx 10pm). From the moment we arrived, the service we received by the valet and front desk was fantastic. The room was very clean and quiet. Even the HVAC system was great - quiet and maintained a steady, comfortable temperature within the room. Loved the Aveda products in the bathroom!
